Food was good but you can clearly tell that the bigger the table, the more attention it gets. It took five minutes to be greeted at our table and a walkby of "you doing good?" waitress that took our order was very plain and not very inviting. She didn't smile or have a friendly attitude. To be honest, she didn't ask any further questions to our meal, basic questions that are normally asked. For example not asking if we wanted appetizers, what kind of side, etc. She gave quite a bit of attitude when we asked what soda product they had. When we finished, she went right to the machine to pay and didn't ask if we wanted dessert or if we wanted anything more. She was very passive as a waitress. And there are no nametags so I have no idea what her name is! She didn't even tell us that.

Me and my mom odered red robin last night through door dash, the dasher was very nice and polite. The food that I ordered, was the buzzer bacon cheese burger 2 pointer was very salty and i requested sweet potato fries but they gave me stake fries that were very dry. The cookies that my mom and I shared was under cooked. I never had such bad stomach pain in my whole life but this is only reason why I ordered out to eat once in a great while. I rather eat my own cooking than the food I had.

This place is absolutely amazing and the only one I will go to, if we just forget about the food for a moment. The staff and management is outstanding, they are always nice and respectful and I can appreciate that above all else. As far as the food goes it's not anything really special but its still good.

One thing that upset me the most is the kids burger, if you have multiple smaller kids I would suggest just buying a regular adult burger and splitting it. Because the burger they brought out for the kids looked like they were ready to eat frozen burgers. And the price difference wasn't big enough to justify that. My assumption is they figure it's for kids and the parents aren't really going to care.

Literally so fun the moment we walked in. We lost our game, everyone was on the upset side. Soon as we walk in, everyone’s happier. The waiters so fun. They gave us kids menu to color. It was very good! Service was good! Some manager or cook came up to us before our meal and said someone gave me your names and that this is your first time eating at Red Robin. They had ask us if we had ever eaten at Red Robin before, we said no not that particular one. We have eaten at the ones in the fox valley before where we used to live. But not that particular one. He offered us a plate of fries with two different dipping sauces. It was very good to say the least! Never had that happen before. That was very nice of them. Other than that the rest of the food was delicious 😋 I'm very glad we went there for lunch. It was so good 👍 We recommend Red Robin in the Wausau Wisconsin area to anyone 😀

I knocked service a star because our waitress wasn't as attentive as I would have liked. She didn't check back with us till I was almost completely done eating. And no, it wasn't busy. Also my boyfriend ordered something a certain way and she didn't relay it to the kitchen. Not the end of the world, but it wasn't they way he ordered it. But food was delish and atmosphere was fine.

So I have not been here in a long time so I wanted to re try it and then I had to write this review. When arriving the places was very clean and seemed really fun. Mind you I dined out. So after getting my food the server was so rude I was not will to ask any questions. So I was still excited for the food till getting home. The burger looked like burger King and then after biting into it, I realized it was fast food. The wings were supposed to be sweet and hot. They were hot a not the best. I am trying to eat healthier and this was supposed to be a treat and I should have just stopped at kwik trip. Sad 😞

We stopped by to support the Everest Area Optimists fundraiser. This is a family friendly restaurant where the food was as good as expected for burgers and fries. Enjoyable and satisfying.
