I work down the road from this place and every time I go I'm more disappointed than the last. It's always dirty and unorganized. One time they charged me twice for chips and queso and I went back up to the counter to get a refund and they just wanted to give me another order. No, lol. I don't need two full orders of chips and queso. Then the person behind the counter admitted they didn't know how to issue a refund. Ok, than just say that, I get it's hard to keep a staff in fast food nowadays but just say that and get some help. Last time I went the soda machine didn't work, which maybe wasn't all that bad since when it is working it's disgusting and the counter next to it is no better. The high top table next to it always has staff drinks and food on it, unprofessional to say the least. Also last time they had all the chairs put up like they didn't want you to sit at the tables. The new chipotle in rib mountain can't open soon enough. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the food is usually ok.

Just gross, the people, the management every single thing, except Derek, he's the only reason I come back. He's a ray of sunshine who is literally the only person in the entire place who seems to care about the customers. I cringe when I get a doordash and see he isn't there, I know the order will take forever I will have to deal with Beeeeeeeeennnnnn.

Qdoba in Weston. I want to give a shout out to the man working alone in the gray hoodie today around 12:50. You did a fantastic job considering you had no absolutely no help. This guy deserves a big raise for dealing with all the customers and online orders. Other customers and I could see he was overwhelmed and doing his best. This place is in dire need of new management. It has drastically gone down hill in the past year +. These poor employees need help! And hire someone to clean the building!

I highly suggest if you are a doordash driver to turn down any orders from this location. The staff will not acknowledge your existence. They will make you wait up to half an hour past pick up time. Disorganized and obviously poorly managed. If you do not want doordash to be delivered from this location please remove it from the service.
Update: They have done better with different staff. My initial review with 1 star was based on a obvious staff issue that appears to be resolved. I would like to give a shout out to a older tall African-American gentleman who I have seen at both locations. He is extremely professional and very helpful. He also very friendly. I am revising my rating because of the increase in quality of service.

You're better off going in and ordering because you'll never get your food on time if you order ahead of time. They will prioritize people in the restaurant first. Read below.
I ordered online through the Qdoba website 20 minutes before pickup. When I arrived at the pickup time, the food wasn't ready. No biggie, it happens. 15 minutes pass, and I see the workers helping other people in line, but they don't appear to be starting work on my order yet.
An employee then informed me that it'd take 15 minutes for more chicken to be done. They were already very late making my order, and I wasn't about to stay another 15 minutes to wait for the chicken that they should've had for my order if they made it when they were supposed to rather than helping the people in line like they were ahead of me despite me ordering far ahead of time.
At least the man, who I assume was the manager or shift lead, gave me some free entree coupons. I still wish he had told me 15 minutes earlier that I'd have to stand around waiting that long for the chicken on top of my already 15 minute wait. If so, I would've left and gone elsewhere for my meal way sooner.
Since then, I've had the same thing happen: I stand around and wait until the employees notice I'm there, ask who the mobile order was for, and then start working on it AFTER my pickup time. It's a shame because I used to have nothing but good experiences at this location.

Incredibly rude staff with disgusting service.. the employees were filthy looked like she had just left a coal mine or the shirt has been there longer than she has... ordered a bowl with hot chicken she scrapped the edges of container all around getting the burnt black off edges to fill her scoop I asked if I could get some more chicken or wait for some fresh so I don't have the crud she rudley replied with it'll Cost extra it was not busy no customers there I was only one ordering.. the attuide was crazy like the chicken is coming out of her paycheck the scoop had 3 pieces of chicken and half a spoon of crud

Cannot believe the way I was treated. No iContact. No smile. No hello. Just a stare. No receipt when I was done ordering just a plop of my bag on the counter top to top it all off. No tray, nor did she ask if I was eating in or taking it to go. So the burrito that was falling apart, which sometimes is understandable was getting all over the table creating a mess. I noticed a lot of other people having to go bag while eating there as well. What kind of a lazy worker just gives everyone to go bags because they don’t want to deal with trays??? Definitely not the type of person that should be dealing with customers.
OK, an update one year later. Now I still have no friendly faces no smile no communication as well as shrink-flation! I basically got no food for $13.

Jay is the best burrito roller in the world. He rolled me that fattest most gluttonous and tasty burrito ive ever had. It was so thicc he had to use two shells. Ask jay to roll you a burrito and leave the man a good tip. And ask yourself, would chipotle do this for you?

Went to order on the app and it kept declining payment which I thought was odd but decided to go and order in person. They had 1 cook and 2 servers and seemed under staffed for the 4 people in line in front of me.
I began ordering ordering and they told me they were out of chicken but they were making it so we did the other 3 orders for my family first. One order was for nachos which I had assumed would be melted cheese on chips but learned it was exactly the same as a rice bowl with chips on the side. Next few orders went smooth. A new customer came in and they warned them it would be a while until chicken was ready, which was not made clear to me. Once they finished with him I asked how long for the chicken and was told 3 minutes or 5 max. 13 minutes later they lazily start taking chicken off the grill. The cook turns to me and asks if I was waiting for the chicken (thought that should have been communicated to him already)they proceeded to get the chicken and as we complete the last order they offer me a free beverage for my wait (a nice offer but at this point would have been better half an hour earlier).
I get home and we start eating to find the steak was cut in 2 inch by 2 inch squares and was too chewy for my kids to eat and the veggies were so large I think each pepper was only into quarters.
Over all it was poor service getting the food and a poor experience to eat. we had to throw away most of the steak. The chicken was good though.
I would have gotten a different meat if they had told me from the start it was going take that long...
Anyway I noticed that they had no other online pick up orders while I was there and the rewards system seemed to be malfunctioning so I think the issue I had at the start was a system wide issue which I get happens from time to time, but wasn't great on top of everything else. Oh and the soda I wanted for my free drink was out (not a big thing, just another thing).

I dined in on a Friday evening at 5:30pm. The line where all of the ingredients are was just a disaster-ingredients everywhere! I felt like it all mixed together. One of the line cooks/employees had a long black curly beard that was not covered. I almost walked out when I saw this. Cover your hair!
The 2 employees working were very kind and this location obviously short staffed-so I felt bad for them. The whole location needs a deep deep clean. Again-kind staff, hygiene was not great, and the food line/counter was a disaster.

I’m usually a lover of Qdoba, but unfortunately this evening my burrito 🌯 left something to be desired! The store manager on duty was helpful and friendly, but the new guy made my burrito and literally gave me about 2 tablespoons of meat for my $13 burrito. I ate 3/4 of my burrito without any meat and my last 1/4 of burrito FINALLY had the protein I paid so much for. Please train your employees to give the right sized portion of meat in the future and I’ll be much happier. Also, the black beans were so dried out they were pastey and the white rice was also dried out and crunchy. We were there 1 1/2 hours before close so I don’t think that’s acceptable. If I come back in the future and these issues were addressed I’ll happily update my review! :(

This is utterly ridiculous. This store has probably the most inconsistent pattern I've seen for a qdoba. I usually love this place. But there's a few problems I've noticed when I go in the morning at around 11:30.
There's almost always only one person running that foodbar thing and it's the boy who always wears a hat. He usually tries to rush me which is understandable considering he gets no help. The managers seem to either never be present or are sitting down while there's people to be served. The food lately has been kinda downhill lately too in terms of flavor and portioning. The cook I've seen a few times seems like a nice person too and seems to always be doing his job so that's good. Also a real kicker is why would you have a dine in area with no decorations it makes the atmosphere boring

What a weird experience..
I showed up around 1:00 pm, lunch time. There was two guys working and not a single one said anything to me for over 5 minutes while I waiting to order. I was the only person in line besides one person who had already checked out and was waiting to pick up their order. The kitchen and counter behind the serving line was a mess, stuff scattered everywhere. Not a good look to customers.
Once I started ordering, they were “out” of every almost every single cold item besides a few salsas and pico. The person assembling my bowl was rushing me as I was trying to figure out what to put on the bowl since there was very little things to choose from.
The food was bland which is unusual for Qdoba and tasted weird/off. The chips were cold, stale, and tasted like old grease. I ended up tossing the food and went to Jimmy John’s instead.. they weren’t out of anything. Not sure if this was just a bad day for this location but this is not my usual experience at Qdoba.

In the area this afternoon so looked up Qdoba, usually love the place. Got to this location at 11:50am so a bit before lunch rush.
Get to counter and girl is helping 2 people in front of me. No hello, be with you in a minute, nothing. Then she starts making online orders again without saying anything. Finally she looks up at me “What can I get you”? So I order a salad, just in a bowl, with extra chicken. She looks at me like I slapped her.. “We don’t have chicken it’s going to be a while”, so I reply “Ok, I’ll wait”
The manager was cooking the chicken and then walking in back and coming back - starts talking to the girl about said chicken he was grilling (by this time there are 3 people in line waiting for chicken) and the manager says something about “Well they can stand their with their arms crossed (Referring to how I was standing) and then mumbled something else. I guess I missed the memo on how people are supposed to stand in line?
I gave 2 stars because at least the chicken was fresh…
Anyways the customer service is severely lacking at this location, and the manager might want to take some people services training courses. I’ll google the closest Chipotle next time I’m in the area and see if they offer better service.
(And I get how these places are run, I used to be a manager for Qdoba, this wouldn’t fly back when I was in the company)

After reading the reviews I’m not shocked at how my experience was. 3 guys working here that didn’t know what they were doing. One who I’m assuming is the night manager had a personality and was actually decent. Watched one of the workers open the OUTSIDE door with gloves on and go back to making food. Thankfully was after I got my food. Every diet soda was out, food was cold, barley any clean tables nor was the bathroom clean, EVERY TIME I come they’re out of Pico…had to wait about 10 minutes for Queso…Not sure who runs out of the most common ordered things…Not impressed.

Tonight was horrible, guy wo took my order needs to speak louder then a whisper could hardly hear him, Girl who wasnt even helping me I had no problem hearing her talk. Got a burritto with sweet hot chicken, had barely any chicken in it. Also got queso and chips. Barely any chips and the queso came in a sampler cup, usually comes in a bigger bowl. Made my change , pushed bag across counter and walked away...Older guy who works there I see him often, he does an amazing job, I will give him 5 stars. To bad he wasnt there tonight

I first want to say staff was friendly and service was great. Im giving three stars for the food and the food only. Honestly it was pretty bland and i had to add my own salsa when i got home. I liked that they had pickled onions but im use to the veggies and meat having more flavor at similar places as i dont like really hot sauce. Arrived today at 1115 right after open. The food was great, but boy does this place need to be picked up. The floors a mess, food under every table, the soda machine is dirty and the tables aren't the cleanest. Great service and friendly, just needs to be cleaned up.

I usually go here once a week and get the bowl with brown rice which is very good everytime up until this point, The rice was hard as a rock. Everything else in the bowl was good just wished the rice would've been fresh or at least softer.

Just recently revisited the Weston Qdoba and it was probably 30 minutes from closing time. But I must say the food quality seems to have gotten a boost since the last time I was there. Keep it up and I might stop by more often. It's still overpriced but it is what it is.

Staff was friendly but this place was very dirty. EVERY table was filthy as was the floor. Garbage was overflowing and the staff were more occupied with phones and goofing around. Seems like the Weston store is really having some issues by reading other reviews. Will not be visiting this location again. To the owners, I think it’s time you step in and change things.

Was going to eat here.. until the 2 employees inside continuously looked back and forth at us, snickering, while my bf and I were finishing a cigarette in the car. One of them also walked to the door and seemed to have locked it. Very uncomfortable , rude, and weird.

I honestly feel bad for the kid working at the counter right now. He seems to be the only person working in this facility. The “cook” stood there on his phone and refused to help with anything. When I called him out I was told that they are “assigned roles, and he is just a cook.” What happened to team work? When the kid asked the manager for help, the manager kept walking and didn’t even acknowledge the kid said something to him. How disappointing. What happened to team work? You can do better Qdoba!

Very flavorful Mexican style food to go. Good sized servings at a reasonable price. Appreciate that the food was served in biodegradable bowls, although still with clear plastic lids. Good effort to minimize plastic waste. Quite pleasant service.

Wow that was the most disgusting restaurant experience I've ever had! EVERYTHING was dirty; food all over the floor, the soda machine looked like it had never been cleaned. The bathroom was barely held together and the toilet was disgusting. The water from the bathroom tap was scalding hot. I wish I had paid more attention before ordering my food.

I realized when I got home that I was missing all of the plastic ware and bowls in addition to the aluminum trays needed for heating the food. Called Qdoba and was told that I needed to come back to get them. When I picked up the items I asked if the tortillas were packed with the original items because I didn't notice them when I briefly looked through the bags at home. Employee assured me he had packed them. When I got home, turns out tortillas were also forgotten. Called Qdoba and asked for someone to deliver them but told they didn't have enough staff. I asked not to be charged for them but told I had to call a different number because they didn't have the capability to change the amount billed.

I mean, what they gave me tasted fine. It’s too bad that they gave me about half of what I ordered. I ordered online to pick up on my way out of town, and when I went to eat it, I realized that half of what I requested on my build your own salad simply wasn’t there. Pretty disappointing and will not return to this location if I’m ever back in town.

This used to be my favorite place to eat, but the last time I went there changed that. I ordered a steak and cheese burrito, but what I got was mostly rice and beans. There was only a tiny bit of steak on it and it tasted kinda chewy. There was barely any cheese on it and so little sour cream that I couldn't even taste it. This was the one on Camp Phillips Road. I've never had a problem with the one on Stewart Ave.

Qdoba's food is very tasty! We stopped at the one in Weston. The ingredients selection is good; you pick your own ingredients while they assemble & heat it for you. Their Adobo (grilled) chicken & also the beef brisket was absolutely delicious! The 3 fellows working the day we stopped were very gracious & pleasant. We'll be back! 👍👍👍
