The food is pretty decent, but the prices have increased recently and it doesn't feel worth it to come here regularly.
We ordered an entree that the menu said came with a choice of soup or salad. We chose the soup, and were upcharged for it despite the menu not seeming to suggest this.

Overpriced for what you get. Ordered pretzel sticks ($11) only for it to take forever to come out and I got 3 miniscule pretzel sticks and the wrong sauce. My friend got wings and fries, which came separately 20 minutes apart. Some other friends were seated at a table, got the wrong stuff, and almost got into an altercation with some other customers because they were a little too loud laughing. Culvers is a better spot than this place and they don't charge an arm & leg for everything.

I think this is Rhinelanders fine dining establishment. Servers were dressed professionally, very attentive. I was killing time, had French onion soup cheese curds and a mocktail. Food and service were well above average!

Have the ribeye steak, asked for medium and received it medium rare baked potato was Luke warm and brussel were hard in the middle. Had a booth towards the back and felt like I was on an airplane. The both is not anchored on the back and whenever the person sitting in the next booth moved it pushed me towards the table.

Been coming to the Pub, as we’ve always called it, for 50 years though several different owners. Last year the wait for a drink was so long that our 1st course came out before the drink. Food was good but definitely not the quantity of past years.
Tried it again Tuesday evening around 5:30 because our guest from FL wanted Walleye. BIG MISTAKE. Walked in and saw a table for 24 set up and another large table. Asked the hostess, who ended up being our waitress when this big group was coming as I only saw 3 servers & was told 6:30 so I felt safe if we ordered right away.
Hostess/Server seated us and said she would be back with water. - 5 mins give or take. We gave her our drink & food order when she returned with the water. Sat there long enough that we got refill on water. When I realized after about 20 mins that we still had not received our drinks I had flashbacks to the previous year when food came before our drinks.
I, like most, like to enjoy my drink & conversation, for a bit before eating.
The bar was packed with people. Couldn’t even see how many bartenders there were but there definitely weren’t enough servers. I watched a couple stand by the hostess stand for about 5-7 minutes waiting for someone to seat them.
Our server was with another large table when we made the decision to leave. As we were getting up she came over to us. I told her we were leaving but it had nothing to do with her and I asked if the owner was there because I wanted to tell her how poorly run the restaurant is now & how disappointed we are because they have a great menu. Owner wasn’t there but clearly should be.
I feel bad for our server & hope she wasn’t blamed for our exit because she was not the problem.
Interestingly, as we were exiting from finishing our meal across the street from Rhinelander Cafe angrily complaining about waiting too long.

My daughter and I went on Saturday especially because she wanted prime rib. Reservation was at 5:00. They weren’t busy at all. Stood for several minutes at the hostess stand before we were greeted. Then it was just to have someone say someone else would be with us soon. We were finally seated. Waitress eventually came so take our drink order. Out of tea (what kind of restaurant is out of tea at 5:30 on a Saturday?). Got a Diet Coke instead. Came in a cracked glass. Asked waitress for another glass. Had to remind her twice that I still needed my drink.. Prime rib was tough, dry (ordered medium rare so should have been very juicy), lacked flavor other than overly salty and much fattier than normal (yes, I know it’s a fatty cut, but this was a ridiculous amount of fat). The waitress wasn’t sure if it came with horseradish sauce. Daughter asked for extra butter, sour cream & cheese on her potato; she only got a little butter. Took several minutes to flag down server to ask for more and several more minutes to actually get the butter. By then the potato was barely warm. Side salad was a bit wilted and uninspired. I had the Sea Bass. Thin, dry, bland, filet was served skin side up (I’ve not had it served that way before), with lots of artichokes, etc. My guess is that was to make the meal appear more substantial than it actually was. A sauce might have helped it a little. The risotto was so salty it was inedible. I ate a few bites and pushed the plate to the side. Server never asked if everything was OK with my food,, even seeing 3/4 of the food was left there. It wasn’t worth ordering something else. Too many disappointments already. My French Onion soup was average. Never did get served bread. We ordered a Lemon Berry Cake for dessert. Waitress brought a slice of something yellow but there were no berries. When we questioned her she looked like a deer caught in headlights. She stood there for a few seconds then took the plate and said she would check on it. Came back with a slice of cake that matched the menu description but it was frozen!!! Crumbly, frozen cake. Yuck! Got our check. We were charged for my daughters side salad ($5.00) even though the menu said was included with the meal. Questioned our server about the charge. She said it didn’t come with her meal because if it did she wouldn’t have had to enter it separately. By this time it wasn’t worth $5.00 to prove her wrong (we did double check the menu on our way out and it’s quite clear that the Saturday Prime Rib special comes with 2 side choices and a side salad is listed as a choice). Paid our check and will remember this as one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had at a restaurant in a very, very long time. I don’t know how or why this place is still open.

Everytime I eat here I am so disappointed. We had reservations for 5 and they spread us out on a long table for 12. Why? It was difficult for us to converse and we probably should have complained but our waitress already acted like we were bothering her by just existing. One person in our party is going through cancer treatment and cannot drink chlorinated water. She asked for bottled water and they did not have any. So she asked to have a glass of water from the gun at the bar. The server, went to the bar and took it from the tap. We got a basket of rolls but no plates to put them on. Jumbo shrimp was not jumbo, it was maybe large or XL at best, was butterflied, and just dumped on the plate. With the tails it may have looked larger than it was? I don't know what they were going for but I have ordered jumbo shrimp before and this was not it. Plus it was overcooked and covered in paprika. Five super- skinny spears of asparagus were overcooked and had woody stems. This was supposed to be grilled and drizzled with a balsamic glaze. It was neither. They charge $6 for that. My salad was not a Caesar as ordered. Lettuce, croutons, and vinaigrette, no parmesan, no Caesar dressing. Those that ordered prime rib or steak, barely ate it. It just was not good. Waitress was not attentive, never asked if we wanted anything else to drink . Was she new? I don't know but service was subpar. We barely saw her and it was not that busy for a Saturday night.
They fail at the most basic things. You can see there is no management on site. The owner doesn't live here. This seems to be a trend now and I don't like it. The only good thing I can say about it is I am glad they removed their salad bar. A salad bar or buffet is fine for pizza ranch or Golden Corral. It is not classy nor appropriate at these prices so good decision there. I used to eat here every week until the last ownership change. I am not going back.

My family has been coming here for years and the quality of the food has decreased. No more free rolls, poor quality fish during Friday night fish fry, drinks have gotten worse, and increased prices has left us disappointed. Will we come back? Probably, but we will wish for the fish fry of the past. May have to consider other places in the future

Unplanned visit when we had to go to Rhinelander to pick up prescriptions at Walgreens.
Atmosphere is dark and probably hasn't been remodeled in many years.
We understood that the waitstaff was short so we overlooked the long time it took to get drink and appetizer orders delivered to the table and the wait wasn't too long for entrees. Son loved the lobster mac and cheese, husband's chicken fettuccine has a small amount of very thick sauce. My butternut squash ravioli entree was supposed to have Brandy cream sauce with dried cranberries, walnuts and crumbled chevre over it. It took me a few bites and flaming lips to realize that the sauce was just pureed butternut squash with red pepper flakes. There was were no dried cranberries, walnuts or cheese. I asked the waitress if this was butternut squash ravioli that was on the menu and she said it was. I told her what was missing and she said she'd tell the chef. The next time we saw her, she brought the bill to the table and all 3 entrees were on it. She said the chef was told. I guess I should have asked to speak to the manager or the chef, but didn't. Got take home boxes then and my husband will eat it. It was not worth $24, which was more than son's $19 lobster mac and cheese.

Went to the pub on July 2, 2025. Very disappointed! Our food took almost an hour to be served and it was cold. I sent back French fries and when they were returned it was clear they were microwaved and soggy. My wrap was not as ordered and it was inedible. I felt badly for our waitress who apologized profusely for things that were beyond her control. I will never go there again!

I'm sure the food is great. Unfortunately after an hour and no service. No organization, clueless waiters who basically forgot we were there. Even no bother for the bill when we tried to leave. No manger either! One poor darling was basically running the place. Definitely management issues, but not worth your hour and a half.

Went in through the back entrance and was slightly underwhelmed because it appeared to be a small shack looking place; however, once I stepped through that back door and got into the building, my jaw dropped. I was greeted by a beautifully decorated interior. Im talking tea lights, real flowers, and art work. A truly stunning first impression. The staff was very friendly and oh so hospitable. Even the staff that wasn't waiting directly on us was very kind, all smiles. Once we got to ordering food it was apparent as to why the food cost what it did. However, well worth it. I must add that they did have cheaper alternatives but the main dishes were just too good sounding to pass by. The house garden salad was a quaint side dish to my entrée. The creamed spinach was alrifht but I think that's only my opinion. The full rack of baby back ribs were delicious. The pineapple mismosa, divine. Overall a very satisfactory experience, regardless of price. I'd definitely recommend coming here with a good group of friends or loved ones

We used to love coming here when we came to Rhinelander to drop off and pick up our boat for winter storage. This year, we had a less-than-stellar experience.
Service: Our server was amazing. He was very personable and attentive.
Food: This was a big disappointment. The disappointment started once we walked in the door and noticed they had the salad bar removed. The salad bar was a big reason we liked to come here.
Christi ordered the side of brussel sprouts. They came out very cold, as if they were in the refrigerator. We are not sure if that was how they were to be presented, but cold whole brussel sprouts are not pleasant to eat. We suspect they forgot to heat them up before serving. Her French dip (it goes by another name) was very good. The server did substitute the brussel sprouts for a very good side of risotto.
My burger (Wisconsinite Burger) was ordered medium. It came out very well done. Since it was smothered with sauerkraut and thousand island dressing, it was somewhat ediable. This burger would have been SO much better if it was properly cooked to order. The side of fries was very good.
Atmosphere: We were dining in a booth that was about 3 or 4 booths away from the kitchen. While waiting for our food, there was a lot of commotion going on in the kitchen. A couple of staff were either arguing or bantering with each other. Swear words were flying around like leaves in a late fall breeze. I wasn't offended at all. It just wasn't something you expect to hear in a nice establishment like this. One waitress heard it from the other side of the dining room, and she rushed into the kitchen to quiet the two down.
Summary: We had a fairly negative experience this visit. We have been coming here for the last 10 years, and this is the first time we have felt this way. With the absence of the wonderful salad bar, the decline of food quality, and staff experience, I think we will have to find another venue to visit during our semi-annual visit to Rhinelander.

Fine dining prices without the fine dining experience. Enter in the back door and had to walk through the dining room to get to the host stand. One couple was already waiting for someone to come and seat them. Acted annoyed when they asked to sit at the bar before ordering. Had to wait several minutes for a table to be cleaned so we could sit. (With reservations). Valentine's Day, full dining room, 3 wait staff. Got there at 7:30. Was almost 8 before our order was taken. Did not offer specials or recommendations. Now I have lived in Rhinelander for 17 years and this is maybe the fourth time I visited the pub. Every time before I have gotten the blooming onion. Oh we got rid of that a couple of years ago. We mentioned seeing it on the web and the waiter basically made excuses for the owners to not update or be able to take down the previous owners web presence for lack of a better term. They didn't want to pay the extra fees is what it came down to. I'm sorry but if you charge $50 a head give or take you can afford whatever charges they give you for a website. The menu had three pages for drinks, and 3 pages for food. We ordered the Ribeye combo special. For $58 we were supposed to get a ribeye of course, two bacon wrapped scallops and four butterflied shrimp. We also ordered the stuffed mushrooms. Got salads first, after at least 10 minutes. Another 15 to 20 minutes later we got our stuffed mushrooms. Four good sized mushrooms, crispy on top, chewy bottom. Flavor was okay. Finally around 8:45, we finally got our entrees. Plate was crowded with baked potato, four "butterflyied" shrimp, piled on each other, shells attached. 3 scallops, no bacon. The outside of the ribeye was so dark you couldn't tell if it was a ribeye or a strip. Was cooked medium, but was very tough and the cheap steak knives could barely cut it. Waiter checked on us one time after serving our food. The crafted drinks were good. 1919 root beer with funny names but tasted good. The waiter did make note of how it was "nice to be busy for a change." We will not be going back.

I thought we were in a episode of kitchen nightmares. Waited half an hour past our reservation time to sit down. They were busy, so I won't complain about the hour and a half wait after we ordered. Soup didn't come out until our food came out, it came out lukewarm at best. Then the fish shrimp and fries were cold. Didn't get panko crusted walleye that I ordered, I got a fishy bony cold 30 some dollar fillet of fish. I recognize it's valentines day, but this was totally unacceptable. We were not the exception, people were walking out without getting food, and some still waiting for food after others at their table were done eating.

Did away with the salad bar!! We had to order salads on with our dinner order. The pub used to have fantastic side salads with an entree. The salads we received had limp lettuce and a couple cucumbers and tomato. Previously the truffle fries were wonderful, now they are horrible. Have a weird chemical taste and no garlic aioli served with them. The broiled fish was over cooked. The new menu has limited options and no fillet. Been going here for many, many years, was truly disappointed.

Menu on web is wrong. Good reviews are old. Newer reviews basically say, “What happened to this place?” Brand new menu but the servers dont know how to serve it, and the cooks do not know how to cook it. First, they could not find our reservations. After we were seated and ordered drinks, my daughter received a totally wrong drink, and they had to make it over again. Salads came and they were wrong. My husband asked for a glass of wine and never got it. We asked for rolls with our salad and never got them. Potato listed on the menu as coming with butter did not come with butter and we had to ask three times to get any butter. Finally two different people brought the butter.Coleslaw that was supposed to come with the wraps and burgers were never brought. The only chicken listed on the menu as a dinner without pasta was served with Pasta which our family cannot eat because of gluten. Had to wait until it was made over again. Hashbrowns had a horrible smell and the person sitting next to me could even smell them from my plate. They smell like some kind of chemical. They tasted that way also and I could not eat them. We stayed away from the pub for about a year because it was so bad after the new owners took over. Thought we would try it again. Last time the steaks were tough and we waited a half hour for our food when it was not even busy. Thought we would try again, but now will probably stay away for a while again until they know how to write up a menu and train their staff. Also, since we were there a month ago, they changed the prices on their mocktails and my grandson‘s mocktail cost more than my husband‘s cocktail. Go figure.

I don’t normally write a review on places like this but I feel like it will hopefully be productive to the business. My first thought is the host stand should not be in the middle of the dining room. More than once large groups of people were standing there waiting to be sat getting in the way of staff, and other customers. Not very practical. My next thought is, on busy nights like New Year’s Eve, there should definitely be a host, there was not, so we’d be standing around for 15-20 minutes just waiting to be acknowledged let alone sat. This also made the seating process chaotic, and wait staff didn’t know who was sat and who wasn’t. The table next to us didn’t receive any service for over 30 minutes they even went up to the bar to get their own drinks, we also sat a very long time and didn’t even get water. Wait staff were very friendly and you could tell they were trying their best! Food was great, drinks were good. But those were the issues that I think should be resolved.

I don’t know if this place is under new management or what but it is no longer the place it once was. We sat down with my parents, my in-laws, and children. Because we were more than 8 people, we had to pay 20% gratuity for a meal that took about an hour to arrive after being ordered. They were unwilling to split the check up.
As far as I am concerned, we will not return. The food was average. Fairly expensive for what the portions were. Next time we will go to place that doesn’t charge you on top of the food prices to eat there.

The Rhinelander pub has been around since 1911. Under new ownership the Pub has a laid back upscale gastropub vibe. The food is great with many options for various prices. They have fantastic cocktail, draft beer, and mocktail options along with a craft soda bar. I’ve had the mushroom ravioli, ribeye steak, pork ribeye seasonal special, flat bread, and wings. The truffle fries and French onion soup are two of my favorite sides. This is my go to restaurant for work lunches, taking family and friends out for dinner, or going on a date. Was in the area and wanted to try something different so I took my family here. The interior has a classic Wisconsin supper club feel, but has been updated. The menu pricing was fair with a variety of food too choose from.
If you have kids, the portions on the kids menu are HUGE and cheap. Since everything from food to service was great we had to try a dessert, the triple chocolate ganache cake was fantastic!

Updated summer 2024. Not sure what happened but this is not good anymore. Alfredo was watery and very bland with overcooked noodles. The veal and wild rice were dry. I don't recommend.
Excellent. Amazing selection on their menu. If you want comfort food or something healthy you'll be happy. They have good vegetarian and kid options as well. Used to be my favorite now maybe I'll go once a year just because. Your new stuff sucks. The salad bar sucked the no salad bar sucks. The out of prime rib at 6 sucks. Clearly you wanted to put your spin on stuff new owners. Start a new place. Don't screw and old favorite up for everyone. 😢

I don't know what happened to the cafe we would go there for birthdays anniversaries all kinds of occasions last night we had gone there for my husband's birthday no salad bar they took everything off the walls we ordered our food with the salad the salad was bad all it was was lettuce and two pieces of cucumber no tomatoes no cheese no nothing. The jumbo shrimp that I always order was small the drinks are in tiny little glasses now you can hardly taste anything in them they taste like water I don't know what this new owner has done but we will not be going back there again. This was always our favorite place to go and eat and have fish fries have family gatherings but everything is so different now I will not be going back there very disappointed in it

Not really a cafe, more of a restaurant. A very good restaurant. Service was great and food was great too. I had the 1/2 rack of ribs and it was more than enough food.
It was quite dark inside, and the AC was pretty cold.

What happened to this place? So sad to see such a long time fixture changing so much and not for the better. Menu is a mere shadow of it's former self. The fish fry is also not what it used to be. Used to be packed and lots waiting to be seated. 6 pm and plenty of tables available. Fish was good but for $16 portion could have been a bit bigger. Cole slaw is huge chunks of cabbage, not a fan. Regular salad was mixed greens that seemed to be wilting. No iceberg lettuce at all. You know it's not been a good experience when you're on your phone seeing where else has Friday Fish Fry. Sorry, we won't be back. Smh, sometimes you should stick with the old ways...if it ain't broken don't fix it.

A friend and I stopped there for lunch a couple weeks ago, we were the only two people in the restaurant, at noon!! We both ordered the caprese flatbread, it was not a caprese flatbread!! It had no fresh tomatoes, mozzarella or basil, there were little pieces of tomatoes and maybe some basil, and it took a half hour to get it, terrible, will never go back, we use to eat there whenever we were in town but no more.

First of all I was nervous with how expensive it was being the first time eating here but thought it looks beautiful inside! Maybe they will surprise me! Well clearly there more worried about how the restaurant looks than the flavor of the food I got ribs-which there sauce tasted like ketchup Mac n cheese for my child which yes it does say Kraft but I thought they were meaning like close to the same not LITERALLY charging me for some fukin Kraft Mac n cheese I could of made at home my kid wouldn’t even eat it either it was really dry and then got steak and Alfredo noodles which was the only decent tasting thing and of course dessert they only had plain cheesecake but specifically said they could make turtle for me so what they did was put caramel and chocolate syrup in little containers and called it a day I will never ever eat there again and what’s crazy is I never ever complain like this unless it’s absolutely needed! $100 wasted! Also super small portions !

Laura, our waitress, was nice and gave a good suggestion on the Bourbon Bacon Chicken. It was awesome. The side salad only came with one small tomato and a slice of cucumber, disappointing. My spouse had the clam chowder, rib eye and au gratin potatoes. He said it was really good and the rib eye was seasoned perfectly. Great place, food, and service.

Our waitress was nice and attentive. The prime rib was tasty. I loved the hashbrowns! The top of the creme brulee was overdone. I was disappointed there was no 1910 rootbeer. However the waitress added a raspberry syrup to my lemonade which was tasty. Atmosphere was bland. Not as homey as in the past. Heard a couple of the employees being a bit disgruntled.

Tried the pub again after some time away to see if it had gotten better. We are locals so we try to patron our local businesses. Food was not great, just so so. Prices are high for lunch. They did have a few lunch specials like popcorn shrimp for $6 but if you wanted fries with that it was $2 more. Tried the roasted carrot soup which was extremely disappointing. Super salty. Ordered the pub special sandwich which was a french dip. That was okay. The chicken sandwich melt was horrible as the grilled bread was so soggy it was falling apart. The fries were small little pieces like they had dumped out the last of the bag. They no longer have the soup and salad bar. That was about the only thing they had going for them and now that's gone. Three people for lunch, spent $44.00, not including tip and all had water to drink. The service was fine. It will be a while until we return if we do.

Having dined frequently at the Pub, but not for over a year, my wife and I chose to go for our weekly fish fry there. We were seated within 10 minutes of arrival and our order was taken soon thereafter. We love the quiet atmosphere which had not changed. Salad bar had a reasonable variety with an excellent French dressing. The scallop chowder was fantastic.
We were disappointed they no longer offered lightly breaded haddock, soon to have the disappointment confirmed. Although the sweet potato fries met our high expectations, the deep fried haddock was tasteless. The breading was soggy and greasy. I typically "clean my plate", however, I only ate one of the three pieces.
We agreed as we left that we will choose to go elsewhere on Fridays.

Really disappointing Rhinelander Pub, you can do better!! I’ve been going there for 30+ years. This visit I found the place really dirty. The salad bar is really weak for fourteen bucks. Menu list items that are supposed to be on the salad bar but wasn’t.
I gave them two stars for friendly staff and the flatbread was good.

Friday before deer hunt. The fish was very good as well as our waitress I give her a 5 the hostess was not welcoming and the FIrst thing she said it will be a 35 min wait. No greeting.. It was busy, the bartender was anythg but friendly, no seafood special as they advertised. We were stuffed in a booth near the rear entrance even though tables were empty near bar.. Had to wait a few minutes after asking for salad to be refilled at salad bar. Most of the items needed to be stocked and the whole thing was neglected for the evening. but as we were told they were short of help. And you could tell Ot was a nasty night for all working. Our waitresses was the shining star and even adversity she made the best of it.

We haven’t visited since pre pandemic & we won’t ever go back.
We arrived at 5:15 pm ~ party of 6. Seated quickly then proceeded to wait 10 minutes for water, 30 minutes for drink order, and close to an hour for food order. Took another hour for food to come out, one of our parties entrée arrived 20 minutes after everyone else’s.
They have items listed on the menu they don’t even make ~ not that they were out, the waitress said she doesn’t even know why it’s on the menu because they don’t make it at all.
90% of our food was luke warm at best and taste was sub-par. Most of us feel sick today, queasy, headache, bathroom problems. Huge disappointment and waste of money.

Pros: Salad, ranch and beer was good.
Cons: They have food listed on the menu that they don't serve. All of our food was luke-warm to cold. Rice was still crunchy. What should've been a MAYBE 1hr long meal was 2hr+. All but one person we dined with is sick today, probably from the food not being at safe serving temps. French Onion soup was warm at best and tasted more like chicken soup than French onion. We've been in the past and it's been phenomenal, this experience means we will never go back.

We've been coming to this restaurant for years now and it never disappoints! Many of the waitstaff have been there for years and the food is outstanding! It has the Northwoods vibe going with a great selection of beers for those who like beer and a tremendous menu of sandwiches and entrees. One very nice surprise we found yesterday was the addition of a salad bar, which had disappeared during the pandemic. But it is back and kept fresh and well stocked! All of the salad dressings are home made and delicious! Everything you would expect from a great Wisconsin restaurant was there and you really could make a great meal with just the salad bar if all of the other food was just not so darned good! We had the Pub Special sandwich and the fried Haddock - NOT Cod - which was done perfectly! The beer batter was light and fluffy and not at all greasy or overwhelming. It let the true flavor and texture of the haddock come through which was absolutely delicious! The Pub Special, which has always been one of our favorite items on the menu was, as usual, outstanding in every respect! Great flavor, great combination of shaved beef, onions, mozzarella cheese, and mushrooms. Just outstanding with the au jus provided that brings it all together. The thing that this restaurant does SO well, besides the terrific waitresses who make it a total Wisconsin experience with their humor and good nature, is that pay strict attention to some of the little details that separate a good restaurant from a GREAT restaurant. They heat the dinner rolls, which, to me takes some effort to get right, but they get it completely right with the crusty on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside! Perfect! Also, another little touch that is wonderful is that, with a baked potato, they provide a sour cream sauce that has chives infused into it! Makes the final product exquisite in flavor and texture! Your glass is never empty and the waitresses are totally wonderful! If you are in Rhinelander or anywhere near, this is one of the best Northwoods restaurants in the area and shouldn't be missed if you are looking for a pure Wisconsin gastric delight!

The building is charming, and we were seated promptly.
Our server was very friendly and made some great recommendations.
They have a small salad bar, make their own dressing , and our meal came with 1 trip. This was a plus.
We ordered frenh onion soup and cheese curds, and I had steak tenderloins with gorganzola cream sauce. My dinner companions had the pork chop.
The cheese curds were okay, not greasy at all , but they lacked individual flavor. My steak was chewy and lacked seasoning, which was unfortunate because the sauce was flavorful and had a good consistency.
The pork chop bites I tried were good, not great, and overall the entire meal was just okay. I had expected more, especially for the price.
We just didn't leave with that . Wow, that was a great dinner feeling.
I do want to end this review with a positive. The French onion soup was divine, and I would go back here for a drink. The old fashioned was nice , and the soup if I was in town again.

Seated timely even without a reservation. Food was delivered fairly quickly. The drinks were great and recommend the Old Fashioned. However, the down side is food recommendation that were highly suggested were disappointing. For the price it is NOT worth it. Food taste was poor and when it was mentioned when asked how everything was and some issues were addressed. Au Jus on a filet minion?? Ruined the steak, salad bar is small and everytime we went it was empty as if everyone was just waiting for it to fill back up. Probably won't go back. First impression was bad and it was looked at as a "Nice restaurant". I suggest the Pine Tree Supper Club for a good Steak. One and done
