I used to like coming here. Today my server, Carolyn, was awesome but the kitchen failed. 3 of 4 orders had at least one error. Wrong side. No side. Cold or Undercooked entree. Carolyn did a great job trying to soothe things over but I wish we had gone elsewhere.

The initial experience wasn’t great. My food was accidentally given to someone else for pickup due to what seemed like a system issue.

What really stood out though was how the staff handled it. They remade my food right away with no hassle, and the kind lady at the front went out of her way to offer me a complimentary shake for the inconvenience. The food was definitely worth the wait, and the accountability from the team made all the difference.

I was recently stuck outside Red Robin in Janesville because my car battery died. Yes, I was having one of those wonderful nights. With that being said, I want to say the staff was phenomenal.

It was a stressful situation, and then I had to do the “Can I leave my car in your parking lot for a few hours?” walk of shame. The hostess, who I had interacted with earlier that night, was extremely kind and understanding. I could tell she was genuinely concerned about my situation. She also didn’t treat me like a problem or a burden.

I had never eaten at Red Robin before, but I plan to return just because of this experience. Oh, and the burgers are awesome!.

We’re all humans on this rock. Moments like this where people show up for each other really matter. I truly appreciate how the staff at Red Robin treated me tonight during a rough moment especially since they didn’t have to. It made a difference.

Havent been to a Red Robin in about 8 years, the food was really good, but might have been 20 people in the resturant and took an hour for my girlfreond and I to get our food. It appeared that they were over staffedfrom the front of house aspect, but nothing mentioned about the BOH staff. I know there were multiple tables that had complaints about the slow service, not just the food arriving slow but in general.
I would still go back to give them another chance, but a second visit like that and i would be done

My server was drunk the food was not good at all we got the wrong food , You ran out of pizza and wasn't told until 15 min after we ordered .. Red Robin is 10/10 one of our favorite places to eat! With their amazing selection of drinks, burgers, sandwiches, and of course my favorite, the bottomless sides, there is so much to enjoy!
