The burgers, fries and wings are fantastic here. This is more if a bar that serves food than a restaurant that serves alcohol. However, this isn't a mark against it as all 3 of us had different burgers and sides and all 3 were perfect! Our bartender/server was always nearby for anything we wanted. It is slightly pricey as mine was $14 for a burger & fries but once you try it you'll find it well worth the price for a perfect burger

Pictures looked good on their on-line menu, so tried for the first time. Pickup order. Ordered fresh battered toss chicken tenderloins with fry’s. Husband picked it up for me and it was 2 frozen worse then McDonalds chicken strips, fry’s and no sauce. where’s the sauce! husband said they told him they don’t have dipping sauce. What. Are u kidding me no sauce for this meal. I looked back at the menu and they gave me a kids meal. But a kids meal comes with applesauce didn’t get that either. Also they have all these sauces to choose from on the menu. Where do they get these people that run and or work at these places? Get it together people.. I know mistakes are made but so many mistakes for one little order. Make sure u inspect your orders and the quality before paying.

I stopped in to check out this place as part of planning an upcoming event to be held here. I definitely found a hidden gem that isn't that hard to get to!
Truth is that I was not able to eat here that day but, I saw some of the food coming out and I am looking forward to getting back to the Red Roof Station for our event and to enjoy some of their food AND ICE CREAM!
If you want to enjoy a place with plenty to do and plenty of room to relax in, this is your hometown kind of venue. If you want to enjoy some good food, play bingo, sing karaoke or just hang out and chat with some very nice people - owners included! - this is the place that you need to get to. This will be a great place to stop after hiking or horseback riding nearby or if you're passing by while out on a bike ride. Just make sure to stop in - you won't be disappointed!

I was out taking a drive with my 89yo friend & we actually stopped here because whenever I go to Kettle Moraine we stop. I didn't realize they are a new business because I hadn't been out this way in awhile. We didn't eat because we had just came from a big breakfast. We had a beer, talked with Ray & Ben, the new owners and so enjoyed their hospitality. They then took us up to the new Ice cream place upstairs even though it wasn't open and we enjoyed some cedar crest ice cream. We will certainly be back and the next time we will be sure to have a lunch. These guys were GREAT!! I wish them well.

Everything came out of bags of frozen foods and was deep fried or out of jars. The only fresh items were a little chopped tomato and onion. There were none of the salads that are on the website. It apparently recently changed ownership. They seemed to be having issues with the sound system and the staff were more interested in chatting with each other than serving. They are more focused on being a sports pub than on food quality.

We had $2 tall boy beers, the wings which are broasted and crisped to perfection (try the cajun bourbon sauce!), onion rings and waffle fries. We're looking forward to going back to try the pizza, Friday fish fry and visiting on one of the themed nights, karaoke or bingo specifically. The best thing about our visit was the incredibly neat, historic building! Unfortunately, everything else was an utter disappointment. Entered an empty restaurant with 3 staff members that chose not to greet us. Stood there until finally a young server asked if we wanted lunch and sat us. Food took forever and was disgustingly overpriced for tiny frozen burgers, cheap buns, a handful of frozen fries, box mac and cheese, and coleslaw that tasted like mildew. Also spent the duration of our meal swatting off flies and box elder beetles. Would have loved if the staff and food matched the small town charm of the building and location.

And you know how sometimes artists make art out of used materials, such as old scrap metal, wood, etc? This was a disaster. Our group of 4 adults and two kids arrived at about 2:45 on a Saturday. The place was empty, except for one other table. We ordered standard pub fair like burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches, and it took 45 minutes for half of us to get our food. The other half did not receive their food until the rest of us were finished scarfing ours down (which we felt rude doing, but our kids were hungry, and the other people in our party insisted). Our server had disappeared, so we asked the bartender if she knew when the rest of our food would be coming, and she was rude and dismissive. Probably 10 minutes after that, our server reappeared and offhandedly told us that the cook had suddenly left and that she had cooked our food instead. This was a bad call on her part, because the food was terrible. . I’m frankly embarrassed I ate my burger (I was starving). It was so burnt that it tasted (and felt) like sand in my mouth. They should have simply told us that the cook had run off as soon as they realized this had happened. At least that way we could have left and found something else that was better. Instead, they were seating a whole new group when we finally got to leave, after paying $82 for that experience. I wonder if the server is planning to cook their dinner too? If she does, and if it takes an hour to make (and it tastes like sand), they should not expect a sincere apology. We certainly didn’t get one.

I needed a place to stop for a meal during a recent Ice Age Trail event and the Red Roof Station did not disappoint! We were welcomed upon arrival and encouraged to poke around the consignment shop while we waited for our food. There were lots of interesting items to peruse.

The food was great! I had the chicken tenders and the family I had with me had the pulled pork sandwich (the special) and patty melt. We all really enjoyed our meal and if we happen to find ourselves back in Eagle, I do think we’d stop back! Maybe for ice cream this time!

The cod was super fresh with a wonderful thin breading or order it baked. It’s served with homemade Cole slaw and chunky applesauce. Your choice of French fries, waffle fries or fabulous homemade potato pancakes, fresh rye bread and butter. Lots of cold beers to choose from and now they offer Wollersheim wines (a great local winery). They close at 7:00 pm so get there early as the place fills up fast starting about 5:00. They also serve takeout orders and if you want to bring a group in, call ahead and they’ll have dinner waiting. Jan, the owner and Debbie are waiting with smiling faces to welcome you. Been visiting the town of Eagle on my Harley since 1997 and have seen a few different places in this location. This is my favorite, absolutely love what they did with the place. Art gallery and other stuff for sale. Awesome home made chicken strips and Chocolate Malts are part of a tasty menu. We stopped while on a bike cruise and instantly fell in love. My new favorite place. Delicious food, great icecream, darling country atmosphere with antiques and crafts on display to purchase. Home made Cole slaw was excellent and second helpings we're provided. The potato pancake was one of the best I've ever had and it is their own recipe.
