We haven't been here in a long time, in part because of a couple bad experiences, but it was great this time. Jeff was the best waiter I may have ever had. He handled so many tables (all with kids because of a school fundraiser) and the glasses all stayed full, the food was fast and he did it all with a smile 😃 My daughter loved the dragon fruit sparkler!

My wife and I arrived at 9:20; they close at 10. We were seated immediately and our server was friendly, accommodating, and told us not to feel rushed. Our drinks and appetizer came a few minutes later. By 9:40 our burgers and sides arrived. The server stopped by frequently to ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. Even though she was preparing to close and busy doing other things, she wasn’t too busy to engage in conversation with us. An all-around positive experience…and the food was really good!

Our annual Oshkosh AirVenture trip is not complete without a visit to Red Robin for supper. Brynn, our server, was top tier. Explained with great detail everything we asked about.
We were sat at a table and requested a quieter location. Unlike our experience at the Apple valley MN location (a trash heap), this time the manager wasted no time in accommodating our request. He even apologized for not having the new table clean (not his need to apologize, but it is clear he takes pride in his location).
10/10 for service, food, and company. We will be back next summer, no doubt!

Sad sad sad. It feels like a dark cafeteria. They pack you in there, ambiance is off. The waiter was coming back every minute before we ordered, once the food was ordered it flipped. Funny how that's after you get the "bottomless" sides. They give you about 7 fries and come back at a snails pace to fill it. And I wanted more fries. The burger was inedible so yeah I needed the fries. The burger was insane, like I literally don't think it was real meat. So messed up. Support local, Red Robin makes it easy!

My wife and I have enjoyed Red Robin over the years, as have our daughters. We have been there many times as a family and as a couple. The food has always been very good. The atmosphere has always been pleasant. Service has historically been generally good. Today, however, we didn't get any service.
I have to say I was shocked and disappointed. We went there today at about 3:30 PM for a late lunch/early dinner. The restaurant was mostly empty. There were three tables (that we saw) with guests on the bar side and only one table seated on the main side (a group).
We were seated quickly. And then waited. And waited.
And waited.
A tall blond guy with glasses was attending the group. A dark-haired woman with a ponytail was wandering the area by the kitchen. We made eye contact with the blond guy while we waited. He stood against the wall by the kitchen. Doing nothing. After 15 minutes, and after we noted the dark-haired woman was evidently not coming, and the blond guy took a dessert order from the large group but ignored us, we got up and left.
As we walked out, both workers on the main side watched us leave. We noticed the waitress on the bar side was standing at the bar, leaning over with her back to the tables (presumably on her phone), and the hostess was (oddly) standing very close to the game machines with her back to everyone. She told us to have a nice day as we left. She had just seated us about 15 minutes previously and didn't ask, for instance, "Is everything okay?" So weird.
As a veteran, I'm dismayed to see our younger generation so careless. As the husband of an ethnic woman, I struggle sometimes not to think the worst. As a general consumer, I'm irritated that we came in hungry, left hungry, and were completely and absolutely ignored.
While we've enjoyed Red Robin for a very long time, I doubt we'll be back. I think we cut that cord today. Likewise, as we left, a car of five pulled into the spot next to us. I warned them to consider not bothering and briefly explained our experience. Evidently, they did not bother because they pulled out right behind us.

Red Robin is a great restaurant if you're looking for creative, very tasty burgers, chicken wings, and simple sandwiches. They have a lot of drink options both alcoholic and non-alcoholic as well as really good milkshakes. They are a bit limited on the dessert options but do have some good ones. They now also make some fresh thin crust personal pizzas that are very good and certainly serve more than one person. Their size are almost all bottomless so you can eat to the point where you should have stopped long ago. They have a variety of flavored french fries, salads, vegetables, and many other sides. Really good option for American Fair with a good number of options and a really good place for family dining.

It's not so much the people as it's the corporation. I've had so many problems lately. I've had gift cards come to my house that I ordered and didn't have any money on them. I've had bonus bucks that were never sent to my email. Now, they've changed the birthday month burger, so it's more costly to use. Not to mention the new promotion they just started today with their "Bottomless Burgers" card that no one could buy. I've eaten here for years and spent many birthday meals here, however they've lost a valued customer.

My first visit to a Red Robin did not disappoint. From the hostess to the manager, everything was 10/10. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server, Kat, was attentive, friendly, and fun! The food ordered was served quickly hot & fresh. I ordered the Limited Time Buzzer Beater bacon cheeseburger Two Pointer. It was delicious! My date was very happy with the The Blue Ribbon burger. The manager stopped by our booth to say thank you. In my experience, a clean and orderly restroom speaks volumes to the management of any business serving or selling food, and this store had a spotless restroom. Kudos. All in all, we're looking forward to our next visit!

I've been a vegetarian for 10 years and vegan for 3. They gave me a beef burger and I took a bite before noticing. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting misstep. I ate here regularly but this is such a huge mistake I can no longer trust them to get my order right without risking eating meat again. NOT vegetarian or vegan friendly. I can't even describe how distressing this situation is. Plus it was a waste of money because Uber Eats wouldn't refund me despite the grievous error. What sort of terrible people trick people into eating meat?

The waitress needs some social behavior, public relations training. Brooke when we asked you a question your response was harsh, and very unprofessional.
We had cold fries and burger. We only asked to get better fries but you still told us to wait. Had coupon and asked about it. You harshly said "well if it doesn't say dinein you can't use it". Of course I checked that first.
Usually love coming here but this experience was not a good one. Please do better in getting your food out when it's done. Please be more considerate towards your customers.

My wife and I stopped in here on a last minute dinner decision.
Restaurant was clean, staff and service were good.
We got the tower of onion rings, Mad love burger, crispy chicken wrap. I got a water and she got a cream soda. When we got our bill it was $62. I almost fell out of my seat the food was okay but not earth shattering. I am not sure how a burger, fries and a chicken wrap can cost $62.
We are going to stick out our local spot down the street.
