Couldn't get served inside or outside. We asked the bartender if there were servers working and were told yes, outside, so that is where we went. We were never greeted inside or outside by any employee. There was only one table of people outside eating and nobody inside. There is a reason this place is empty. The starngest vibe EVER. Going there for a live music event turned out to be one of the best experiences I had in the summer of 2024. Outgoing staff and the place was well maintained and clean. Great outdoor stage with a bit of pavillion seating to get shade and stay out of the weather when needed. Resonable drink prices and a selection of great food!

I'm looking forward to my next trip to the R&R Patio bar. I recommend a visit if you live in or are passing through the area.

Omg, this place was amazing!! Catie was so sweet and hospitable. She took time out to show a friend and I the whole place!! She talked about the past days of this place and when it used to be called jokers, and all the renovations that they did. The back patio is so gorgeous!!! They have a stage for live music, Plenty of seating and a big bar attached to it. Some of the seating on the back patio had little fire places built into the tables, absolutely stunning! For my ladies out there, the bathroom was spacious and super cute. I absolutely loved the whole design of this bar. Very friendly staff and many friendly faces throughout the bar, and The location is perfect for passersbys. The food was so delicious!! Best cheese curds Ive ever had!! I had the Big Tex burger and sour cream and chive Brew City fries and it was amazing!! I'm not from this area but I will definitely be back!!!

We had been to this place under previous owners and had not gone back. So tonight we decided to give it another shot with the new owners. We arrived and were the only customers ordering food at the time. We had the big Tex and a cheeseburger with bacon. I had onion rings instead of fries. My date ordered his big Tex medium rare and I wasn’t asked how I wanted mine. The big Tex was over done inside and charred on the outside, it was a big sloppy mess. My onion rings were a big blob and had been cooked incorrectly as they were very greasy. The staff was more attentive but food took a while. Such a disappointment, it is a bar but I know other bars that can distinguish between med rare and well done and know how to use a fryer. Fried does not mean dripping with grease. Hopefully they’re just working out the kinks.

The food is good and reasonably priced.

Never an issue with service or long wait times. Being able to be outside on a nice day is a big bonus.

If you haven't stopped out yet, give it a chance.

There are some negative reviews on here that feel like they are mad it's not the old bar anymore. Change happens, and this was for the better. If you are looking a clean venue with good music this is the spot. If you are looking for a dive bar there are plenty of other options nearby

We came for lunch and later found out we had missed one of the owners many hours birthday party by an hour. Sad. The waitress was the Best! I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She is so enthused about Everything and all the possibilities for the fabulous new place. Really people, if you know what the old 'Jokers' was like you have to go see it now. The food was good, maybe needs a little tweeking, but the prices are good, the staff terrific, the place spectactular, and the weekend free entertainment well, there's nothing like it in our area. Go see for yourself.

My family and I decided to give this place a try after seeing the higher reviews and we are so disappointed. We arrived and ordered within 5 minutes of being seated. We ordered simple items from the menu-burger, steak sandwich, fries, chicken tenders. We waited an hour before anyone came to our table to ask for drink refills and a half for our food. We had two young kids (4 and 2) with us who got sick and tired of waiting. We were about to pay for our drinks and leave when the food finally came out. Understanding that it's prime rib night, we figured we would have to be somewhat patient but the food was OK at best and that wait was way too long for anyone to endure.

The outside looks very misleading. The inside looks great, sitting for all, and they have social distancing set up... my main issue was the food. We ordered pick up, said it would be ready in 30. Waited 30 before driving 10 min, we get there and they say it almost ready. Begin waiting for 25 min. Food arrives, we leave head home to eat, burger is half cooked frozen patty that is some how charred all over. Wifes fish fry, the breading was not attached to the fish. She took a bite and you could have dump the fish patty on the ground while keeping all the breading in your hand. My children, mind you they are bottomless pits, only ate about 1/3 of the food complaining about the taste. Would go here for a drink but would probably never eat here again.

Always had good meals and service here until today. Two friends and I walked into the bar at about three thirty Pm and after speaking briefly to the bartender about getting beers and a pizza (she told us no pizza on Fridays there) she then walked away and answered the phone. As we sat waiting for service or even menus she spoke on the CORDLESS phone rather than provide a service to us (she might of been taking an order not sure never was explained to us). After five minutes or so we walked out went to a different bar (we could have drove there in the amount of time we waited) that had people that would serve us and provided a service customers should expect. First come first serve should apply as if standing in line at the grocery store if a person behind me is let to the front of the line by the cashier most people will not be happy about it. Employees can make or break any business and today you lost three customers that will most likely tell people about this experience along with all that read it here!
