My husband and I visited at the end of September on a beautiful fall day. We got sat outside on the deck over looking Lake Delton. The food was delicious and good portions! Our server was attentive and fast. We had a really enjoyable lunch! I had the chicken salad and my husband's burger was huge! Also the cheese curds were yummy! Can't wait to return!

I have been to the ravina bay twice with my family. The first time we had an overall amazing experience, which is why we chose to return. The second time we waited almost an hour and a half to get our food. Which consisted of three salads and a burger. The waitress was extremely rude and checked in on us maybe one time within that hour and a half. Extremely disappointing and will no longer be returning.

Looked up best places to eat in the Dells and this came up and did not disappoint! The philly cheese steak bun was perfectly toasted and soft with a generous amount of cheese...stellar! The old fashioned was perfect, not too sweet or watered down. The waitress recommended the peanut butter cheesecake for dessert and wow, it was so decadent! I loved the view of the lake, really made the dinner perfect. We will be back!

It was nice just because it was a stop out on the water. Ordered popular Vodka...nope; ordered brand name beer...nope. Choices are limited for sure. Suggest visiting the local liquor store as we were charged $6.75 for a bevie; one which can purchased 4 for $10.99!

We had such a great experience at Ravina Bay! The staff was super friendly and our food came out quickly & was super delicious. This place has such a good view it's almost worth coming for that alone. I got the sweet tart lemonade to drink and it was very fun and unique. My boyfriend and I got the cheese curds as an appetizer and they were exactly what I want from a cheese curd, perfect outside coating and melty cheese. For the main course I got the pulled pork, no cheese and sour cream, and chips. The pork was very mushy, but the flavor was good. The chips were amazing, perfectly crispy and salty. My boyfriend got the bacon cheeseburger and it was juicy with a good flavor.

We came to have lunch on a nice 75° day. We had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and the Jalapeno cheeseburger. Both were excellent. Plus, they make their own chips and those were excellent as well. Our friends ordered the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream for dessert and said the cookie was still warm and very soft. I didn't get a picture of it, but yum!

My daughter wanted Mac and cheese and it’s literally Kraft Mac and cheese from the box. Gross. $7 for some $1 box of Mac and cheese from the store. She hated it so she was only left with fries. On top of that we weren’t offered any sauces at all. Not even ketchup put in the bag. The fries are good but would be better if sauces were put in the bag. My other daughter ordered chicken tenders and couldn’t even dip her tenders in anything. The burger meals are $16 each. We paid $70 for everything. With that price the food should have been way better.

Hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. My family and I came in excited to try this place after seeing the positive reviews, but we never even got to taste a proper meal. After being seated, we waited ten full minutes without a single greeting or introduction, and had to flag someone down ourselves just to find out who our server was.

We finally ordered drinks and food, but that’s where the service completely stopped. From 6:30 PM to 8 PM, not one server returned to our table—not to refill drinks, not to check in, nothing. We had two seniors and three children with us, all sitting with empty glasses and growing hungrier by the minute.

When food finally began trickling out—an HOUR AND 10 MINUTES after ordering—half of it was ice cold. At that point, we didn’t even bother complaining or waiting for it to be reheated. We left, hungry and frustrated, and ended up eating at Culver’s around 8:30 PM

To make matters worse, when we asked to speak to a manager, we were told there wasn’t one on site. This place clearly has no respect for people’s time, money, or basic dining expectations.

Our visit to Ravina Bay was one of the most disappointing and uncomfortable dining experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived as a large group for a bachelorette celebration and unfortunately had our evening ruined by both the staff and the entertainment.

Yes, one member of our group used inappropriate language early on—but they immediately apologized when another guest with children politely asked us to keep it family friendly. Rather than letting the situation de-escalate, the outdoor singer, John Hamilton, took it upon himself to loudly announce over the microphone, “This is a family-friendly facility, I will kick you out,” effectively humiliating our group and drawing unnecessary attention. That comment opened the floodgates for other tables to jump in, creating a hostile and tense environment that ruined the mood for everyone.

To make matters worse, as the bride—now in tears—was leaving the restaurant, the singer began performing “Cry Me a River” in what felt like a deliberate jab at the situation. Completely unprofessional, unnecessary, and frankly cruel.

On top of that, the service was abysmal. We waited 3.5 hours for our food and had to take everything to go. When we finally ate at home, the crab cakes were still frozen in the middle, the salmon was undercooked, and the peanut butter burger looked like it had been thrown, stomped on, then hastily assembled.

This was supposed to be a fun night celebrating a bride-to-be, and instead it ended in tears and frustration. Between the rude handling of a minor incident, the appallingly long wait time, and the poor quality of the food, I wouldn’t recommend Ravina Bay.

I would like to note that the bartenders (Jake), waitstaff (Shannon), and our server, were exceptional.

Came to try this place out on our family vacay. I ordered the fish fry 8oz cod meal. It was good. I thought the fish would have been bigger, I was only given 2 squares, not sure if that was 8oz, however the sauce on the fish was great. (I only say this about the fish because I love fish and was hoping for more) I chose fries and came with a small cup of slaw. My dtr had Shrimp Po Boy wrap It was good. Had a lil kick of spice which she loves. My hubby had the Mid West Nice smash burger. He said the fried pickles were a hit on the burger. Over all we sat out on the balcony. Amazing place. Our entire family of 12 ranging in age from 12-73 had an amazing time. First, the atmosphere was great, beautiful views of the lake and surrounding hillsides. Our waiter Jay was as good as it gets. He was super accommodating to my sis in law and provided her a hot cup of water to help heat her babies bottle. Jay went out of his way to truly find out about our family. The food was delicious!!! A variety of items were ordered including the shrimp po boy wrap, jalapeño popper burger, Philly wrap, nachos, cheese curds, lobster roll and everyone was beyond happy with their meal. Let me start with the lake view, amazing. To have an outdoor seating that could give you the relaxing look and give you the piece of mind. Our waitress, Lee was amazing. She constantly asked the table what they need and if everything is ok.

Now, let get to the food. The Mediterranean salad was on point with the crispy chicken. Our lobster roll was great, but a bit much on the bread. Spinach and artichoke dip was amazing with chunks of ok artichoke.

The schnitzel with an egg on top was great and will order again.

Great restaurant and bar located on Lake Delavan. The location is directly on the water with access to boat docks and a peer. They have a large indoor space for seating and can accommodate groups. The outdoor seating is also large and gives a picturesque view of the lake. The outdoor seating has plenty of shade from the many canopies. The menu offers various specialty salads including a fantastic cranberry walnut salad, which i highly recommend. They have a kids menu and also a large beverage selection. The restaurant was very clean and the wait staff was friendly! This is a great restaurant to visit while in the area.

This establishment is definitely five stars, the food is wonderful and the portions are very gracious. We had a party of nine people and it was wonderful to sit down and listen to the music on the deck on a beautiful Sunday morning and watch the boats go by.

First of all, let me say it is absolutely worth my thirty dollars and I would definitely go back and recommend to all of my friends one hundred percent. I got a takeout order of the perch and the cod fish for a Friday night fish fry. Each was 15 dollars. There was a couple items that I did not get because they did not serve them anymore off of the menu. Like the corn fritter for one, But that's okay, because the menu items I did get were fantastic. I got a side of chicken wings and they did not come with barbecue sauce or Buffalo sauce. Even though I asked for them with Buffalo sauce, They were still super good without it. And then the fish was absolutely amazing. Flaky, juicy, crispy, and perfectly tender. And there was WAY more than I thought I was going to get, I got 3 pieces. And they weren't just little pieces, they were really big pieces, not just some little frozen pieces out of a box. I couldnt even finish my plate, and i eat alot for my size. And the French fries were fresh, and seasoned really well. Not a frozen fry at all. The taste difference between the cod and the perch was definitely notable, and both were both exquisite. As far as the chicken wings, they were moist and tender, and with some sweet baby rays barbecue sauce of my own (only complaint dang it). They were delicious and I will definitely go back. The pictures I posted are actually the food that I couldn't eat because I was too full. I am definitely saving those for leftovers tomorrow.

Not being from the area, I was reading reviews of local restaurants and came along Ravina Bay. A lot of reviews commented on their burgers. Always up for a good burger, the kiddo and I decided to check it out. I’m so glad we did! We both got burgers and fries and both thought the food was outstanding! We will definitely come back next time we’re in town!

We were in town for a little spring break getaway and this did not disappoint!

PROS:
- Drinks (Ravina lemonade and Bourbon Old Fashioned) were tasty and reasonably priced (although it would be nice to have the price on the menu).
- Food was delicious. I had the peanut butter burger - incredible! Husband had the jalapeno burger, which he said had a nice flavor but not much heat. The housemade chips were also tasty.
- Atmosphere was nice. It seems a little bit torn between having super club vibe and being a deck bar, but it was welcoming and our server was wonderful.

CONS:
- Gluten Friendly isn't marked on the menu and it doesn't indicate if they are able to make a meal GF (nothing about GF buns, pasta, etc). There is a vegan/vegetarian section of the menu, but it would be nice to have a simple GF or some type of symbol next to a meal to know without feeling like a bother.

When we're back in the area, I'll be returning for another peanut butter burger!

One of our favorite local dives! Real food, amazing staff and owner, and fantastic atmosphere. My favorite there is the Shrimp Po Boy or the Peanut Butter Smash Burger. My favorite drink is a simple patrón margarita on the rocks or they're blue frozen drink. We LOVE they're French fries!

Had reservations for 10-12 for 2pm; talked to them this morning and verified that there would be a fish special (today is Friday). Also menu is on internet and said fish from 11 - 9. Got there and we were told no fish fry before 4pm. Showed server the internet posting and repeated phone conversation - so they agreed to do fish for us but it would take 45 minutes to get it ready. We all decided to order something else so we didn't have to wait so long but most of us were disappointed to not have fish. The food was good after several things were reheated(they came out warm not hot). This was not the first time for all the confusion - a couple times we were there they told us they did not have our reservation. We don't know if the confusion may be due to the language barrier or if they just don't have enough help or what. Many of our group of 15 will not go back again! Our server did the best he could as he seemed to be the only server there and had other tables as well.

First time visiting, was a pretty small crowd for a friday, but food was good as were the drinks. Likely much different in the summer, being right on the lake. That said, will come back during the busy season and update. Baked cod was delicious, as was the Midwest Nice burger!

Very beautiful inside atmosphere. Food was plentiful. 2 people only need a HALF order of cheese curds. Gonzalo our server, being the only employee we saw inside on a slow Friday at 1pm handled greeting, seating, bartending and being our server with kind expertise. A great view of the lake and the owner outside preparing an event on ice for the employees we enjoyed our meal and stay and will return!

2 hour wait for our food when seated and food was cold. Seemed like only one person working. There were only three tables being attended to and probably the worst dining experience ever. Lettuce was brown and soggy. Ordered drinks, they kept saying they were coming but never did. Food is expensive, but not quality.

Very casual place with beautiful views! It was nice and quiet during our offseason visit! My husband and I both loved the burgers (midwestern nice and bruschetta burgers)! They make all of their sauces from scratch and it was very obvious as the honey mustard was delicious! The bartender even gave us as extra side of honey mustard to take with our leftovers. The old fashioned was also excellent! We’ll definitely be back when we’re in the Dells again!

Went during the winter so the lake was frozen over but the patio seems like it would be fantastic in the summer. Also a pool table makes me a happy boy. Overall highly recommend!

The most disgusting Hot Lobster Roll ($27) I EVER had in my life and I had hundreds of them - Iooks like you forgot to add the lobster to the Hot Lobster Roll !!!
In the picture is a so called "lobster roll" still in the box / unopened (how was delivered).
BEYOND RIDICULOUS !!!
You really should remove this from your menu because serving something like this will really hurt your restaurant's reputation especially around the local customers which are the core of your restaurant during the "off season"!!!!!!

I was looking for a place off the highway along the water with patio seating. The cushiony chairs were comfy and I really liked the view. I was expecting average pub food and that is what it was - decent. Drinks were good and the service was attentive and friendly. Didn’t care for the chips - I should have upgraded to the fries I guess. Burger was overcooked. Overall, great patio but the food could have been better.

I came in late in the night and had the Midwest Nice Smashburger and I really enjoyed it. Fries had the right crunch and were delicious as well. Waitress was very kind and attentive.
Might be a good idea to use your bug spray before you go there when you want to sit outside in summer. 😉
