My kiddo had cheer and never had been there. Was so impressed with the staff. So friendly and made us feel so welcomed. Patrick the manager, is absolutely the best restraunt manager I have ever met. Never have had a manager interact so much. Young girl who was hostess didnt catch name, was young and can tell newer but was also so great. Waitress I think Tessa? Was also amazing and so friendly. Best service ever! I haven't been there in a long time, only complaint is man they are pricey. Ordered 1 order of pretzel bites, 2 burgers, and chicken sandwich and 2 drinks 1 adult and 1 kids . $80.00. Each burger was $17 and nothing special.

I would give this place a 4.2 stars BUT they let someone else pick my $100 order up without confirming that it was me. I was on my lunch break (fast food management) and the fact that they didn’t have my food ready (it was stolen) made me late from my 30 minute break.

Our waitress was very loud with a jolting demeaner. We came in at 5:00p on a Sunday, so they were not overly busy. We ordered the burger special with bottomless sides; however, due to my dietary restrictions, I was not able to quickly find a side that would work for me. Our waitress seemed impatient while I tried to figure it out. I asked for a combination of two vegetable toppings (avocado and mushrooms) to be my "side" and specified they didn't have to be bottomless. Nope, couldn't do that. I ended up with the broccoli, which I knew would likely wreak havoc with my gut. I did, however, order the avocado and mushroom toppings anyway, but they were definitely not worth the upcharge. The 3 small avocado slices were a dull olive green color with black spots that, once removed, gave me about an eighth of a cup--if that--total. The mushrooms were fine, but still not worth the upcharge. The burgers were good. Pickles would've been a nice addition, but again, with the confusion of ordering, I didn't think to ask. Shouldn't pickles be a given?

A different server smiled at us as she walked by and did a quick check in with us. My husband asked her for a refill on his bottomless fries, and she brought him out some piping hot fries in a very friendly helpful manner. We appreciated that!

The only reason that I have left more than 1 star on this review is because our waitress was kind when we encountered an issue.
My burger arrived with a nice piece of lint on top of the bun. I tried to look past that and remove that section of the bun. I opened the burger(veggie burger) to add some cheese sauce that I got on the side and discovered that it was severely burnt. It was dropping ashy bits when I picked it up.
To add insult to injury, the bathroom stall doors(specifically the handicap one but others were like this as well) have massive gaps on them. To the point where there may as well not even be a door.
To say that I am disappointed, is an understatement.
Management, if you're reading this pittily little google review- do better. I dont want to come to your restaurant and be served dirty burnt food, feel uncomfortable using the bathroom, and leave hungry.

Went here for the special. The waitress was having more fun flirting and cussing loudly at the bar with a man rather then assisting others at there tables. I had to wave my waitress down 3 times before they finally arrived at my table. Red Robin's has gone down hill ever since covid and I believe they will not be here much longer with the horrible staff and lack of care for customers.

Super fun classic location that is consistent with all of the favorite menu items. Well run, busy location. The staff works well as a team, and our waiter was amazing. I think his name was Filip? There were several large parties being served simultaneously to smaller tables and everyone appeared to be receiving fast quality service. Very impressive teamwork to observe. I actually really like the variety of burgers they have. It's a nice family-friendly restaurant. But service is not the greatest. You never know if you're going to get waited on or not. When I bring my brother here, it's usually us getting ignored and having to get up and ask for everything. But I won't deny the fact that we love their french fries. We come pretty often, so it's safe to say that the service really stinks. But that doesn't stop us from coming.

I was at Red Robin just yesterday and ordered the Cobb salad. I was reading the review from 2 weeks ago from someone who ordered the same and gave a great review. That has not been my experience.

I felt a deep sense of downsizing and upcharging going on. I get the Cobb roughly once a month and the serving size I received was about 2/3rds the size of my last order.

My plate was mostly salad. There were about 5 small cubes of avocado, where there used to be about 1/2 of one, sliced and presented nicely. Instead of getting a whole sliced egg, I got a very small portion, perhaps 1/4 of one, almost minced. Bacon, virtually non-existent. Bleu cheese was ok.

The amount I paid for what I received does not justify me frequenting this establishment anymore.

I gave two stars because the person I dined with enjoyed their burger.

We came in for my dad's birthday. Never been here before, not bad. Dad ordered the chicken sandwich. I ordered the A-vocobb salad with grilled chicken. Very filling. Avocado, bacon, blue cheese. Yum! I usually enjoy my time out at Red Robin’s, but this trip was genuinely one of the worst. Our server Liv was terrible barely checked in on us walked by us twice when it was clear we were trying to get her attention and just took her sweet time even though it was no where near packed.
