Was just at this RR, they were not busy, seemed to have plenty of help, but after I was seat I was totally ignored.

A family of three were seat 5-10 after, a couple of seats away. They had their taken and received their food, still no employee came to my table.

After 30 mins I left. Stopped by the host station and let them know I was never waited on.

Very disappointed!!!! Was looking forward to the bottomless steak fries.

Me and my kids visited Red Robin Saturday 09/27/2025 for lunch service was really quick and rushed I ordered the 9.99 burger special well done I didn’t eat my burger until I got home when I bit into it was extremely raw bloody I’ve been throwing up I have the worst headache I was perfectly fine before eating that burger 🤮🤮for the last few hours I have a really weak stomach and eating raw meat put me in a bad place I will never eat at this place again even the wings i ordered I had to send back because they were not cook throughout

There truly should be zero stars given for our experience we had last night. Not only was our service not great and food mediocre at best, but as we are sitting there eating, a MOUSE runs across the dining room area and under some booths. And just scampers back forth. And then after we tell our sever she just laughs and says that the bartender would’ve screamed if she had seen it and continues to charge us our full meal. The manager, or at least I’m assuming the manager, came over as we are paying for our bill and apologizes says they are aware of the problem and have been trying to get rid of them. He then offers to take something off our bill, after we have already paid, and we just kindly declined as there was no way I was staying in that restaurant any longer than needed. So it was handled very well. It was very disturbing and very gross.

Food came out nuke warm, the staff lacked friendliness and the bathrooms were atrocious. the Men's r[m had a ceiling leak but instead of putting a bucket or something to indicate a ceiling leak they just put a wet floor sign, several people got dried on while going to or exiting the stall.
We gave them a 2nd (maybe 3rd,4th) chance and we will not be back. food was good but nuke warm and only ok compared to other places close by.

When we arrived, the hostess wasn't at the hostess station. They were not busy. After a few minutes, she did come to seat us. The waitress seemed to do the minimal work at our table. She never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. We also had to go to the bar to ask for a box for our food.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's birthday. They allowed us to get the family meal bundle dine in and it was such a deal. We added in an appetizer and the wings were fantastic. The food was fresh, flavorful, and just what you’d hope for from a place known for gourmet burgers. The bottomless fries were hot and perfectly seasoned, and the freckled lemonade was a refreshing bonus.

We went here on a Tuesday and were met with a less than desirable experience. The waiter was apathetic and didn't even tell us about their specials. I asked if the items we ordered were part of the specials, they just replied no, not would you like to change your order? We also had birthday coupons for two members of the family that apparently cannot be used together, I guess next time we will make the 5-year-old have their own check. Lastly, my child wanted to use the bathroom, and it was absolutely unacceptably disgusting. There were only a handful of tables, not like the staff was overwhelmed. We left and used the bathrooms at Barnes and Noble. Food was fine but the entire experience was underwhelming, would not recommend!

The food was great, and the waitress was absolutely amazing and friendly. I went for a birthday dinner and got an alcoholic drink that tasted phenomenal, and a lemonade to wash it down with. The dinner was wonderful, and cooked to preference perfectly. Then we had a dessert, which just melted in our mouths. Overall, for 2 alcoholic beverages, 2 lemonades, an appetizer, 2 burgers, and a shared dessert, it was only between $80-90 without the tip. Starting off the prices do not match the food. I played it simple and got chicken fingers and before you say anything I know it's a burger joint. However they we're dried and over cooked. My girlfriend got a chicken wrap, heavy on the wrap light on everything else. The buffalo sauce looked more like buffalo paste,I mean you could spackle holes at the house if you needed too. So with all that being said I would avoid Red Robin in Brookfield unless you like Sub par food for steak house prices.

Paid for $50 worth of food from Red Robin. Ordered online, picked up, and took home to eat. Half the order was inedible. Fried pickles were overcooked & burned, leathery pickles. I couldn't chew through them. They had to be spit out! The skins on the fried pickles were like plastic, and got caught in my throat, I had to reach back in my throat with my fingers to remove the obstruction I was choking on! Had to throw the pickles away they were inedible.
We had ordered 2 burger meals with fries and extra sides of fries.
The fries were also overcooked! Extremely dry. And upon reheating them at the house, they turned rock hard! Had to throw away all the fries because they were inedible. Lastly, the burgers cost me $20 each thru the Uber Eats app! And let me tell you they were edible, but they were no bigger than a burger from McDonald's. For $20 I expect the patty and bun to be 2-3 times wider in size! What a rip-off!! We won't be ordering from this restaurant again! For $50 I could have fed my whole family steak dinners at Texas Roadhouse!

I wish I could rate the food. We arrived and there was no wait, literally sat immediately, which for a Friday was great. 2 adults and 1 child. We ordered pretty quickly which I also thought was great. After a while the kids food came out, he is a very sensitive kid and didn’t want to eat until the adults food came out, figured ours would be out within a few minutes. 5 minutes later he’s instructed to please eat as his was now getting cold. After another 10 minutes or so there is still no sign of 2 burgers. Come on. Finally just told the manager I’d pay for his as he was done eating at this point and is not gonna just hang out without getting annoyed, antsy and honestly making my dinner un enjoyable and rushed. I’m not sure what happened, if I had to guess someone took the wrong food and they had to remake but in that cause would have thought they would put it ahead of others and expedite it. I guess not. Do better, either teach your cooks to time manage orders, or train wait staff to expedite orders correctly.

I had ordered the crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap. The first time they gave me a crispy chicken sandwich, I had politely informed them I had order the wrap. They came back in 5-7 minutes with the "correction". They had put the sandwich onto a wrap and called it good. The crispy chicken wrap is listed basically as a chicken bacon ranch wrap, and I got a wrap of a chick breast, mayo, pickles, lettuce and a whole tomato. Was still good, but not what I had ordered. Would recommend double checking with waiter/waitress to make sure they have your order correct
