Fish fry review. Beer battered cod, 2 or 3 pieces, your choice. Coating ok, not as heavy some beer battered, but my personal preference is the lighter the better. They were out of the loaded sweet potatoes, which was the main reason I joined the group as it was a unique side offering. Potato pancakes ok. Also out of lobster mac n cheese.
The coleslaw above average, miniscule serving. The worst part of the experience was the $5 old fashioned. These are batch made, sickeningly sweet, no cherry, and thin orange slice only on first round. The brandy was perhaps waived over the glass? Ah, well, you get what you pay for. The drinks brought to the table were incorrectly charged at $7 so watch your bill.

We went for our first time for a Birthday party for my son's friend and enjoyed it. Then 4 days later we went back for our son's Birthday. We all loved it. The food was DELICIOUS and the portions were great for the price. Half of our family had to take leftovers home. Our server Kail was outstanding. Checking on us, seeing what we needed, and made sure my son felt special for his Birthday. Even another worker Maddie, came and checked on us. I can't express how impressed I am with this restaurant. We’ve had a few issues with the quality of food and temperature across 2 visits. But I will say the staff is phenomenal and this keeps us coming back. Our son was having surgery last week and the night before we took him to eat dinner and play some games. There was some hiccups with our food and it had to be sent back twice, which led to the arcade closing before we could get up there. They stayed open 45 minutes late for him just so he could play the night before his surgery. That made my heart so full and happy, I can’t even describe how grateful I was. It’s hard to find people that care this much. We’re beyond grateful to them.

My family and I have been coming to Reunion for years. It was a hidden gem for a while and I’m so happy that more people have discovered it. We tell everyone we know that Reunion is our favorite spot! The kids are always very well behaved during dinner because they know they can play games after. Great variety of foods. We have a few dietary restrictions and the staff has always helped find options for us. We are going to have our rehearsal dinner/ party before our wedding here too! The arcade is fun for all ages. We have been taking our son to play since he was about 2 years old! Never had a bad experience or bad food! 5/5 would recommend!

I made a reservation for 4 people, 10am, 09/22/2024. Upon arrival, which was about 9:35am, the parking lot was empty. My party and I walked up to the door, which we found was locked. The hostess just stood there looking at us through the glass door. She proceeded to do her hostess duties and walked around the restaurant. I knocked onto the door to get her attention. The hostess again, just stared at us.
Via your website, Google and my reservation text message it clearly stated that the restaurant was to be open for brunch from 9am to 130pm. For us to have gotten there after 9am, with the doors locked and a non attentive employee was very disappointing.
Unfortunately for this incident we did leave and took our business elsewhere to another restaurant.

We had a great visit! We came before dinner rush so it was quiet and service was quick. Kale was the best server, kind attentive, made us laugh, and was so kind to our 1yr old son. So I am giving them a 3 for how they handled the situation. We came in for supper last night. Our service started out great but after getting our appetizer we sat with empty drinks almost until food came. Then we got our food we were less than impressed. I got a buffalo chicken sandwich with Cajun seasoned fries. My sandwich was swimming in a weird ranch dressing(did not taste like buffalo). I tried to pick it up and it fell apart, tried to cut it in half and learned my patty wasn’t even intake it was chunks under all that dressing. Plus, the paper liner was falling apart into the food. The fries were also completely covered in far too much seasoning. See the attached photo. My fiance said his food lacked flavor- steak and salmon. The manager came over and bought us each a beer and replaced my food. But we did still have to wait for drinks napkins etc still after that. We appreciated the managers response but overall we were very disappointed

Every time I've eaten here the food has been phenomenal and the service is great. The menu is very large but somehow they do it all well. Everything tastes like it's homemade. This is probably the worst breakfast in Milwaukee, and I do not think that is an exaggeration. This buffet is an example of someone opening a restaurant who doesn't actually want to cook anything, and then just hoping nobody notices. 95% of the options are processed food that comes out of a can, freezer, or box. A hotel's continental breakfast could not be any worse, or require less effort. Canned hollandaise sauce (which the manager initially said was fresh) emptied into a serving dish meets generic English muffins that failed to toast 4x through the machine. They could not even be bothered to use fresh strawberries for the yogurt bar, so the opted for frozen and diced (I'm not sure they have any chef knives in the kitchen). They probably did brown the bacon in house, but they did not remove one container to replace it with the next. They just dumped one clump of newly browned bacon on top of the pile of hours old bits, so most people just made due with crumbs of various ages.

Frozen breakfast potatoes? Check. Cinnamon rolls from a cannister of Pillsbury dough? Of course. And who doesn't love frozen pizza for breakfast? The eggs are clearly made sous vide, in one bag, so they may start out roughly poached. But then they are dumped in a heated bin for the day, and they are a rock hard mass requiring some egg parts be cut from the whole with a spoon. I requested new eggs from the manager and got two delivered from the kitchen, while everyone else (my husband included) were left with the egg bake mess.

When we arrived, we were just dumped at a table, left with some dirty silverware (both sets) servers could be bothered to look at before wrapping. Nobody ever offered menu or took an order, so I assume the brunch buffet is the only option. After realizing nobody else was going to come, and seeing the person who sat us leave 10 minutes later, we figured we were on our own. We found someone to order bloody Marys from. What we got was glasses with cheap vodka delivered with instructions to go to the bloody Mary bar and make our own. For $10 more, they would have made them unlimited. Because even making drinks is out of this place's repertoire. They opted for store bought bloody Mary mix, the cheapest rail booze, and told people to just go wild. We had them make us drinks instead, which I'm sure was just someone else pouring the store bought mix into our previously rejected vodka-ice glasses.

Milwaukee has been raising its foodie profile for decades. It has a world class brunch scene at this point. Choosing this Roundys restaurant version of brunch might well be the worst option available.

I waited a while week after the visit to consider if I was being too harsh here? I am not. Just go literally anywhere else, and you probably won't do any worse. How could you right? Boxed and frozen food, disinterested service, served in dirty silverware, with a drink you need to make yourself, is just about the least a restaurant can possibly offer right? And the manager had the nerve to seem offended when I was less than enthusiastic. She asked, "What's the difference?" regarding sausage gravy (rehydrated from a packet). One is worth paying for at a restaurant, but this place won't be around long enough to learn that.

First of all, upon arrival I was greeted in the most polite way and was seated quickly by a really kind, pretty, and respectful host. I enjoyed her energy and how she seated me. My son gave me a gift card for your establishment as a birthday gift. We were seated promptly, but service went downhill from there. We had to flag down a waitress just to get water and again for napkins after our food was brought to us. There is a condiment holder on each table that should hold napkins, but it was empty. This should have been noticed by the hostess who seated us and because the waitstaff was busy, she had plenty of time to bring us water. We had to ask where our food was and the waitress stated they only had 2 waitresses working and 2 large parties there and we would need to be patient. By the time the food was delivered, we had already waited 45 minutes. We both ordered the bourbon burger and the meat was very dry and the garlic parmesan fries were tasteless. We had to flag down the waitress again to get our check. No one asked us how our meal was or cleared our plates from the table. I still can't get over the price of almost 19 bucks for a burger and fries. I feel bad that my son spent 50 dollars on a gift card and the meal and service was so disappointing.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in west Allis that we just discovered and wish I would have found 3 years ago when they first opened. The food is amazing, I had the lasagna and it was a great price point too. The arcade on the second floor is also a unique feature that will keep your family entertained. My fiancé and I have been coming here since Reunion opened... We have quickly become regulars...we love the staff and atmosphere... the food is amazing as well.... We always get the Ruben bites every time we come... they are definitely our all time favorite...Most of the waiters and waitresses know us when we come in and make us feel welcome every time we come to eat... My husband and I really enjoyed our meal here! Staff was so friendly, they do a special on Monday nights at 6:30 where they spin a wheel and if your table gets picked your whole bill (what youve ordered at that point) is free!
He got the hog burger and a spotted cow I got the fish tacos and a mocktail . We also had some fried pickles. Everything was delicious.
The atmosphere and decor is awesome. We are farmers and I’m a big allis chalmers fan so it was fun to eat in what used to be the old employment office. We enjoyed reading the allis Chalmers employee newspaper framed on the wall.
After our meal we spent some time at the arcade upstairs and we were pleasantly surprised at how much fun $10 got us.
This is such a cool place and I hope it sticks around. If we ever make it back I’d definitely come here again.

The worst thing I had was the chilli bean soup! The meat tasted like cardboard and dry and looked like leftover soup with hardly any beans or ingredients for $5-$6 for the bowl!

The fsh fry was just okay, nothing spectacular but the loaded sweet potatoes was the best.

Waitress doesn't even know the beverage menu and thought there was hot cocoa and she's such a "sucker up" with her pretend smiles etc. When she came back with the check, and we asked for refills, her face suddenly changed and her shoulders drooped and lost her smile immediately. Their menu is solid and a majority of the time I enjoy the food that I order—it’s not my go-to place (but enjoyable for takeout) —the Ruben rolls are really good (when fully cooked through).
I know I sound critical but when you raise prices and have removed the order of five and made it only four. PLEASE update your menu to fairly reflect what you are going to be selling to a customer. To me that is misleading, especially when you increase the price. That’s also happened with the steak sandwich that I ordered pretty regularly. Someone at the restaurant told me they were not gonna include the au jus sauce and the horseradish sauce anymore. On the online menu, it says it’s still included — just frustrating 😔.

Omg! The food is amazing for Sunday brunch. All you can eat for $20. Pancakes, 🥞 eggs, 🥓, 🍖, pizza, Mac n cheese, and ribs. I only had pancakes, potatoes, and Mac n cheese.. oh and I added the bottle less minomas for$20 too.
Emily was amazing, her manager Jasmin both were super helpful with an upcoming family event I am hoping to have here at the reunion.

Hosted a birthday party in their private party room on the 2nd floor. The kids LOVED the arcade games and prizes won. Lots of compliments on the quality and taste of the food. We frequent the restaurant and arcade very often, and we highly recommend this place to all! Consistently get great service, yummy food, and built-in entertainment with the arcade upstairs. The planning of the party was done well by Jasmine and the servers & assistance from Nathan and Brianna was amazing!! The owners are hands on and there often, thanking customers for their business and checking in and helping their team. They've created an amazing environment and welcoming establishment. I'm proud to support a West Allis small business!

Amazing place! Jasmine was an amazing hostess! I had the Old Fashioned Burger, and my boyfriend has the Steak Sandwich (which came with Au Jus). Best burger I've had in a long time! I can't wait to go back and try everything else!

Garlic Bread Superb! I had the Spaghetti and Meat Sauce. Great waitress named Gabby. The owner actually stopped by our table per our request. Very friendly staff, good food, and great atmosphere. Definitely a place you won't want to miss. Reunion is the name of the restaurant on about 67th and Greenfield.

What a fun place! The food was great! The games in the arcade all worked! And even though they appeared short staff they didn’t try to cover it up, they had excellent customer service and acknowledged the wait with a heartfelt apology. We will definitely be back

Update your hours! On Google says they open at 9am. Got there at 915am. Closed. Checked website, says 10am open. Called to verify, phone message says 11am. No sign on door for hours either. Went there for a brunch but went somewhere else instead.

It’s a sit down restaurant, but there is also an arcade on the second floor for entertainment. Very family friendly.
Davianna was our waitress and she was wonderful - pleasant, friendly, and went the extra mile for our table.
Food was good - a wide selection of American favourites and Fish Fry Friday. Good air conditioning on a hot day.

I don't leave negative reviews to bash a place of business but I feel this place has lots of potential but needs improvement. I would scrap the menu/cook team/bartenders. Food was just not good at all looks/taste/temperature all bad. An old fashioned in Wisconsin should be mastered no matter where you order from and this one tasted like a melted popsicle. Even the beers tapped and bottled were on the warm side. Waitresses were sweet but forgetful. Had to ask for things 2-3 times. The atmosphere is set up to be a solid venue but the food/drinks had us feeling queasy and unsatisfied.

There was a party going on in a private room which was fine, until most of them came out by the bar and would not shut up. They triggered my anxiety pretty bad, to the point where the owner noticed and offered to move us, as they were RIGHT next to our table. I do think it was very kind of him to ask. The food is very good. I had garlic parmesan fries and beer battered cheese curds. There was a lot more I would have liked to try since it was my first time. The fries are too die for. The cheese curds are good BUT they were not crispy at all. Overall, we will be back.

Food was really good for your basic pub menu. I could have had 2 bowls of the loaded potato soup!! Best I've ever had. I was pleasantly surprised!! Salads were great, fries were crispy. I would definitely go back!!!

We enjoy coming here, and Tuesdays are half price games in the arcade! Great value. The food is good... some favorites are the spicy fried pickles and giant soft pretzel. I enjoy the cheese ravioli and my husband loves the hangover burger. One time we visited, they accidentally served my daughter meat sauce and not only fixed the mistake, but gave us game cards to use at the arcade. Our most recent visit was quite a long wait for food... we didn't complain or say anything... but someone from the kitchen or a manager came out to our table to apologize for our wait stating there was a backup in the kitchen due to some large parties and comped us our pretzel to apologize. Great attention to costumers! We really appreciated that! That kind of stuff is what always brings us back. We've bragged about this place and have gotten a few other friends to check them out. Keep up the great work!!

Love how this old factory employment office has been repurposed into a chill and fun restaurant, bar, and arcade. Gastro Arcade? Is that a thing. We had the Friday fish fry with potato pancakes. All the food was an amazing deal and delicious. The cheese curds were too. Next time I want to try the stuffed burgers. They look and smell awesome.

We came to celebrate my grandsons 5th birthday. Food was excellent, however, service was terrible. We were there about 2 pm. Restaurant was empty. Waitress was very inattentive. We had to waive her down to get something. Didn’t check how food was. We asked prior to coming if we could bring in a cake which they said we could. When we were done eating we asked if we could have plates and forks for the cake. No problem, she brought that. She left all the dirty dishes on the table. There wasnt enough room on the table. My husband had to remove all the dirty dishes to another table so we could have the cake. With no one else in the restaurant she had ample time to wait on us. You would have thought she would have been happy to have a table to wait on. We have been there several times before, however, will have to think before we go back again.

Ordered online got our order and everything was steak sandwich couple pieces of steak that really tasted like it was boiled in a pot so chewy definitely not the cut of meat they advertise it as

Buffalo chicken sandwich with just a piece of chicken and the bun

Really enjoyed the flame broiled burgers, I would personally rank it as my new favorite. Only issue we had was Hostess was having an issue with system, and decided to just ignore us, instead of acknowledging us and saying something like it will just be a minute, or I will be right with you. Other than that, server and the food were good.

Davi was absolutely amazing! She took care of our table of 17 with ease. Such a sweet server with a wonderful personality! Checked in on us so many times, sodas never were empty! The kids were taken care of on the other side of the table and were given their game cards after eating when they were getting impatient. She is hands down the best!!!!!

Went for mother's Day brunch and my only complaint was we paid full price, but only ate half the buffet because no one told us the other half of the buffet was in a different room which we never saw. That was disappointing since we paid a ton of money for pretty much a couple pancakes and bacon...maybe next year inform people the buffet is in 2 rooms

No consistency in the food. Overheard servers commenting they would order "x" from the menu only if this cook is working.
I rated this restaurant a 5 in the past, but going back time after time, there is definitely a difference in who is working in the kitchen. Seeing the lack of customers at lunch time, I can guess my opinion is agreed upon by the public. Very sad bc it started good & went downhill this last 12 months.

Besides eating here, I just recently held my daughter’s 6th birthday party here. The staff did a phenomenal job of personalizing things for her, decorating the tables and being so attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this place for a birthday party if your kids enjoy winning tickets and playing arcade games.
