Confused staff. Waited at the front for over 10 mins and the dining area had two families. 10/15/2026 5pm. The server was horrible 2nd time this happened at this location to me. I had to post. I waited and ordered right away but others that came in behind me got there order before I got coffee. Then when the coffee comes no cream and know how I am feeling. Ask for a lemonade and that came after my kids ate. Now when the food came I had no dressing for my salad or sauce for my food. Very messy service!!! I ask for that and UES THAT IS WHEN SHE BROUGHT THE LEMONADE. SO YOU KNOW MY KIDS ATE RIGHT. SO THAT IS HOW LONG THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WAS.

THEY NEED PEOPLE AND THE MANGER NEVER CAME OUT!!! I WILL BE CALLING THEM HOPING THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN ALWAYS. THE PLACE HAVE VERY POOR SERVICE. I AM HUNGRY!!!!!!

The food is amazing if you eat there,any carry outs are a nightmare. The servers and service is horrible. Nothing but attitudes and a lack of any kind of caring about anything. The orders are always cold and often wrong. They (management) make up for it properly but at some point it needs to be addressed internally, 3 out of 4 wrong orders and dealing with poor customer service takes a toll and I just cant go back. The pizza place inside had some of the best pizza but its always cold. And once there was even a piece of pizza missing but I didn't have the energy to call and complain again.

Red Robin is always a good choice for family dining. The burgers are great and they come with their amazing bottomless fries. Their menu is extensive with choices that go beyond just burgers and fries. I've never had a bad experience at a Red Robin restaurant. The service at this particular location was amazing. As someone with a gluten intolerance, Red Robin is one of my go to places as I can get a burger with a gluten free bun & fries. We just picked up a family bundle order with 2 of the burgers with a gluten free bun substitution that we were charged extra for. Got the order home and found regular buns on all of the burgers, despite the stickers on them showing the GF bun substitutes. GF buns have a different texture than the regular buns and these buns were not GF. I just had a sad burger patty for dinner and am hoping I don’t get sick tonight. We’ve never had this issue before. Will we go back? Probably, but not anytime soon & we’ll be unpacking to go orders and double checking each item before leaving the restaurant.

Something I despite is when a Company is tryng to outsmart me thinking that as a Customer we won't notice that the reduced the size of hamburgers and also the beef patty size and charging more that the price I used to pay. I know things are more expensive now, I know prices must go up, but never play with the size of the food that made you who you were in the past, because the ones paying the price will be YOU as a company, Customers we decide were we spend our $$$$. Came there for my nieces birthday. Me, my husband and mil all ordered the same thing. This triple bacon burger but each of us had some modifications on it. Mil had just no sauce, no bun. Husband had no sauce, me I had no bun. Mil plate came and had no issues. Husband's came and it was only a double and had sauce. He sent it back and it came out correctly after waiting that extra time. Mine on came out and Mine was only a double. Server stated he would get another patty. I'm like ok, no biggie. By the time I finished and was packaging the leftovers to leave is when the patty came out. It was a plain patty with no cheese. In my head is like what is going on with that kitchen that so many errors are happening. Other family members at the table had to send orders back as well. Also, my mil had ordered the parmesan Brussel sprouts for my husband as well. It was when we were leaving that the order came out... the sprouts had no parmesan on them. The server had to go get a cup of parmesan for them. Not disappointed with the server, he was doing his best. Upset with the kitchen and all the errors that happened.

We went to dinner last night to celebrate our son’s 5th birthday. It was our first time out to eat with all six of our kids, and I was extremely nervous. Add in food allergies and I was even make worried. Dalia was great. She made it a very calm experience. She stayed on top of keeping drinks full and making sure the kids have plenty of oranges to be happy. Between her and the kitchen staff they took extra care to make sure all of our food was correct and that we were good with our food allergies. My husband and I have been customers of Red Robin in Greenfield for many years, and we are never disappointed. The food is always prepared correctly and tastes great. Whenever I order anything with chicken (e.g., Keep it Simple or Simply Grilled Chicken Salad) the chicken is never overcooked like it is in many other chain establishments. As a matter of fact, I will often substitute the grilled chicken breast for the burger on some of the other menu items. I was also surprised at how delicious the pizzas are. I didn't expect that from a restaurant that specializes in burgers. I also love that Red Robin is always adding new items to the menu. The service is always impeccable - Rachel always goes above and beyond, is extremely accommodating and is constantly a step ahead when I need something, plus she is simply a wonderful person. We are honored to be one of her "regulars." Mike is also another fantastic server. When Rachel is not working, we will request Mike. He also goes above and beyond and is also extremely friendly and accommodating. Alissa, the Assistant General Manager, is another marvelous person who is also always friendly, caring and accommodating. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Italia, the long-time hostess. She always greets me and all customers with a smile and is extremely friendly and kind. Rachel, Mike, Alissa and Italia are definitely an asset to the Red Robin franchise.

Went yesterday for dinner and asked for a table not a booth. The waitress was not sure of what she was doing and took us to a booth. My son explained that we asked for a booth. She said that there wasn’t a table available, but there were two other sections and one had just one table in use. I went with family the other day and I ordered the whiskey river bbq chicken wrap with a salad. When the food arrived I got COLD fries instead of the salad and there wasn't much chicken on my wrap and what was there was cold.
