I asked for my burrito to be grilled and the cash register person refused to remove wrapper and said it's the same and whispered something to the builder. I hope when he receives that treatment he recalls doing this experience. I would have rather gone to you-know-where instead

I stood in line waiting for my order to be taken. It appears they were under staffed. There were 6 people waiting on to go orders. The young man behind the counter was trying to keep up with the to go orders as well as help with the cashier. The cashier was more worried about being on his phone and sipping his drink. The young man who was making to go orders had to then go over and bag all of the orders (while cashier was standing there on his phone)! I over heard one worker tell a customer a list of employees quiting soon. The store was dirty. I seldom write reviews, but this experience was horrible!

This particular location has been going down hill lately, food is chain food pretty good but the employees almost make you feel bad for being a customer. This shift 3 people at the line, the taller light blonde hair guy with glasses rolled his eyes when I walked in, no greetings for coming in only stares. Then was rushing through the bowls I had two bowls, he was assuming what I wanted ended up giving me the wrong queso before I could say Diablo he poured the regular one on it (not a huge deal just the rushing with attitude was off putting) I told we wanted diablo and he just threw the diablo on top didn’t offer to start over, gave a half scoop of chicken because they were almost out of chicken. I had to let him know before he pushed the bowls to the other guy I wanted fajita veggies, then the next guy zero words no acknowledgment I just told him what I wanted he did it without looking at me. The girl at the cash register was at least nice (brown hair), I feel bad for her she seemed stressed. That shift was at 12:35pm on 7/12/25. The place wasn’t packed or anything either, so I’m not sure what the issue was. But I’ve been here with zero other customers in the last few months and have gotten the stare and zero words while taking my order. Not sure what the deal is but they need some customer service training.

Waited 20 minutes well staff was making jokes and almost purposely moving slow, and doing all the online orders so the people in line would eventually walk out. They need to hire some better employees who actually respect that people are paying for at least halfway decent service. Another customer in line also had told the employees that we all see them laughing anf making jokes well not taking peoples orders,If I could give no star I would.

Food is always decent and consistent here, but every time I’m in the staff seem to be unhappy or very unwelcoming. Today when I was in, the first employee (who starts your meal) said zero words the entire time. He did not greet me, no “hello” or “what can I get you” or even a “what do you want”. He just stared at me until I said hello to him, and he did not respond. He continued to just stare at me until I ordered. He didn’t ask me what kind of rice I wanted or what kind of beans, zero words. The other two staff members spoke to me thankfully. I have been in here previously with staff members yelling at each other, one time a female employee running the register was yelling at another employee, slamming things down and throwing things around the counter while still checking me out. Again, food is always decent, just hope their employees are okay.

Sad to say anything negative, but this location is usually on point.
Had just given birth, all I was craving was a Qdoba burrito bowl. Fiance went to get us some for lunch. He came back and mentioned the employee had an attitude with him because he had "interrupted his conversation" with another customer. He hardly put any ingredients in there, they were all ice cold by the time he got to the hospital (mind you it's a 10 minute drive WITH traffic). It was 1/2 the normal amount of food. Cold ground beef (the fat was coagulating), the rice wasn't even fully done, beans were absent, etc. Don't think we will be back anytime soon, if ever.

Came in today, after having some pretty bad days. Ordered the food we usually do, went to pay and the card declined. No other money and tears were about to form. So I had place an online order for Qdoba on Paradise Street obviously and so when I went in it looked perfectly fine and so now that I'm home it has beans in it. Both kinds of beans, pinto and black beans. But I ordered no beans. So if there is anyway I could get any compensation for that that'd be greatly appreciated. Does the workers at the Qdoba should be able to follow in orders order and follow the directions on how to make it correctly instead of making incorrectly orders? Yeah it's not that hard to read off a piece of paper. Like do your workers need to go back to school to learn how to read properly? I mean the service was great. Qdoba is my go to for fast casual Mexican food. The staff are always friendly, the service is fast, food is tasty and consistent with big portions. I have never experienced an ingredient out of stock and they don't charge for extra toppings such as guacamole. Whenever I visit family up north I bring them a bag of Qdoba chips because my family loves them so much and can't get them where they live. I'm so happy with Qdoba, I have never seen a reason to visit their competitor across the street.

We are pretty regular at Qdoba. Tonight was the first time I was completely disappointed with this restaurant. Luckily, I dislike the competitor across the street even more. 7:35 pm, my husband and I were the only ones in line (physically). They just make you stand there and wait while they fill the online orders. Maybe this is the norm now, but unacceptable. We are there IN THE FLESH! The place was a complete mess! Disgusting. They were low or out of many ingredients, so our orders got shorted compared to what you usually get. It'll be a while before I decide to give them another chance.

I have never had an experience as I did tonight (06/05/24) at any other Qdoba. We wait close to 10 minutes at the front of the line. The manager had the guy at that part of serving do a 3 online orders. Then my husband wanted the Surf and turf Burrito and we have no clue what he got because it didn't have shrimp or steak in it. My Burrito bowl was very skimpy and not very many chips compared to other Qdoba's I have been to. It was very disappointing. I hope I wasn't charged for a Surf and Turf burrito when it wasn't what he got. The manager never offered a receipt and I forgot to ask.

We utilized Qdoba West Bend for my son’s grad party 2024 at Jackson Park. His graduation, & party were the same day. We had a lot going on & didn’t want to deal with the hassle of dealing with the food. Everything was wonderful! From the people that prepared it, to the driver. There are many options for catering but we chose them. The manger personally came back out & fixed something they missed BEFORE we even knew it was missed. We were very impressed by that! With their commitment to making sure everything was perfect. The ordering process was easy, & painless service was great. I prefer supporting the small mom/pop places, however in this instance we wanted to do something different. Local franchises need support too also to be acknowledged when things are done well.

I didnt catch her name but whoever has been working the night shift the last two Tuesdays (April 16 and April 9) should get a raise. When you think about fast food, the general conception are the McDonald's and Taco Bells of the world where most employees just don't care. It's simply a pay check... I visited Qdoba for the first time (even though I live a couple blocks away) and I was impressed. There was a line of people and the counter staff whipped through them swiftly with a smile on their face. The food was great (not overly priced), the seating was clean, and staff again made the visit feel warm and welcomed. Thank you to John and Sevia for making me a believer! I will definitely be back!!

This place had gone down hill. I used to enjoy eating there. Not anymore. Their assembly food line is a joke. The same person making online orders is making the in person orders so those people are standing in line waiting as the line gets longer and longer. They've been out of brown rice for a few days now. You would think they would have someone who knows how to roll a burrito on that part of the assembly line - wrong.

..it was disgusting. The food station area had caked on bean drippings all over and the rice, beans and corn were all over the area and mixed into the containers. In all the years I've been there I've never seen it so disgusting! Tons of flies were flying around and landing on the food as well. It was super dead as only one other couple was sitting in the dining room so that could not have been the reason. We went on 7/16 at 3pmish and wasn't greeted either by anyone...we took one look at the station and turned and walked out. My mom said she started gagging after looking at how bad it looked. It's just so sad people don't want to work with standards anymore. How hard is it to wipe up the area when your not busy and they weren't as they were standing around chit chatting. Not good business when Chipotle across the street will be opening up soon. Guess I will give them a shot next time instead.

I always try to find the positive, and can be really understanding, but this was just too much wrong not to say something.

The service was terrible, obviously the server really didn't want to be here. The food was barely warm, and my meat was super greasy, even the ice on the soda machine is broken and they have no other ice available (which would have been nice to know before ordering a fountain drink). Like the comments below, the dining room was filthy, and the one clean table just had a dirty rag sitting on the table.

I haven’t been here for a while because of the last time I came in. The service was fine and the workers making my food were also pleasant, but my food was terrible. My chicken had no flavor and my rice was not good. Also, the queso didn’t have much flavor either. It honestly felt like I was eating a bowl of nothing since there wasn’t flavor. I was really disappointed because I liked Qdoba but the last time I ate from here it was not good. I couldn’t even eat half my bowl and I usually eat the entire thing.

I wish I could give qdoba a better rating but I cannot. I love this restraunt but it seems to alwase be in disfunction whenever I visit. this store turns out a lot of production in a day but management needs to do a better job of planning for action. I will.go back and I hope to give a better rating.

June 7, 2023. I came back and the place is much worse. Decreasing to a one star. Make sure if you do decide to come here or you order online and come late because you end up waiting for your order while all the online orders get made. I won’t be back after this visit. I’ve never waited so long in line. Do you watch your food get cold while the online orders get made.

Visited this location last weekend around lunch time. Before we even walked in the door the trash outside was overflowing. The food was good but trying to find a place to sit was difficult, most of the tables were still dirty from the previous people. There were a few times when there weren't any new customers coming in but the employees just stood behind the counter chatting & eating. Along with all the dirty tables, the trash inside the restaurant was overflowing, customers were setting their trash on the top of the receptacle. Its a shame that a couple people couldn't go out there to wipe tables down & at least take some trash out when things were slow.

They were not prepared for customers. When we arrived the workers were eating and talking. They didn't have chicken cut up or pulled pork ready. We had to wait 10 minutes while they got the food ready.
