The bartenders were super friendly, helpful, and quick. The lane attendants though were short, and they have a weird rule where if you’re over elementary school age you can’t have the bumpers to bowl, so we aren’t going back specifically for that reason. Drinks were great though.

I have had multiple bad experiences here. The main guy that gives you your shoes and tells you what lane you will be bowling at, has terrible customer service. Today he told us, at 4:00 pm, that if we take too long for our 1 game that he will ask us to leave at 6:00.
We had also ordered food. My kids hadn't finished their food yet but we wanted to play some arcade games. So around 530 he came over and took all my kids baskets of food to start cleaning up, without asking if we were done. When we came back to where the food had been, everything was gone.
I will definitely think twice about ever coming back here if I have to deal with him again.

We came in as a group of 6 separate families. We were given 4 lanes for 6 families 21 people total. We’ve never had this issue before coming in as a group paying separately and having separate lanes. We had to keep going back and forth because it was adding people on certain lanes trying to fit everyone on 4 lanes.

3rd time now techno bowling had just changing color led tube lights none of the other lights/lazers were on could barely hear any music.
Kitchen closing at 10pm on a Saturday when bowling starts at 9pm and with standing in line it's 930pm by the time you get to a lane. I mean at least keep the fryers on.

We had fun bowling during cosmic bowling. Cosmic is from 9pm-midnight. We weren’t able to get a pitcher of soda because they said they ran out of pitchers by 10pm. We also tried to order pizza, sat in line and by the time we got to the counter it was 10:01pm. They said we were one minute too late, and the kitchen was closed. With every lane being filled, I’m not sure how we were able to get our lane, get our drinks and get our food by 10pm with the lines they had. It was quite disappointing.

We went today just for a little fun. The food was great! Everything was clean and in good condition. We had one in a wheelchair and it was easy to navigate the assistance they offer. The sinks were made that she could roll under and use everything there on her own. The only issue is that none of the doors we saw would open on their own. They are big enough to navigate through with a wheelchair though.

We were there for the State bowling tournament, which is BUSY. Ashley and Maddy were amazingly helpful! My son is deathly allergic to peanuts and several other things. They were patient with me as I asked them several questions, and Ashley even went and took pictures of the ingredients for three items. It is hard to navigate the allergy world, but patient employees like Ashley and Maddy make it that much better. Thank you!

We had fun bowling at Revs. It was very busy during the day on a Friday. Many schools had Spring Break. Only 3 workers were working. Lines were long. It is likely that they cannot find enough workers. The person at the desk was rude a couple of times. I am sure the person was exhausted from the amount of people.

The lanes have options for cartoons with people's faces. Some of the cartoons that come up frequently contain alcohol.

Disappointing experience starting from the beginning. The woman helping us set up our games and shoe rentals seemed annoyed and irritated that she needed to help us. We had a rather large group of kids and needed a minute to sort out what shoe sizes they needed and that seemed to be too much. Just a bummer beginning to our kids first bowling experience. Our lane then had issues which when asking for help with after trying to figure it out ourselves, seemed like the end of the world to walk down to our lane to see what was wrong. We'll find somewhere else to go next time.

Don't recommend them for events. The event coordinator is rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. She goes out of her way to avoid you and not answer your questions. And the website is misleading regarding the number of people they can accommodate. The even coordinator wouldn't even talk to us in person. She'd relay messages through other staff.

Went for a work lunch outing- was really impressed! There were school students there before our group and more came later as well and they had it sectioned off nicely so each group could bowl. Great facility, great prices, nice ball selection, well cared for lanes and fun between frame animations. Food and drinks were good and put out on time.

Food is good. Bar service is good. Women's bathroom could use some attention. I'm normally in the bar area for live music &, while it's incredibly spacious, it's unreasonably warm in there every single time, from the moment you walk in. That's the main reason I deducted a star. I haven't bowled there in awhile but it was fun & uneventful when I did. It's a nice big place & great for kid's bday parties.

We had a "Celebration of Life" here today!! We had between 45 & 75 people at least.. The pizzas, potato salad, turkey and gravy, along with chips and dip, were fantastic.. State bowling was a nightmare. The guy in charge of brackets every year is ALWAYS rude. (I don't believe he is an employee of the lanes) The lanes shut off after 5 games so we didn't have our names for the last game. There was no service on the lanes. We started 20 minutes late. Maintenance issues on the lanes. This alley is not equipped to host bowling tournaments.

The place was rather busy at 530 on a Saturday evening. We had a 20 minute wait, which wasn't too bad. The employees were very friendly and clearly hustling to keep up. We were put on a lane that was already occupied, so I went to the desk and they quickly resolved the error. My only complaint for the night was that constituents were asked to place their shoes on the counter when finished bowling, the same counter where food was placed that was being served. I feel a better system needs to be worked out there.
