Went in with my wife this afternoon and had a couple octoberfest and a delicious old fashion. John the owner and his staff were great. Tried the homade pizza which was excellent and tried a giant slice of carrot cake. So good! Atmosphere was great and inviting for locals and us touristy people from out of town. I will make this place a regular stop!

Rendezvous Paddle & Sports is a fantastic local spot with great food and even better service. The two waitresses there are always friendly and personable — they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of, which really adds to the experience.

The menu has some awesome options. The crispy chicken sandwich is a favorite — crunchy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The burgers are juicy and satisfying, and the tater tots are crispy perfection. What really sets the food apart is the special seasoning they keep at the table — it’s so good, I’d love to take some home! It adds just the right kick to anything on the menu.

Mom and I are visiting the area. Mom got sick with tummy troubles and we spent the day at the motel. She was feeling a little better but decided for supper not to go out. I am handicapped and need to use a walker. They did a curbside pickup for me.They not only had really great soup but it was yummy and helped Mom's stomache. I had a small pizza that was delicious. I only ate 1/2 it was so big.. would definitely return. They are closed for the season so need to find out when the open in 2025 and get there next year!!!!!

Beyond expectations! This restaurant has both service for the dining and water activities.

The food was served hot and fresh. The wait time was less than 10 minutes. Friendly employees, checked on our table frequently. The cost of menu items was affordable. Child friendly atmosphere for all ages.

Menu items include American food related. Serving whole pizza, homebrewed beer, and pretzels.

The atmosphere was boat themed. Various boating items everywhere, something to look at while dining.

Plenty of parking spaces for a small lot, nearest to the rental area.

We have now gone here 3 times in about 2 months, first on a fri. I had the fish and hubs had the pizza, kolinski I believe, we had never had a pizza with polish sausage on it before, but he absolutely loved it, we will be back, they have reg pizza available also, we ordered a medium and ended up taking half it home. next we went, we went for lunch he had bacon cheeseburger, ff and mozzarella sticks, I chose mush Swiss burger, ff and onion rings, soon good, again we ended up taking half it home. recently, we went and had the prime rib, $35 per plate, one size only, 18 Oz. comes with your choice of potato, soup, or salad. again, it was very good, more fat than I would personally like, but the flavor was there and fork tender. again, we had to take a good portion home, ate it for breakfast the next day, excellent. we will be back.

Went there on 8/3/24 to tube, the river was full of duck weed. Gross. Then we decided to eat here. Was going to order a large pizza but was advised by our waitress to get a medium, so we did but when it came out it was a large and we were charged for a large. The rude girl checking us out said we would still be charged for a large because thats what the waitress wrote.(incorrectly!) She then got the manager, who had an attitude. He said we can pay the medium price but they would THROW AWAY THE LEFTOVERS. One of the most ridiculous things Ive ever heard! Never going there again and will tell anyone who will listen!

There is zero current at this place. The wind will blow you faster. If you want to paddle kayaks and canoes are ok. Renting tube's are a terrible decision no matter the age. Made it a little down the river and turned back thankfully. We got a $40 back out of $100. I'd consider the place a partial scam.

Montello Brewing Company is located in Rendezvous, convenient for those out on the water. They just upgraded their brewing system and it shows; they are able to push out more beer now. On my stop they had a blonde, pils, IPA, Scotch Ale, Irish Black, a Pale ale, and a couple porters. The bar tenders were extremely friendly and enjoyed talking about their beers.

Their is a full restaurant here but just stopped for the beer but I will be back.

River current terribly slow and very weedy with a lot of algae.
We will try the kayak though for 1 more chance on the river, since the owners are not responsible for the river conditions, and our families love of spending time in the great outdoors.

The kids had a great time tubing down the river being pulled by me in the canoe. It took us about 3 hours. The only complaint would be all the Moss and algae on the sides of the River. And I wish there was more places with sand to get out. The owner was very nice and explain to us our locations as we are going down the river and picked us up very promptly when we finished.

We stopped here with our dog and they were happy to let us sit on the porch. Our server was very attentive and friendly, even brought our dog some ice water since it was hot. The pizza is delicious! It is also very hearty so go small or prepare to have leftovers. The beer was good too. You can rent boats here and we also enjoyed watching the birds in the trees and pond nearby. Charlotte and John and rest of staff were fantastic. Food and beer was great. Love the hometown hospitality. Had a day off work and took my son Fishing but every place was closed for season called Charlotte and she gave us a couple of kayaks for the amazing last 70 degree day in November. Went tubing down the river, a fun time with a slow current so it was nearly 4 hours. Cousins loved the bloody Marys. Then had the large Sicilian pizza. They were not kidding it was the size of a table, but it was delicious! Great flavor in the sauce, great toppings, and fantastic crust. 7 people and we had leftovers amounting to a normal large pizza. Thanks!
