I never write reviews, but I had to this time. I witnessed a smaller man, I’m assuming a manager, berate an employee. This guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt so bad for the employee. The waitstaff were very nice and polite I felt so bad for them. I could not deal with a manager that has a napoleon complex.

The only reason I give service a 3 is not because of the server but because they charge you 2.99 on your bill for using the table!!!! They call it entertainment tax. You can dispute this charge but its a hassle. Won't be back cuz ill save my 2.99 for a ice cream!!!

Great service I got the garlic fries i wasnt aware that it came with parm on them so I had to order another side of them without it for my fiancé wish it said on the menu that they are garlic parm fries instead of just garlic fries
Root beer float size is disappointing from what it was back in the day especially when they are lacking out on the ice cream for the float it was mostly root beer also had the blackened salmon that really didn't have any flavor but was cooked perfectly which made it disappointing especially for $21

Red Robin burgers and steak fries are worth the trip, especially if you're tired of the other fast food options.

This location is a favorite of mine. I've stopped there nearly every time I've traveled to Green Bay.

Customer service at this location is decent, a bit slow to respond to requests but overall managed adequately. Their burgers and fries are consistent; never had a plate I was disappointed in. I like to test this by asking the waitress for a "surprise" plate: you bring me whatever you want off the menu. No complaints food-wise.

The only complaint I have that seems to be every trip...the bathrooms need a better once over. Other than that, I would recommend this location to anyone looking for burgers and steak fries that'll be difficult to finish without loosening the belt.

The service was not vary dependable. Our waitress checked on everyone around us but kept walking by us. The place was not busy at the time. When we got our food the fries were cold and I asked for honey mustard for dipping and they brought back ranch.The table we sat at was sticky nothing looked clean. My son got desert, the ice-cream was so hard that he couldn't even eat it.

I've been to many restaurants in my time here on earth, and none have come close to the type of service I recieved here. The food was good but it wasn't extraordinary. Atmosphere was nice too. However, the one thing that stood out to me when I went the other night was this one guy. I believe his name was Sam? He greeted us with enthusiasm and made me and my wife feel extremely welcome at the establishmentestablishment. He looked quite young and it reminded me of how rare it is to see someone so young show so much personality and life in the way they treat their customers. Nowadays, it feels like I'm talking to a robot everywhere I go. But this one interaction gave me hope for the next generation of those going into the workforce. It is without a doubt in my mind that I believe this young man should gain a promotion of any kind if he hasn't already received one worthy of his hard work and dedication. Thank you to Sam and the rest of the Red Robin team for granting us such excellent service.

Great food. Had the blackened salmon. Good choice by the way. But we were seated at a small table with a long bench. Instead of being offered a table or booth. The server we had asked if we have been there before and my fiance has not. So we expected more time to look. The server came back around every minute to 3 minutes at most instead of giving us a good time to look through their menues. Never felt that rushed at a restaurant before. Some people are picky and after the 3rd time you ask if we are ready to order, why not give us more time to ensure we get something we want.

First time to a Red Robin. Our friends asked us to meet there and we were happy to try something new. Big mistake. We asked for medium rare and got overdone burgers. The garlic Parmesan fries were horrible. The seasoned steak fries … weren’t. Overpriced and not worth a cent. The only redeeming quality of the night was a passably competent wait staff. We were told that the food we received was of the typical fare one can expect at any Red Robin. Guess we won’t ever be eating here again. Or trusting our friends judgement either.

Got in around 845ish...No wait, sat us immediately. The place wasnt busy at all. Star was our server and did an amazing job. Our order was placed and out in no time. The Burgers were cooked just right. Not overdone or dry at all. We tried their garlic fries and Im so glad we did!! YUMMMMMMM! ITS NOT just salty garlic seasoning, its actual minced garlic and oil!
My only complaint would be that they pour the queso sauce over the top of the burger bun! It needs to be inside the burger with everything else. It was hard to eat. Other than that...KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!! 👍🏽

Poor service that included the waitress spilling tray with drink all over our table and onto a family member. She didn't seem to know what to do to help. The floor was covered in soda that she just left. Family member also ordered burger with American cheese, but when burger came it did not have cheese. Even though it was ordered with cheese, the waitress said this particular burger didn't come with cheese (even though family member asked for cheese). Another order, we had asked for barbecue sauce but they brought out ranch. Waitress did not seem knowledgeable or helpful at all. After all of this, we were fully charged for meal at almost $80. It was a very disappointing experience. Maybe better training of staff should be considered. We won't be back.

The atmosphere, though...yuck. This place is filthy. The milkshake menu on the table was so gross that I set it back down immediately and went to wash my hands. The smell at our table was like parking with your windows down, and you KNOW there's a dumpster close by, but you're not sure where. If I was the manager/owner/health department I'd close this place for about a week and really deep clean.

I ordered delivery through the Red Robin website. My order consisted of the blackened salmon meal, the arctic cod fish and chips, the kid’s cheeseburger meal, and the cheesy mozzarella twists. All of the meals were delicious in my opinion and my family’s. My meal being the blackened salmon with broccoli and parmesan potatoes was delicious and all had great flavor. I was disappointed that the website would not let me use my free appetizer coupon for signing up for the VIP rewards program but I went ahead and purchased the appetizer anyway. The online ordering process was very convenient and easy.
