Had a bowl with gluten free seasoned rice with grilled chicken, peppers, tomatoes, cheese and tortilla strips. So good!! The lady taking the order was very knowledgeable, the tortilla chips that they give you in a bag is cross contaminated but the strips are gf. The seasoning on the rice is the same as the grilled chicken both gf.

Ordered a custom bowl. My "pickled onions" were definitely not pickled. They were just huge slices of raw onion. The "Fajita veggies" were also just raw veggies.
Also when you order on the app, it gives you a time frame of when your order will be done. Example "5:45-5:55". Seeing as though they are never busy, im assuming that they make it the minute the order comes in and then it sits there for 15 min while the app says it will be ready in that time frame. Even when I show up at the beginning of the app time frame, the food is always cold.

While ordering, the “manager” had apparently recently eaten and had not made himself “presentable “… while talking to myself and my family member he had spit rice out from his teeth onto the food area behind the guards and proceeded to “flirt “ with my family member while disregarding my own presence. He also provided information regard that if this franchise were to fail he would have to reapply with the next company owned franchise to hopefully keep his job… how unprofessional and disgusting can one person be… I will never return to this location…

While ordering there was an employee on Pokemon go the whole time not paying attention with the volume all the way up. When not taking our orders, the employees were sitting down on their phones without washing hands and touching there face. I saw the same guy who was playing Pokemon go pick his nose and scratch his crotch and just continue on. Also, none of the employees knew how to make food properly, no meat, they added a mountain of cilantro and my friends who ordered burritos had to get them double wrapped and they werent even burritos, they were taller than they were long. The service is terrible too, they were rude, dirty and dirty clothes, no gloves, and honestly should be fired. The people working at around 8 pm on Monday February 17th should be reconsidered as employees. Thank you.

We ordered for the entire office, during a training week, and of the 12+ orders, only 2 or 3 were actually done correctly.
This is rather disappointing for companies that order lunch from places like this, as they can not depend on the restaurant providing anything near what was ordered.
This was my first experience with this restaurant, in Wisconsin Rapids, and I am now glad I have not wasted my time or money with them since they came into town.
I can say that the Wausau locations are DEFINITELY better than this Wisconsin Rapids location! Fortunately, I know from personal experience, that all Qdoba locations are not this bad, but I'm sad to know that the location closest to my house, is so bad at getting their customer's orders correct.

I asked for half and half on the meat and the female manager comes up behind the kid making the burrito and says to HIM (not to me, mind you) with a MASSIVE attitude “we don’t DO HALF scoops. Don’t YOU know that? It’s two full scoops for extra charge or NOTHING”. Never even looked at me. She was unprofessional and rude as hell to the kid working and me as well. DISGUSTING. Will never come here again. Also a single burrito came out to 15$ without a drink or anything so you can get a REAL meal from somewhere of much better quality without all that attitude….

Then while I’m eating I have to hear her shrill, terrible voice lecturing the kid about how they don’t do half scoops and how “the customers THINK they’re gonna get all this and that but they don’t”. She has a scowl on her face and just looks like an unpleasant and unhappy person. There’s other words I want to use right now but I’ll keep it PG. Whoever hired this piece of work needs to remove her because she pretty much just made me lose my appetite.

Oh and the “scoops” were unbelievably tiny. Way smaller than Chipotle, where they WILL do half and half without attitude.

It’s also funny how the managers will respond glowingly to praise on these reviews that uplift them, and then totally ignore any concerns anyone has otherwise. That should tell you all you need to know.

Qdoba catered our rehearsal dinner in early March and really went above and beyonf to ensure that the food arrived in a timely manner and it tasted amazing. Wren helped us after some miscommunication (which was on my end), but he worked extremely hard to ensure that the food was there as quickly as possible and I cannot thank them enough!

When we got there the employees were bent over the counter on their phones. Absolutely no greeting what so ever. This was my husbands and 2 of my children's fiest time being inside of a Qdoba, and they were not impressed. After getting our food we sat down, and juat about every table up top is dirty and the floors r filled with food. While we sat and ate, the employees went bck to being on their phones. I will not be going back with me or my husband or any of my children. Its quiet sad to see so little work ethic! First of all, they ran out of white rice at 3 P.M, absolutely ridiculous. Second of all, the rice was very undercooked, chewy, and hard, disgraceful. The guacamole is BROWN, disgusting. The chips were soggy, awful. There was NOBODY in front of us and we waited at least 20 minutes before we were eating. THESE GUYS ARE TOTAL GOOFBALLS. I came in 3 hours before closing, and they were already packing up everything. They all seemed to be in bad moods. I then ordered my usual (which is the impossible bowl ) which is more money than any other meat option. Of which I don’t mind that. Btw the veggie one is the cheapest option. I was only upset when they scooped it, and I swear it was just a few crumbs left, that they put into my bowl. Literally nothing. When they are supposed to give you a full scoop. Then when I asked about getting chips, they were extremely rude about there being no chips. Like I don’t mind that they didn’t, but they could have just said “We’re out of chips”. Why be mean! Then they charged me the full price despite them being out of the impossible meat. I have a lot of anxiety so I didn’t say anything while there, but I’d recommend not going here. Allow me to share my story: I had just gotten off a 13 hour shift delivering mail and packages during messy snowy weather. I stopped by Qdoba after work to get something for me and my husband at about 8:30. He got a burrito, and I got a bowl. Finally home after being gone all day, I slump into th couch, open up the bowl, and found that all my husband's burrito contents were in the bowl, and all my fixings were in the burrito. Not the biggest upset, but after such a long day, I needed my giant bowl and chips. I called them, and they took down my name and said I can come in the next day for them to remake it. Frustrated I would have to come in the next day, I just agreed, scraped what I could from the burrito so I could still have dinner and went to bed. When I went in today, they explained what happened to have them flip flop, and I completely understood. I worked in fast food and understand when things are busy, if one little thing happens, it can mess up the entire system. We got our lunches, a complimentary brownie each and many apologizes. They were so kind and understanding and I'm thankful for such a kind staff to help remedy the mistake. I can honestly say this day was much better than yesterday, and the staff at Qdoba was a huge part in that. Thank you so much!

Honestly we have always loved qdoba. But since this location opened it has caused so many negative outlooks. I have been here multiple times <5 and everytime our order was wrong. Awful experience will not be eating here again. I chose to go through the drive thru on the way home from an appointment with my 6day old infant. I ordered the queso bowl and asked for no black beans and was told it would be no problem. Had to request a straw for my drink and that should have been a sign to check my order. No utensils for my bowl, ended up having to buy a set of forks from a dollar general on the way out of town. My first bite, EXTRA BLACK BEANS. Wow 😳 is the best way to describe this place. I ordered 3 street tacos that I had to eat with a fork. That means I couldn't even pick them up. The shell fell apart with all 3 of them. And the tacos were cold on top of that. So sad 😢. I also ordered a side of guacamole and chips. I had a bag full of chips. With one scoop of guac. How? I got through 5 chips and I was done with the guacamole. I had at least 20 more chips left. I ordered a small fajita bowl. I definitely expected too much for this. I added quite a bit of extras for the small bowl. But they only have 4 pieces of tomatoes for my pico. 3 pieces of cilantro. And I have no idea what happened to the rest of the stuff I added to the bowl. Extremely small for $7. Definitely not worth the money. Overall I definitely will not go back and I can never recommend such a waste of money and time.

I’ve had the privilege to visit QDOBA twice and I haven’t had a bad experience with their food. The bowls are extremely filling, especially since you can add whatever toppings you’d like and the roasted tomato salsa is to die for!

However, I believe those working at this location need to have better customer service, especially the cashiers that my husband and I have encountered. A simple “hello” goes along way, speaking loudly will help others understand what you are saying but if you’re talking quietly and I ask you to please repeat yourself laughing isn’t the proper response.

Also, regardless if the chips are complimentary or not, if a meal comes with specific items, the cashier should ask if the customer would like them. My husband was inside the building and it wasn’t busy nor was a lot happening for the chips to not be asked about, especially if it’s the cashiers job to do so.

We will definitely keep coming back, but I do hope that the customer service changes.

I will agree with the others that the place was a hot mess of uncleaned areas. First time visit to this location and I will have to think very hard about going back.
I know they are first open, but that's when you need to bring your best. If this is the best, your location is not going to do well.
As I was waiting for my order, I noticed employees looked confused. One had a bowl of tortillas and there was a discussion over them. Maybe wrong order? The chips were dumped back in the warming drawer and the bowl placed back in the stack for the next order.
Look, it's a bowl of chips. You did it up wrong? So what! Give them complimentary and be done. What happened looked like recycling food. This wasn't even my order. Just what I witnessed.
Please, Stevens Point, share a few employees so these guys can figure it out and not sink the ship.
Food wise? It was only 11:30, and as I am adding to my order, everything was low.

I thought it was horrible. I ordered a chicken burrito, and the thing hardly had and chicken in it. The thing was filled with rice, and it was falling apart. It looked like a blind person made it. I bet you everyone there can roll a joint, but for some reason they're not capable of making a burrito. They do not deserve 15 dollars an hour. I don't recommend this place.

For a new restaurant......not good! Dirty tables ( why aren't they washed?) No wrapped silverware- not very sanitary! No straws too! No one smiled or even said " hello"...display of toppings looked old and unappealing. Sneeze guard dirty....I won't be back

I love qdoba but the last couple time I’ve been there the customer service is horrible. This time I wasn’t even able to eat my food the shrimp was bad and the chips were soggy. Going back to the point location for food.

The food looks great but has little to no taste. The price of the food for the size of the portion is a bit on the high side. The only reason for the two stars is that the staff is friendly and willing to prepare your food however you prefer.

Qdoba has always been my favorite place to eat, and I get the same thing every time I go (burrito bowl). However, at this location I've been so disappointed by the food and service.The steak has been mostly gristle and fat. The rice is overcooked. The lettuce pieces are so huge I couldn't take a bite without the lettuce hitting the sides of my mouth. I filled my cup with sprite, but when I took a sip it was only soda water. The place was filthy, spilled drinks by the drink station, stuff all over the floor. The employees all look and work like they are 12 years old. One of them came over and saw the mess at the drink station, but only wiped it up after the manager saw it and sent her back. Last time I was there I was charged twice and had to show the receipt to someone else to get a refund.
