I was passing through the area and had never been to a Red Robin so I figured I would give it a shot. I sat at the bar and was greeted by a very friendly professional server/bartender Crystal. I had ordered a Mai Tai and took a look at the menu. I made a great choice on my burger and chips! Not to mention the manager gave me complimentary fries with their home made sauces to try out for being a new customer. The bar was clean and had a lot of great beers and drinks to offer. I was beyond impressed with the service, food, and drinks! I would absolutely recommend if you are in the area to swing in!

I never ever leave reviews, but this was a terrible experience. Waited an hour to get our food, literally just a burger and a chicken sandwich, when we got it the bread was so soggy and the fries were stale like it’s been sitting out for a while, my husband couldn’t even eat his burger it was so bad. And we havnt eaten all day, we were starving and couldn’t even eat the food.

Wow. First time at a Red Robin and it was amazing. Service by Sam was absolutely top notch: friendly, helpful, CHEERFUL (look everyone knows it's not possible to love your job every minute of the day, but if you're gonna work with the public, you gotta learn how to fake it convincingly for their sake, which requires some degree of self-sacrifice and no small amount of mental energy sometimes). I commend Sam on her dedication to customer service and thank her for making my visit pretty darn swell.

For example, I was worried that I wouldn't like the garlic parm broccoli (one of the bottomless sides) and she reassured me that I could totally get something else if I didn't like it or wanted to switch. Turns out the garlic parm broccoli was DELISH, but it was such a stress-reliever to have that little reassurance that I wouldn't have to suffer with food i didn't like. (I know, I know, weird little worries I have, don't judge.)

They have two ways to cook a burger apparently "well done" or "with some pink". I ordered mine "medium rare" and I'll say it came out perfect. Flavorful, juicy, looking gorgeous on the plate. Kudos to the cook! I wish I'd gotten their name because they deserve commendation for the yums they sent to my table.

The "atmosphere" is a bit incongruous with the cost of the menu items. Burgers and entrees were $16-20+, but decor was sort of a lower-end family restaurant, nothing soft, everything looking easy to just hose down, almost like a Dennys but with a bar inside. It was kinda weird, but whatever.

(That's just a general comment about Red Robin, I'm sure this particular one had zero say in the decor. It was, however, quite clean, which is something they DO have control over.)

10/10 recommend. Also, Sam is clearly management material. She needs a raise and hopefully a job promotion to accompany it (NOT the other way around).

It was my families first time at any Red Robin’s, and I will say the food is great! Love the fries! And the service was great! Quiet time got here before dinner hour on a Sunday and with the staffing on hand I would like to have seen a little more attention to the little things... receipts on floor the table top order and payment piece clearly not wiped down between services. We were lead to a table with something spilled in front and under it. Moved ourselves to a booth in the bar. Service ok. Burger was delicious!! More fries could have been served. When asked for more, 6 fries were in the basket🤦🏽‍♀️. Understand not wasting but skimping doesn’t solve the issue. Happy medium would have been devine.

Phinn, Will, and Maddie are the best! Food was great, there’s really no where else to go for a consistently good burger and fries at a this price point. As a celiac I also appreciate that everyone from the servers to the kitchen staff understand and take the request seriously. Chill atmosphere and laid back place to just have a meal with top notch service when you don’t feel like making your kitchen dirty but you are starving. Tip: if you are using the allergy/vegetarian menu it outs way easier to scan the barcode on the menu to access instead of the table kiosk

Good food and great service as always. Our server Will was very attentive to our needs, even remembering our normal drink orders from previous visits. The manager Maddie made time to chat with us about our meals and how we were doing. She is always pleasant to talk to and happy to greet us when we come in.

In general the staff is always amazing here, regardless of who serves us. They really seem to care that the services provided are top notch and customers’ allergies and food sensitivities such as needing to eat gluten free and are taken very seriously.

Tim, our waiter was the best! Great energy, very attentive and fun!! The food was great! Had the popular Buffalo Chicken wrap with their signature BBQ sauce and it was sooo good! Hubby had the Haystack Burger and loved it!

I ordered hot honey chicken bites with fries and my buddy ordered a jalapeno burger & fries, First they forgot one of the lemonade, was told the bartender was really busy. that is why they didn't get to it. When we received our food I noticed we were missing the fries. they had forgotten to put them on the order. The chicken bites tasted like they came out of a bag from the Walmart freezer section. On the second bite of my buddies burger at the Burger literally broke half and fell apart. He had to eat it with a fork. We still haven't gotten our other fry and had been done eating I made a complaint to the server. Only after that did we get our other Fry at this point we were done and ready to leave. The server also never came to check on us for refill our drinks it was all in all very poor quality food and service I was very surprised. The server said that they would get a manager to come speak with us. The manager was in the middle of an interview so we would have to wait to speak with them and they were undetermined on the time. So we just paid and left. Told the server I will never be back!

I came to red Robin today after a very bad day totally exhausted. I had a burger and fries. The burger was juicy and the fries were very crisp and it was just delicious the manager. Went here after spending a full day at the water Park nearby. Service was a little slow, but the server was polite and as attentive as he could be.
Honestly I don't know why Red Robins aren't busier, it's ENDLESS sides!!! And you can mix them up! Sweet potato fries, then garlic Parm fries, then broccoli, keep em coming and changing!!
I eat keto, so the fact that I could get my burger lettuce wrapped was a game changer!!! Plus all the garlic broccoli I could eat!!!!
Pretty sure our waiter was eager for us to leave because we constantly wanted more sides....but it's BOTTOMLESS!!
One of our kids got the bottomless Mac & cheese, which also comes with bottomless sides! If you're kids are always hungry, bring them to red Robin!!!
My only regret is that there isn't one closer!

I purchased $225 in gift cards in December in Plymouth, MN(never told of expiration date) and used one in February and he had trouble getting it processed, but hot it figured out but he couldn't get the 2nd one to work, the bill was 140, so he applied one and I paid the difference. I said I'll use the other next time we come to eau claire. He said see you then. NO MENTION OF EXPIRATION DATE. Came today to use it and was told nope it expired. Strange she didn't give me my gift card back either. BEWARE, they will rip you off. Will never use Red Robin again.
I will work with my credit card company to rectify this lack of credibility bt this company.

Very busy.. seated in bar… 15 min before waiter came by but sweet & apologetic, daughter ordered chicken sandwich plain w added cheese, waiter confirmed… another person brought it food : her sandwich had sauce(?mayo) pickles & whatever.. original waiter came by , returned sandwich & brought it back out in like 30 seconds which was odd but yay !!! The food was good even has vegan burgers, however. When making your order specify no sauce, they put some mayonnaise thousand island type dressing on my vegan burger. And when you order drinks major sure you have the same server for that refill, otherwise you might get alcohol in your next drink even after telling the next server what your drink is. Then it's all about the gossip and laughter over her error with her Co worker. Other then that. Did was great original server was great. I took off 2 starts for the sauce error and there bad refill drink server. Not to mention the to go box.

Great first time experience here on 12/3/24. Waiter was very attentive and involved a manager to welcome me as this was my first Red Robin experience anywhere despite being well aware of them. I got excited when I saw the picture of the Jalapeño burger, but I was rather disappointed when I received it IRL. It was very underwhelming and miniscule.

Bobby was a pretty cool, polite server.

Free French fries for the table was a nice touch.

The restaurant is pretty spacious and neatly decorated with a classic theme.

None of the servers I saw were pre bussing anything much, and one had to set his entire tray on the table he was serving.

I would go back again if the burgers were up to par.

They did offer a very affordable Angels Envy old fashioned, which wasn't terrible, but a bit watered down.

It's more of a sit down, fast food place. Nothing special, imo.

It's been years since we ate at RR and this location did not let us down. The waitress was extremely nice and courteous, the manager stopped by with fresh steak-fries and sauce while we waited and was friendly. Best of all was the food! The Lava burger was Delicious!!! We enjoyed eating there on Friday night. My husband had the fish. I had the Whiskey River BBQ Chicken. It was very good. We were excited to see gluten free options. Our DIL has a restricted diet. We wanted to tell her about it until we were ready to leave and noticed the balloons. We inquired and found out they are latex. Our DIL has been admitted 4 times in less then 3 months for latex allergies. ( She doesnt even have to touch them) just the powder in the air sets it off. So she wont be able to eat at Red Robin. Just wanted to let you know. Plus we travel over an hour to go to Red Robin.
