I ordered a burrito with rice, beans, steak, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. When the employee rolled it, she did a poor job. I asked her immediately if it would come apart and she just looked at the cashier. Instead of checking it, the cashier said, "she's the best roller we have."

Sure enough it fell apart as soon as I took the foil off, I tried to close it but as I ate the contents fell out of the bottom.

If that's the "best roller" they have then they need to work on training their employees. I didn't have a lot in the burrito, it was just rolled poorly and contents were sticking out of the tortilla upon rolling it instead of her making room prior to closing the burrito.

I'm gonna get to the point like most of my reviews. Food got one star because I didn't even get It. Why? Because the line server girl literally took an order of "One scoop of chicken and steak full portions of both" and turned them into six scoops. Then when I said this isn't what I wanted or ordered she said yes it was in an "im speaking to an idiot" kind of way. I usually don't come to this one unless certain staff is working and I should have kept with it. Best part! she started talking crap about me to her coworkers like I'm not standing there. Oh I love it when places hire eye rolling, disrespectful staff, like yes do please insult me because of you messing up my order and being upset I don't want it. I think I see why a lot of places aren't hiring. Atmosphere was intense because between her eye rolling and talking crap about me in front of me and Me keeping my cool and not calling her out on it made the atmosphere tense. Service! I think just by reading this you know. So short story short if I'm going to be getting actual service I have to go downtown or far out because the food places in the wauwatosa area has been tainted. Take my review as you want but letting you know this was me waiting a few DAY'S to calm down and write this review without her name/info in it for her privacy. Qdoba get your staff together, have a monthly review or something because as I don't mind hiring young people it's the disrespectful ones that ruin your business faster than your food.

I chose to do an online order. I ordered a protein bowl with pretty much extra of all toppings! I got my bowl home and seen no queso, no sour cream! If I order extra, I should be able to see it before tasting it! I didn't see nor taste! Smh...next time I will come in and watch my order being made.

Food is always pretty good at this location. Some of the employees clearly don't want to be there, you can tell by their attitudes. I was greeted, which is bare minimum, but one of the female employees went to the back and shouted " I don't wanna be here", loud enough to where the entire restaurant could hear. What looked to be the manager just stood there, watching the other employees. If that were my employee, they would have gotten talked to at minimum. This seems to be the consensus with a lot of the restaurants in this area, people just don't have the work ethic they used to. Shame, I hate to give this place such a low rating, but with the ambiance In there, I can't give it any higher.

WROST EXPERIENCE WITH QDOBA. This been 2nd go to location when I do not want to drive to 16th St. the service was horrible was not inviting or pleasant. I asked for the quesadilla for me and my wife and the worker was irritated. He seemed very irritated when I told him my meat of choice. He only put enough for one corner so I asked him to put some more or spread it out, so it would be enough to make a quesadilla. He did not express to me that this would be considered extra serving cause I asked for a few pieces more. When I got home the food was not enjoy able. I’ll never return to this location again

I love it when they do right by me. It's a horrible feeling when you buy something that is not good. I must say, this location is jumping, so I think that helps with the frequent fresh food prep. I love their breakfast offerings, but there is always one woman working who barely speaks to me and then puts the food together horribly (burritos overstuffed and break open, quesadillas don't stick together and are just thrown into the container completely fallen apart). Today may have been the last straw. She put my quesadilla on the grill and then just disappeared - never said a word to me or my son. Rang us up, so we paid, and then walked away with my son's food in the bag and mine sitting on the grill with the grill wide open. Two other customers got served and left before she even came back. It was then that she told us she had to clean the utensils used to cut and plate the quesadilla. Oh, and most of the time she was having a conversation with someone on her ear buds. She's been employed there for so long, but I keep going back hoping she's not working or is no longer there. I know they're desperate for staff, but this situation is as sad as it is frustrating. Everyone else there seems great, but don't go much anymore for breakfast because of this worker.

As ordering 6/4/24 at 950pmish I noticed a worker wiping between the pans with an extremely dirty soiled towel. So dirty it was now brown and green instead of being white. Not sanitary. I told the black male manager wearing a red shirt, who talked trash under his breathe to me, who replied I’m ok with it. I asked for his name and he shared “ I don’t gotta give you my name”. Just a horrible attitude. I told the other Manager Sylvia but dont think anyone cares. Get management that cares about the food and knows how to provide customer service.

I went in for dinner and the entire time I was there, the 4 female staff behind the counter were bickering with each other about pay rates, hours, etc. I had to give my order repeatedly and it still ended up wrong. Who makes a quesadilla without cheese, and how does light sour cream mean smother the burrito in it?! Only one male staff member attempted to get them to do their jobs, to no avail. Children should not be left to run a shift by themselves. This is not the first time I've experienced poor customer service at this location, but I will not be visiting it again.

I stop at this location frequently. They are the only location that serves breakfast, and their breakfast is really good.
I always make a point of tipping well.
The morning breakfast crew are awesome! I would give them a 5 star rating any time!!!
I just stopped there for lunch. I got myself and a coworker food. I paid and tipped.
I got back to work and my lunch was in the bag, not my coworkers.
I called the restaurant, they told me to come back and get my coworkers food.
I can't. I punched back in after lunch. I told the woman that over the phone & asked for a credit back to my card for the left behind food. I was told they can't do that.
I am now very agitated. I am not sure if I will ever go back there again.

This Qdobs is disappointing. This is a prime location and if it was well staffed and well taken care of it would be so much more inviting to customers for an-eat in dining experience.
Upon arrival, we could literally not find a single clean table in the restaurant 4 people could sit down at, we had to wipe off a table and seats to eat at.
The staff is not inviting and seemingly unable to smile. They did make the food as ordered and taste was fine, but when we rang up our order we were told that their rewards system was not working. When I asked the cashier how I would then get our rewards for this order, she told me that the manager (Josh) told the staff that the rewards system just isn't going to work and that people would not be able to get rewards for right now.
This place is crying for help and in need of new leadership.

Second time I have went to Q'doba. Placed order online, went and picked up order. Found out when I got home was missing 2 of the entree's. Called and said I left without them. They handed me the order. They were not apologetic at all but did offer to remake it since it was cold. I said no because it had already been an hour since I placed the order and drove to pick it up. Got home and my quesadillas had only cheese on them. They were missing the meats and other stuff. Called again which is a chore to get someone to answer the phone, and they said that is how I ordered it. I did not but how can you argue with the online system. I doubt that I will go to this one again since I am usually treated badly there anyways. I paid $45 for cheese quesidillas. Again, they acted like it was my fault for not grabbing the entire order when it was handed to me. This is the second and last time that I order from here. Something is always wrong with my order.

Qdoba's was okay! I usually like wgen I eat here. I had the 3 cheese nachos with steak and with the chips on the side. The steak did not taste as good as I wanted it to. No seasoning on it and it was a little tough. Maybe I should have got the chicken! Also they need to actually have a scooper to put meat on there. The rice and bean scooper is bigger than the meat one. I am not vegetarian and when I order a chicken bowl, I want to taste meat throughout my meal. Stop being cheap with the meat! People shouldn't have to pay $2.95 extra for meat. Oh and ease up on how much salt youvput on the tortilla chips.On another note...that new creamy chipotle sauce is good. Food was just okay. Maybe I will give you another try but I expect better. The staff seemed to be all teenagers but they were nice. Do better to be better!

Horrible experience. The staff member/manager was completely rude and so unprofessional. I order the same thing at every single Qdoba location I go to and have never had a problem. I always ask for the cold toppings on the side in a separate bowl for several reasons. One is because I like to warm the meat and beans back up when I get home and another is because they never drain the juice out of the beans or meat and if you load up your bowl it turns into a soupy mess within minutes. Today, I was told I would be charged for a second meal if I wanted my cold toppings separate. Why? What's the difference? They are going to put the same amount of toppings in my bowl, whether it's together or separate. Then she continued to talk crazy about me and my order to the whole staff while I was still in line. When I asked her why it was such a problem, she said she wanted her staff to know she was going to take this issue to the General Manager. Apparently, my toppings must be coming out of her paycheck or something. Hope she doesn't lose sleep tonight over it.

This location needs a better system to handle online orders. Placed an online order at 3:24 pm, I arrived at the location at 3:40. They first couldn’t find my order and then when they found the receipt, they realized they hadn’t even started making my order. So I stand and wait there for 20 mins, no communication from the cashier. Finally at 4:02 she brings 2 bags over and tries to hand my order to another guy, then she hands me me the the Door Dash order. Then I asked where my order was and she says look at the name.
