This is was my first time back to Qdoba in four years. I visited the Whitewater location. I used to work for the company so I'm familiar with the products and how they're prepared. The two employees that took my order were rude and condescending. Not everyone knows Qdoba options by heart, so there was no need to be impatient. I ordered first asking for a bowl and a tortilla on the side instead of chips. I was told "ya sure" with an eye roll, and never got my tortilla. Regardless I placed my order and while my fiancé wasn't sure about all the options, he was constantly asked "what do you want" instead of telling him the options. The food was awful. It was bland, the rice wasn't cooked all the way, and the chips were stale. $30 I will not spend again

I would give it a four because the food is always good. I only have two different criticisms, the one being the rice is always hard it’s never fully soft whoever makes the rice is not doing it long enough it’s just always hard, then the second thing everytime I get online burrito with guacamole the gauc all ends up being in the corner of my burrito so I just eat the corner guacamole with chips and it’s depressing.

I typically wouldn't review a fast food chain, but the experience at Qdoba in Whitewater is just so, SO poor that it needs to be said. Just last week I thought we might try eating there again, only to walk in to no communication, no acknowledgement, and a worker on their phone watching a movie with their earbuds in while they cleaned the stove. It was dinner time?!? It was ridiculous. The food prep area is filthy, the staff isn't friendly (in fact, they are generally rude), and the service is terrible. There isn't much competition for like type fast food in Whitewater, so they can get away with it, but it isn't worth your time or money.

I truly have amazing service every time I am here, no matter how busy I am. I should know her time, but there is a young woman who seems to be working each time I am there and she is SO dedicated to her job and even when customers are impatient or rude, she gives them the best service and handles it with patience and a smile. My food is always correct when I order online and the only time I had a complaint (chicken that tasted a bit burnt), I received a brand new bowl with freshly made chicken extremely quickly AND a refund, which I neither needed nor asked for (I did want the new bowl but they were especially kind). We get lunch here frequently due to the excellent service and food. Management must train staff well in their jobs and I highly recommend them as a great, quick option in town.

PS: I was there on their burrito day when the place was INSANE and they were moving quickly, efficiently, and were so kind even to the people who were being loud and arguably obnoxious. Even on that day my online order was done in time, which I did not expect.

Every time I have come in, the employees greet me with a smile. I always get a rice bowl with meat and vegetables. You can't go wrong with the brisket. It's delicious! As a side, I will sometimes get queso and chips. I like that they give a small bag of chips with the rice bowls. I love that they have a rewards program as well.

The staff at this Qdoba are never friendly and when I came in tonight around 8:25pm the staff was putting food away as if they were closing when the store closes at 10pm. Unfortunately when I was walking in restaurant I noticed that the staff took the white rice away and that’s what I wanted in my bowl, and they tell me that they only have brown rice. I myself have restaurant experience and never have we put stuff away with an hour and a half until closing. This shows poor management and laziness. If I was able to put no stars I would but unfortunately I don’t have a choice and have to give one star.

Food is alright here but the staff is not friendly whatsoever. Every time I walk in I’m never greeted with a smile or hello and have had occurrences of staff rolling their eyes in front of me while ordering, making rude comments about me to other staff right in front of me, and having a bad attitude in general. I can’t say I’ve had a single positive experience here. we had just gotten done with football camp and we went back to the Qdoba at 9 o’clock at night. They were still open and there were two women working. There were literally zero customers in there besides us. I do realize that they were selling some kind of larger order for somebody but they completely ignored us as we stood there for nearly 10 minutes. They didn’t even apologize for the delay. There was a sign up that they were out of two different kinds of salsa’s, lettuce, black beans, and some thing else. Come to this qdoba at least twice a week but tonight may have been my last time here as this employee is ruining my experience completely. She is rather short and a heavier set lady with a dark complexion. First off i think she has worked their for quite some time not positive but its to the point where if i see her like i did tonight i debate on even going in the establishment. Every time im served by this woman she tries to rush me on what i would like in my food and gives the tinest portions and complains everytime i ask for no beans but extra rice …. She even said shes charging me for extra rice today which qdoba doesnt do. Then we get to picking what meat i would like and for the 3rd time in a row being served by this woman she gives me like 3 peices of steak for the entire bowl…. Not even half a scoop. So i ask for double protein and still get skimped while she is also complaining about me getting double meat. Overall if i see her in their in the future i will be sure to not be stopping and wasting my money. Probably the worst customer service ive ever experienced in my life.

Man I hate doing these, but we have to do better. I just ordered a burrito bowl with fajita peppers and two kids nachos. There are no chips with either the bowl, or either nacho. The fajita peppers are just cold peppers and raw onion (Never had them not sautéed) and the kids didn't even get the applesauce I ordered with their meals. I guess you'll only get what you ask for if you watch them make it.

I am usually a huge fan of Qdoba and decided to stop at this location for a quick lunch. Unfortunately it was not a quick or an enjoyable lunch. All of the employees were sitting in the costumer seats. The tall employee was very disrespectful, she would not stop making rude remarks. The food was burnt and the guac was tasteless. She gave us looks the entire time and had a major attitude problem. None of them looked like they knew what they were doing. The tall one was being sassy towards the other employees as well. I actually went in to order and take home food, 3 girls all standing around, while every step I took my shoes stuck to the floor! I ordered a bowl with the new shrimp and was told how "busy" they were not a person in the place and I would need to wait an extra 10 minutes, I was fine with the wait. What I wasnt so fine with was watching someone eat the shrimp out of the pan that was to go on my food! The absolutely inappropriate discussion of raises being on the next check by this same person who I gather was the quality supervisor. 👌 Maybe more work and less talk and perhaps NOT sampling the customers food. Highly disappointed with my food. Been there 3 times in the past 2 months and the only time I got what I wanted was when the regional manager was there. My last trip there server put too much beans and rice and less than the half of a portion size of meat and when I corrected her. She grew nervous and said she just started. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Today we placed a pick up order to give the location another shot and both entrees had minimal portion sizes for meat as well as hardly any cheese in the quesadilla. The guacamole had no flavor. This is by far the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. I just walked out of the restaurant with no food because one young lady was too lazy to make it. She said the “press was closed” but there was still 30 minutes left of the restaurant being open. When I came here last time about the same time I came today, a guy made my meal for me and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Utterly ridiculous! Tonight, the person behind me got food but I didn’t. The woman who served me looked irritated and apathetic. Her attitude made it an unpleasant experience. I honestly don’t want to come back again. It’s a shame because I love this place. Again, any good business serves their customers food no matter what. That is your job to get people food. I think you should seriously consider who you hire, and check and see that your employees are actually doing their job. I’m extremely disappointed in your business. This is completely unacceptable. So I decided to go to Qdoba in Whitewater for dinner, I normally love Qdoba and it is usually good here. But when I went this afternoon, I had this server who seemed no older then 17. I told him what I wanted and when he put the rice in the bowl, it didn't even full the bottom of the bowl. I had mentioned how he didn't put much in there, he gave me a glare and just looked at me the whole time I was ordering. I asked for my toppings and he put little to no cheese or lettuce in the bowl. I checked out like normal, the cashier had asked if I wanted a side of chips with my order, and of course I said yes. I get to the table and start eating my meal and mix everything together, just to find out that my chicken was burnt to a crisp and that some of my chips were burnt as well, with little to no salt on them. Not to mention, the restaurant was super dirty inside and I had flies landing on me while eating. Do they even clean??

Clean your griddles! My roommate started throwing up all over our carpet the day after we got it professionally cleaned. He explained to me the atrocity of a so called quesadilla that the Whitewater Qdoba composed. I couldn't believe how horrific he made it sound. I tested my luck and sunk my teeth into it, only to find out that my roommate is no liar! The peppers were not cooked, the shell sopping in grease, the pico de Gallo looks like it was made by a madman! The shell looks like it was cut with children's scissors and the food itself was Lukewarm. Disappointed is an understatement! you'd be better off trying your luck at the arbys down the street.
