Someone remind me to never go back to this location! SMH. I should have walked out when I saw a fly landing on some of the food bins. When I mentioned seeing the fly, the employee just stared at me, never even trying to waive it away from the food. I continued to order a steak bowl and received the smallest scoop of meat I’ve ever seen. I asked if I could get a little more and the employee said it would be an additional $3.95. Yeah, no thanks. Then I asked for fajita veggies and basically got a whole bell pepper. Geez… these ingredients and portion sizes are a bit crazy! I guess I will stick to my regular location that serves appropriately-sized ingredients.

When my girlfriend and I went to Qdoba for lunch there was no food left and they basically were giving us scraps when we didn’t get a full portion. If you see the food empty then do your job and fill it up. They got an older lady that doesn’t work as fast as she should for fast food lunch time. Very unimpressed with the service. And the lady working the register was helping the guy before me before I even started to pay. Like help me first I was there first. Very disliked. Get better management

Absolute worst customer service! when you go to a restaurant and you order the same thing all the time you are fully aware of the amount you are supposed to pay due to the language barrier, I was yelled at because I tried to explain that considering I’m aware when I’m being overcharged and not given the right amount of food or the right food for that matter I no longer wanted the order after realizing the mistake on their end, I still didn’t get an apology and they were extremely rude. I will never return to this location again. Do better plz and train your staff to respond with kindness I’m livid!!!! Poor communication no accountability I’m offended and confused how can you get upset with me over your own error!

The worst qdoba I have been too! I'm the only customer in the store and get ignored at the counter for about 2 min cuz they are all talking to eachother and not paying attention, then I order my burrito, double wrapped and double protein. There is barely and rice, or meat in the burrito and then they can't even wrap the burrito up correctly. I swear there is just as much sauce and toppings outside of the burrito as there are inside. And then am charged 20 dollars for this burrito that has barely anything in it. No wonder I was the only customer there! Will not be back and wouldn't recommend anyone else to go to the 108th street location!

I absolutely LOVE Qdoba Chicken bowls! EXTRA CHICKEN! cilantro and lime white rice, pinto beans, mild queso cheese sauce, grilled fajitas veggies, guacamole, Pico de gallo, lettuce, shredded cheese & sour cream! My mouth is watering as I type this! They make all burritos and bowls from an "assembly line" setup of all fresh meat and toppings (like subway), so if you're ordering at Qdoba it'd be pretty hard for them to mess up your order!
With every bowl, they also offer a small paper bag of fresh tortilla chips !

This was my first time visiting a QDOBA, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The customer service was poor, and the staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated, as if they didn’t want to be there. At one point, employees came out to sit with their family, while children ran around and screamed, making the atmosphere chaotic and unprofessional. The food was decent, but the overall environment was far from welcoming.

I ordered delivery today from Qdoba at 2831 S 108th St, West Allis, WI 53227. I understand this might be done through third party apps as I used to work food service as well. I called To let them know my order never arrived even though it said completed. They let me know they didn’t know since it was a third party app. I was about to ask them which service when I was interrupted by the associate just repeating what she had said before. She asked what I wanted them to do, remake it or refund me. I asked them to remake it and she said, “it would have to be for another day since we’re really busy right now.”

I told her I had ordered it today and I understood it was busy but I would even come pick it up if they just remade it for me. She kept telling me it would have to be for a different day since it was burrito day and they were really busy. I reiterated that we would come pick it up and I didn’t understand why they couldn’t simply remake one burrito and one bowl. Never in my food service work (1 year at jimmy johns and 3 years at Olive Garden) have I ever heard someone respond or responded to a customer myself saying we were too busy and it would either be a refund or a different day. Even with promotions, we still offered to remake it ESPECIALLY if said customer was willing to drive out and pick it up rather than the original delivery option.

While this was happening, I heard someone, presumably another employee saying “you can’t keep being on the phone, tell her to stop bitching. We’re busy.”

Then she told me “I can’t keep going back and forth with you like this, either you give me your name for a refund or I’m just going to set this phone down. We are very busy.” I told her my name and she said she’d get my refund when they had time.

I did end up putting in another order of the same food as what we had, but this time losing out on that promo coupon. I wanted my food tonight and I figured they would make it if I put in another order. Overall, very unprofessional service even if they were stressed out. I also understand they make minimum wage and don’t get paid enough to deal with crabby people on the phone all day, but I have also been there, and feel as though I offered a fair compromise with going to pick it up instead.

When I walked in tonight in it was as if the staff was having a party for themselves. It was very loud in there. There was a husband and wife trying to eat their meal. Ii had to wait to order as a guy that working at the counter was trying to get the attention of the women who seemed to be having a party to come over to the counter. They grabbed their aprons to put them back on. One would think they should have washed their hands. It was now my turn to order I asked for a chicken bowl. She asked me which rice I said none. She then asked me what kind of beans I told her black beans. I was then asked by the guy if I wanted queso. I said yes he gave me the queso. By this time I’m trying to tell him I want habanero and he takes the pico and puts a spoon full of that on it. I kept repeating habanero to him. The short lady with the tattoos yanks the bowl out of his hand and throws it out. She then grabs another bowl and puts the black beans and chicken in the bowl then proceeds to but habanero on it. I then asked for the queso she puts her hand on the mild queso and I say yes that one. She looks at me and repeats at four times to mild or hot by the time she’s four questions in on the queso I said mild to her. The next person a kind of a younger girl I say to her lettuce sour cream guac and cheese. Needless to say I ended up a mostly sour cream and lettuce chicken bowl. It’s disgusting to even look at. So I threw it out and went to eat something else. I will NEVER cog back to this location even though it is close to my house. I’ll go to New Berlin as they are respectful and quiet there.

Overall a good take out experience.

They tried to get my large order fulfilled quickly but it did take a while. We would have ordered online but slight oddball tweaks to the order can't be online (like half white and brown rice)

The staff were quick and friendly. My only gripe is I'm hard of hearing so it wasn't clear what the staff said when assembling my order. Can't take a star for that.

Restaurant is very clean. Nothing out of place there.

Store has gone downhill. Food was not very good and they couldn't upgrade certain parts of my order "because they didn't have a button for it"

The restaurant itself was fine but somewhat sad. There was a dirty drink holder by the beverages.

Ordering multiple items in person is very frustrating but necessary if you prefer your food a certain way. Online ordering doesn't allow for comments or special requests

I don't how any manager would allow this. I am a Door-Dasher so my order is called in WAY before I get here. I am now ten minutes past my "pick up" time. They have taken and finished everyone's order including people that walked in ten minutes after me and my simeple 2 item order still hasn't been started. The look of absolutely distain they give me and other Door-Dashers when we walk is noticable. I will be making another corporate call tomorrow....I just went back up to the counter. They have completed another 6 walk-ins and I asked about my order (which I am not being tipped on) and she literally rolled her eyes. Remember THIS IS THE MANAGER!!!.... Double edit...After 45 minutes (on a note busy Tuesday) not manager refused to give me her name. Door Dash had to pay me $12.76 for what should have been a $3.00 delivery. I am always kind and polite. Wonder what Door-Dash and Qdoba think about this horrible behavior? I will be asking them in the morning.

The West Allis QDOBA location has a very rude customer service staff. We have been going to this location for years and have noticed over the last year that the support staff are unwelcoming and rude (non-responsive) when preparing our food and especially when checking out/paying for our food. Today was my first time eating there and the food was good nothing to complain there. Just the customer service was terrible because the first women had a nasty look at everything I asked for on my burrito. And then then second women had a bad attitude which made me not even want the food anymore but I held my tongue so I didn’t wanna start any arguments. The second one was just plain rude and when I asked for a side of sour cream she didn’t even acknowledge it and just gave me the total so when I asked her if she heard me she cut me off and said “yep” with attitude. I have come to this establishment many times and without fail, the employees are always talking smack about customers in front of other customers. They use very unprofessional language (cussing) to talk about customers. I went there yesterday and the woman adding the toppings to my bowl completely skimped out on my guacamole, which is crazy as i am paying extra for it. i was overcharged for my meal. i had asked to complete my meal with a drink and small chips and queso and the cashier charged me for a large queso and didn’t want to give me my drink. The employees are always super unwelcoming. i have never once been greeted upon entering. probably the last time i will ever set foot in this restaurant.

Service here was horrible but let me go into detail for you all. When I first walked in they looked at me and my family an interracial family and was talking about us. I may be black but I understand Spanish completely. Even with that aside every qdoba I go to if I say full portion the spoon is full not over filling but full with them that gave me and my family half scoops and charged us full portion. On top of that when the second women close to the register asked what meat was on it I told her steak and chicken. She rolled her eyes at me like I was lying just for her coworker to tell her it's steak and chicken. But when a Mexican customer asked for full portion they put 2 scoops of meat in theirs and made sure it was packed. So short story short if you aren't of their ethnicity don't go here you won't get good service at all.

My parents and I went to this location and I was appalled at the attitude one of the workers gave my mom. My mother is deaf in her left ear, making it hard for her to understand what people are saying in loud areas. The worker asked what my mother wanted and when my mom didn't hear her and asked her to repeat herself, the worker rolled her eyes and gave her coworker an annoyed face. My mother started to tell her off but I deescalated the situation so we could just get our food. As we were leaving I told this worker that my mom is hard of hearing and that I didn't appreciate her attitude towards my mother. She then laughed in my face as I was leaving. I am disappointed that even though I tried to be nice about it at first she still didn't take me or my mother seriously.

I am sad to write this because I usually have great food and service at this location. I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas and while watching them being prepared, I noticed the "cook" being VERY skimpy with the ingredients. Unfortunately, when I got home I was correct. I did not go to Qdoba and pay Qdoba Prices to receive taco bell quality food. I have gotten more meat and cheese from taco bell quesadillas than I did from the ones I got today at this Qdoba.Having a piece of quesadilla that is literally half empty (no meat or cheese, just empty tortilla) is ridiculous. Was he skimping on ingredients because he was taking home the leftovers at the end of the night? Whatever the reason, if I go to this location again and he is preparing food, I am leaving. Maybe he should go work at taco bell if he is not up to Qdoba standards. Very disappointed with this visit, I feel like I got ripped off. It may take me a while to go back to this location, which I actually go to regularly.

Server spoke little English so often didn't understand me. Tacos not supported so all over the bowl. Refrigerator with soda didn't work so soda was warm and they didn't tell me ahead of time. Girl who checked me out was on the phone for 10 minutes while I waited, andthenwasnotverypleasant. Poorly staffed and not that clean.

Wow. Not often I think to myself "that was the worst service I ever had"... But I just left this West Allis location and literally said it out loud. We stopped by for two easy burritos and chips and 12:10p on 12/31 and we're greeted by the three most unenthusiastic, unaccommodating women I have met in a long time. I asked about the new hot and sweet chicken, zero help. No one smiled. They all three looked as If I was an inconvenience. Suggestion to employees: If you want to keep your job for $17/hr as advertised then I'd suggest trying a little harder to be customer Service oriented or find some place where you don't need to talk to people.
Food was fine, consistent with quality I expect from Qdoba.
So disappointed in service that I won't ever return to this location.

I did an order for pickup. My bowl I ordered was missing some toppings and had little chicken in it. I called and the manager asked me to bring the bowl back and they would make me a new one. When I got there I was not greeted very kindly. I got attitude and eye rolls. They wanted to know what was missing so I told them and then accused me of eating the bowl and brining it back. I told them I had 2 bites of it and was so disappointed and decided I should get what I paid for. The lady then proceeded to chuck my bowl in the garbage. And say in front of me it has chicken in it. The pieces of chicken in it were so small . If you have a problem with a customer u shouldn't act that way in front of them. I apologized and thanked them and I then got rudness. The one girl who remade my order was nice but then after getting back home i realized it doesn't have the sour cream or guacamole either. I left here upset. I usually don't complain about things that are made wrong since I know mistakes can happen. But the customer service I recieved was terrible. I won't be going back to this location anymore.

So me and my girlfriend came in to get food, and she asked for a kids nachos. After she had gone down the line with the line worker preparing her food she got to the register and the young lady with the multicolored hair on nights rang it up incorrectly....

When my girlfriend said I didn't get the vegan nachos, it was supposed to be a kid's meal, The worker got real snotty like it was my girlfriend's fault that the lady who started making the order didn't put her kids nachos in a kids-sized dish. And instead of giving me the option to pay for it, she got real snotty and said well you're just going to have to start over and threw it away. Now as someone who comes to this Qdoba all the time this really surprised me. Because normally they're pretty good but this time was a truly off-putting experience. It's convenient because of its proximity to me, but for me the service is what matters and this service was horrible. I will be seeking other Qdoba outlets.

Person at the order lane was extremely rude, didn’t greet the guest even when we greeted her she kept a condescending demeanour. Seemed like she was having a bad day or didn’t want to work there. I may give her a benefit of the doubt but if someone smiles and greets you, as an employee one must reciprocate the gesture.
Plus we ordered two burrito bowls and she makes one and than harshly asks “YOU WANT ONE OR TWO” I clearly mentioned two in the beginning as we were two people in line clearly!!

Today I visited the West Allis location for the first time. I travel for my job, and wanted something that reminded me of something I would eat back home. From the beginning the young woman at the front had a horrible attitude. They say she was taking to me was as if she doesn’t like her job. Everything was short, quick, emotionless, and rude. I took my food to the table and as I was eating I noticed that my food was drying out because the amount of queso added per their measurement rule isn’t a lot. I went up to purchase some more queso (wanted enough for my food). The young woman was up there again. I told her what I wanted, she asked “mild or spicy”, she then came over with a big cup of the queso and said, “$5.??” I said I don’t want a big cup, and am not going to pay $5 (especially since I just paid $12 for a meal), just for some queso. She said “I asked you what size you wanted, and you could have just said you wanted a small one.” Suddenly, the conversation took off a whole pointless direction with her attitude problem and rudeness. The manager came over and was trying to help but I got frustrated and walked away. A few moments later I went back and wanted to to speak to her. I told her what happened and why I was upset. I told her about the young woman and get attitude. The young woman piped up with “I was doing online orders” with yet another bad attitude when I told her manager she was rude when I first arrived. She then continued to be snarky with me while talking over her manager and I. Who wants or deserves to be treated like that when all I did was walk in and want to spend my money to eat. I don’t know why this young generation feels so entitled to act like brats in any scenario. Even a work setting. Yikes. Also, don’t forget that some of your patrons speak Spanish; you just may not know it.

It’s a burrito what can I say. The staff making the burrito did a nice job. They used plenty of ingredients. It tasted good and i was not hungry after I ate it.

They had a lot of different ingredients that I would try in the future. There are a lot of combinations of flavors possible.

The main reason that I went there is that they were giving a portion of the money to a local recreation center. I appreciate their willingness to give back to the community.

I love Qdoba but service at the West Allis location has been somewhat spotty. Today I ordered nachos with chips on the side to-go. They had the chips already bagged and closed at the register. Once I arrived home, I realized the chips were terribly over-done -- brown with a burnt taste. Not terribly conducive to an enjoyable dining experience... Unless the lighting was bad or the employees suffered from collectively bad eye sight (my apologies if this is the case), they had to realize they were selling sub-par quality food and did so regardless.
