I was really let down by this quesadilla. For how much it cost, there just wasn’t enough cheese or chicken inside, it felt more like a snack than a meal. The cheese they used didn’t taste right for a quesadilla either. It reminded me of the kind of shredded cheese you’d get on a Taco Bell taco, not something that melts nicely into a warm tortilla.

The chicken was also kind of off. Some pieces were super burnt, like they were stuck to the grill from a previous batch and just left there. I just picked them out because they're not edible.

Might be time to switch up the cheese, Chihuahua cheese would be a big upgrade and maybe clean the grill more often between batches.

This used to be our favorite location, but it's slowly gone downhill over the past year or so. The customer service is absolutely appalling.

If you speak English, the lady acts like she can't understand you. Fine, I'll speak spanish. Apparently now she can't understand that either, when she was clearly speaking it 20 seconds ago.

Don't talk trash about your customers in another language at work. Period. Some of us are bilingual and can clearly understand what you're saying. Try that with the wrong person and it can lead to a confrontation that could've been avoided.

If the customer is treating you with kindness and respect, then reciprocate. You're literally at work acting like immature adults.

Now that I've gotten that off of my chest, on to the food.

Why do the employees have an attitude when you ask for lettuce, guacamole, pickled onion and etc? We literally ordered NO protein bowls, NO fajita veggies, JUST rice, beans and toppings. They acted like that was an issue. I'm literally paying for it, just give me what I requested. Don't roll your eyes when I ask for different salsas.

I'll never step foot in this location ever again. I'd prefer to not have my patience tested over mediocre food.

This place rocks, they are fast and quick and to the point, I’m busy busy so being on the move all the time I appreciate how fast they are. Placed an online order today for 11AM. 2 burritos and a drink + chips. Husband went to pick up and arrived at 11:03. They tell him the order isn’t ready yet. It’s 11:20 and he goes up to ask about the order again, and they say it’s still not ready yet. Husband asks for a refund and they say it’s gonna take 20 minutes to do it and that he can leave. This is absolutely ridiculous. Am never eating here again. Will be charging back this order since apparently we can’t even get a refund for what we did not receive.

I ordered 1 item at 11:40am for it to be ready in 20 mins for pickup. I came 6 minutes after pick up time and it was not ready. The cashier asked me to double check my location because they didn't have it. I double checked and it was correct. Lots of time was spent just waiting for them to find my order. Another lady came and said someone already picked it up for delivery. This was not the case since I had ordered it to be picked by me in person. When they finally found my order and made it, it was 12:20pm. They should have verified the correct orders they were handing out. It should not have taken 40 mins from the time of order for me to receive my item. This was negligence on their part and they didn't even offer to make up for the mistake or say sorry.

Super rude staff. The kid that was taking orders just stood and waited for me to say something, he never greeted me at all. The cashier seemed as if she was sleepy or had a hard time comprehending. When I told her my container of queso was leaking, she proceeded to put it in the bag with my chips (directly on top of them). I had to take it out wipe it off and put it in a separate bag myself.
