I am so proud of my cousin Heidi Stangas for working there since January 2025. I go there to get lunch there once a month now.I started going there in March and April when I am off of work. Heidi Stangas is a line cook there and enjoys working at R&R. Thank you R&R for giving her the chance to work there. I’ve been getting pizza here for the last 4 years. It’s always been hit or miss. As of late, it’s just been a miss the pizza is either not done enough or burnt to a crisp. The proportions of cheese and sauce is horrible an inch of cheese with just a covering of sauce. All the grease and all the flop so when you pick a piece up, everything falls. Got a stuffed crust pizza cut in squares?? That makes no sense at all. I typically eat left over pizza, but I threw this 28 dollar pizza in the trash and wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. $5 jacks pizza is way better. Bring your old cooks back, because it’s just horrible.

Just moved into the area and needed to find a place that delivered and most importantly had great food. We decided to try R&R and wow!!!
Loved the food, some would say they are a bit pricey but you know what, the food we got was worth it!
The food itself was delicious, and how much they give you is so much I couldn't even finish all my sandwich!

If you have not tried R&R yet, you really should.

Chicken strips...5 stars ( huge strips)
Seasoned fries... 5 stars

Ordered food for family told an hour wait for delivery. Showed up 2 hours late pizza was slopped to one side and cold and wings and colleflower bites were cold. Than called to let them know food was cold. They offered to remake it and told us it'll be an hour we even said we would pick it up. Waited an hour and showed up to pickup. We always have issues with delivery. Today our 12" half peperoni arrived burned. Had to call back to get a replacement. We stopped ordering anything extra, and just ordered pizzas. They ALWAYS forget something. We lagit live 2 blocks away, and when called because forgot a sauce for gyros (which gyro meat on 2 times ordered it, the meat close to being burned), or missing side dish we are told they wont make extra trip to bring us what's missing. Now, saddly after 1.5 yrs, we wont be ordering from them at all. 2 out of evey 4 orders is wrong, missing things, or baddly over cooked.

Just picked up an order on 10/17/2023, 10" pizza and an order of fried mushrooms. I got home and went to take a bite of the fried mushrooms and they were frozen on the inside, the outside looked cooked but was just as cold as the inside. Will never order from R&R again.

Just ordered the prime rib pIzza and it was ok at best. Used to be 10 times better. Crust thin as can be and dry like a cracker. They don't use pepperocini's anymore and used to have way more toppings. Taste was good. Fast delivery was the best part so I tipped good. What happened to R&R? Ordered Italian beef extra beef mozzarella no peppers no onions. Got a effn brat bun with lil beef ,diced onions, diced peppers and a sprinkle of pizza shredded cheese! I called to make an order over the phone. First, I was on hold for at least 5 minutes, but it’s ok because that wasn’t the problem. Bar is your typical old neighborhood bar, with nothing fancy at all. That is what can make it "comfortable" to many. Prices good on drinks. Food is where they do their best. Pizza crust and pizza itself is very good. Very fresh and well made. Had both a thin crust and thick. Garlic bread was delicious with the bread both soft and just the right amount of crust and garlic.

Last night I ordered 3 gyro sandwiches with extra sauce, didn't get the extra sauce, no pickles and the fries were cold and the gyro sandwiches were barely warm and dried out, it was unbelievable. I've ordered gyro sandwiches many times and they were awesome, the last 3 times they were terrible, I thought I would give them one last chance last night, my mistake. None of us finished the sandwiches and ended up ordering from McDonald's. I'm very disappointed in R&R.

Can't give an opinion if I can't order. Tried calling about 20 times (not an exaggeration) and literally got a dial tone every time. How do you run a restaurant with delivery if people can't call and order

Honestly as a person who works in customer service I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I had a tereible time here. The long haired brunette bartender was really rude and seemed really unprofessional most of the time. Super focused on having her own fun with her own regulars or friends. Also the manager is super rude and unprofessional. One star is too much credit.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Ordered delivery from here last night and everything that could have been wrong with our food was. We ordered the nachos and they literally had no cheese.....nachos with no cheese you figure that one out. We also ordered the tacos and lo and behold they had ranch instead of sour cream. I dont know if it was just a really bad night or what but when I called back they acted like I was lying. No refund offered or anything. I will not be giving them my business anymore.

Stopped by for a service call and stayed for lunch. The Al pastor tacos were some of the best tacos I've had. They fry the taco shells fresh. Meat was deliciously flavored and topped with lime, cilantro and goat cheese. Fantastic!

This place has yummy food. But im sad that it takes so long to deliver food and that you guys close early. Nobody else delivers to my address and being pregnant, craving, and having 2 kids asleep, its hard to just go get food. I've only had 1 experience where my food came cold, but the driver got lost. I really don't like giving bad reviews, but after waiting over an hour and a half for a pizza(separate occasion, and we live ten minutes away.) then tonight's service I feel the need to.

The bartender that was tending tonight (Tuesday, short brown hair female) seemed to worry more about the regulars, and seemed very unwelcoming. After one drink we left. Customer service is a must.

Small town bar where locals gather. They are attached to R & R Pizza that makes a really good pizza. Everything is reasonably priced. They have dart boards and on nice summer nights they have live bands in their courtyard. The biggest drawback is the fact that Racine County Police likes to watch people come and go and pull them over in the hopes of catching people drunk. If you go there, walk or make sure you have a designated driver.
