The Jalapeno heatwave is a absolute smash the Jalapeno pack the Spice, the aioli packs, flavour, the grilled onions and Jalapeno go so well with the juicy Burger. The only good thing about their food was the onion rings. The fries tasted like they were a day old and warmed up in the microwave and had no flavor. The pretzel bites were almost over cooked. The scorpion burger was a soggy mess and the the deep fried jalapeno rings were just mush. Almost like it had been sitting out. My wife's bacon cheeseburger had no flavor at all. I wouldn't even go back for a refund. This was worse than bar food and twice as much!

Went in to the restaurant today for lunch with my fiance and son and had Talia as a server. The food was delicious! We had 2 burgers, fried pickles, and a kids burger. I really came here to leave a review about the service though. We eat out a LOT at a lot of different restaurants. Red Robin NEVER disappoints me and my family. The food is always delicious and comes out quickly. The service is always great with friendly smiling faces. The restaurant is clean, which is a huge plus! The bottomless sides are truly bottomless, which helps keep our bellies full. We absolutely love being regulars there and will keep coming back!

My family absolutely loves this place!! I had the new bottomless mango passionfruit lemonade with tajin. It’s was the perfect combo of sweet, sour and spicy.

My all-time favorite has to be the monster burger with blue cheese and cheddar and you can never go wrong with adding that bacon. For my bottomless side, I got the bottomless sweet potato fries with a side of bacon fondue.

While we were waiting for our food, we got the crispy onion ring tower with their delicious campfire sauce and the new Mike’s hot honey chicken wings.

We then finished with those chocolate fudge filled cookies, which were warm and gooey in the center. My wife got the chocolate covered pretzel milkshake which was fireeeeeeeeeee!

We’re so excited to see what they come out with next.

My son ordered a Crispy Chicken sandwich. When the order csme, sitting across from him at the table it appeared like he ordered a beef sandwich. The chicken sandwich looked really dark in color on the outside, almost burnt. It appeared like it was re-fried, or just cooked way too long. He also commented that the chicken sandwich was dry and not juicy as it typically would be. This sandwiched appeared nothing like the photo of the chicken sandwich on the online menu. He was very disappointed in his meal.

The food was good but I was blown away by the service. Our server Jacoiya was awesome! She took the time to explain the menu and offered her recommendations. She was on top of everything from the moment we sat down. Not to mention that she was manning the bar and serving multiple tables. Still this didn’t take away from the quality service she provided us. You can tell she knows what she’s doing. The manager was also great. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. We don't come here often lately. Both my husband and I used to work here many years ago when they first opened. The standards were very high back then! We came on a Monday around 5pm. We were sat in the bar. Our server who was also the bar tender came and took our drink order. We simply ordered 2 strawberry lemonades. I watched as the server proceeded to clean 3 tables and make some bar drinks before getting to our drinks. By the time they came out we were half way done with our appetizer. Mind you we were the ONLY table in the bar on a monday night. It was not busy. We were never given napkins. I had to go on a search for napkins myself and found some on the bar. Our food came out and we were 60% finished when the server finally came over to check on us. My husband ordered a refill of the fries and they never came. We had planned to get dessert but my irritation was so high by this time that we just decided to leave. This kind of service would have never been tolerated back in my day lol. Food was still good. But you guys need to wrap the burgers in paper again because they are messy.....but good!

We’ve eaten here many times. It tends to be hit or miss Tonight was a miss as was the time before. Today, the onions were the tough skin part and tasted old. My friend hasn’t been feeling good since eating them and obviously stopped eating them once she realized something was wrong. The broccoli was very soggy. Steak fries were way over-salted. Both of us had warm food, but the hamburger bun was ice cold and the croissant was stale and ice cold I’m wondering if they store these in the refrigerator. The bartender was very cordial and helpful (We ate at the bar). Red Robin used to be excellent. Now they are inconsistent. Such a shame.

This place has honestly gone downhill. The quality of food used to be top notch, now it's just another burger joint. I asked for some pink, got no pink. Red Robin (in general) has gotten away from what it used to be. Mediocre, super salty food. On the rare occasions that we come here, my husband ALWAYS asks for his burger to be Medium rare… and ALWAYS gets it Well Done… nobody seems to be interested in serving flavorful food anymore. Don’t think we’ll be back. The sweet potato fries were tasty though.. but they were pushing them as a bottomless side.. hard. That was slightly suspicious to me.

Idk how this place has so many 5 stars. We went about 2 hours before closing. The tables and the booths were not clean. The booth was full of crumbs like they wiped the table and just threw everything on the seats. The food was ok but I asked for the garlic fries which were like $4 extra or something. And my wife got regular fries and I couldn’t tell the difference. I asked the waitress if they were garlic fries and she said yes but fr no difference. Won’t be coming back

My husband and I brought my mom and my step dad to red robin for her birthday. At first everything seemed to be great. Our server made a statement that she was really good at her job. Then she carried our food to the table and she dropped my mom's burger on the floor. We noticed the burger on the floor was wrong anyway. The server left it on the floor for over ten minutes then finally cleaned it up. Meanwhile I noticed my burger was wrong, then we noticed my step dad's burger was wrong. After a while everyone got their correct food. Then we got to the bill and saw that it was wrong. My husband ordered a pizza minus the baby spinach but the bill showed we were charged for the spinach he didn't want! Finally I talked to a manager and I'll admit she corrected the bill and removed my burger from the bill. However the entire experience was just horrible. Oh and the very small amount of fries brought out to the table was just sad. There were three out of four customers waiting for new burgers, so extra fries would have been nice. Customer safety was just not there leaving food on the floor so someone could slip. The order not being right, the bill. I'm not sure I'll ever go back to this location. My mom was so upset when we left. What should have been a nice lunch for her birthday was a nightmare.

I had an amazing experience here today. Truly phenomenal service was provided. My dad is cognitively impaired and is in a wheelchair, and they did everything possible to make this a great experience. He used to love going out to restaurants, and this is his first time to one in a year and a half. It was so completely worth it, and while we spent more than intended due to the fantastic deserts, I will be coming back. I've never had a better experience at a restaurant!!! 😁

Out for a birthday dinner tonight. Floor was so sticky our shoes all stuck every time we took a step. The high chair for the baby was filthy and the woman’s bathroom was a disaster. They really need to clean this place up. I was afraid to touch the menu!! Everything in this place was sticky and dirty. After paying $140.00 for dinner we asked for leftover containers. The container lids did not fit (all of us tried). Finally the manager had to get us new containers. Sorry, will never be back.

Either my bbq burger was poorly made or there suppose to be skimpy, very little onion straws and bbq sauce, the patty is not very big for what you pay for, they only drop a few fries on the plate because there endless but my re-order took so long that I no longer wanted them, I had eaten my burger and beer and was ready to leave, there's many other options to spend 40 bucks on a burger and 2 tap pints of domestic beer, 90% of the draft beer wasn't available because of a Co2 problem I was told and come to think of it my bill should have been closer to 30 dollars, on a side note the portion of the handicap bathroom was unusable. I wanted to like it here, the atmosphere and workers were very freindly.
The manager Amanda J called me but my voice mail is full soshe emailed that she did, I called back within minutes and at first it was hang in a moment to she'll call you back tomorrow, well tomorrow has never happened so that shows how concerned they are about customer service, collect the money at all costs and to bad if there's a problem.

Decided to give this place another try. Shouldn't have! They got 2 of our 3 orders wrong. The waitress blamed the kitchen and then slipped up that it was her fault. We were asked if we would like a starter of fries until our food was ready, but our food came first. Both of my daughter's sandwiches were wrong. Then, the waitress brought out the wrong kind of fries for both girls' refills. They forgot the bbq sauce on my sandwich and one of my daughter's. It was a disaster. This was my first visit to Red Robin since the pandemic mess. At that time, they had too few workers, and the wait times and service were terrible. I must say that they are bouncing back, and it is worth another shot. We were able to get a table right away and the service was prompt and courteous. The food was on par with what it used to be. Actually looked no different than a fast food place basic burger. I haven’t had Red Robin’s in a while and I used to love their burgers. I ordered to go tonight and was pretty disappointed. I remember the burgers used to be a good size and thick and juicy. The burger I got tonight I don’t know if it was a one time thing or if they are just getting cheap the burger was extremely dry. The prices have obviously went up and the quality and quantity goes down just like everything else in today’s day. Charge more but give less.
