The golf course has gone downhill since I last played it 10 years ago. The back nine still in semidecent shape but weeds are creeping in. Doesn't seem to use weed control anymore. The front 9 seems even worse than it was when it was a 9 hole course 40 years ago. Shame it has potential.

Golfed 7/5/2025, literally no one there, the staff was great but this course is beyond bad, the greens are way to long, weeds are everywhere, I feel bad because this was such a nice course once.

This place should not be open. If it stays open it should not charge 25 bucks for 9. The fairways are not mowed. There are dandelions that have gone to seed all the way to the greens. Greens are so long I cannot even imagine it registers on a stimp meter. You have to hit a six foot.putt like its a 20 footer. Stay away.

Years ago, I played this course all the time and loved it. I have not played here in several years. Unfortunately, they closed the front nine. However, the newer back nine is absolutely beautiful and in great shape! I would love to come back and play again. However, unless they add a bathroom, I would hesitate. Clubhouse had no music or TV, but drinks were great!

One of my favorite courses. The holes are nicely spread out and tee times are well spaced out. Not a lot of amenities. No rakes for the sand traps and only one ball wash but it’s a great peaceful course in the beautiful woods of Suring.

Very difficult course, lost many balls. Great scenery but the course itself is not in very good condition, long grass in tee boxes, many divots that were never fixed everywhere, only one ball cleaner, not many signs of the hole, and overgrown grass on green. Besides the course the staff is very nice

The clubhouse and bar area was alright. Nice staff. Cheap golf rates here and this is where the course comes in at another story. The website and info is off as it appears the original front 9 is gone and the driving range is no more. This is now a 9 hole course despite what the website says. The 9 holes open is pretty rough with weeds fairways or torn up spots, weedy and long greens, and teeboxes needy mowed. This course needs some work to really get back to good shape it probably once was.

This course was one of the best hidden gems a few years back. I have many find memories with my dad at this course. How beautiful it was, cut and maintained so well. But, however there have been several changes of ownership over the years. You can tell the course is not top priority. The conditions have become terrible. The once flawless greens are now almost intolerable. I hope for many golfers sake the new management can come up with some funds for fertilizer and weed killer.

Visited for the family halloween party. Really fun event for families. Lots of fun activities for kids. Nice space with bar area, clean restrooms, and room to move.

We went a few time for an event while visiting Wisconsin. The food was pretty typical bar food: not great, but not bad. The prices were excellent though. The staff was very friendly. They have a pretty good selection of drinks at the bar and on Fridays they have all you can eat fish fry which was good. I got haddock I think. It came with a fat slice of ryr bread which was so good, cole slaw which was pretty good and I chose the red potatoe side which was really excellent.

I wouldn't recommend the golf course. Our group gave it a try today and we were disappointed with the conditions of the course. The pictures on the website are deceiving as you don't see the thousands of dandelions on the fairways and tee boxes.

Played the back nine with a buddy a couple weeks ago, complete waste of my $15. Worst greens I have ever seen, worse than many fairways I have played on. The tee boxes are horrible, mounds of dirt with sparse grass, marked by a couple painted rocks. The course is in a beautiful setting however the condition was horrible....could be because it's is spring time but I doubt it.
