Went here based on reviews. We got there at 4pm and there were only a couple tables occupied, but after watching 5 of them talk with someone about a table of 9 for 15 minutes that was there an hour early, they asked if we had a reservation and we didn’t. It felt like they didn’t want to seat us and finally one of them on the phone told the other girls where to set us. So we sat in a practically empty restaurant wondering about all the issues at the door. Our waitress showed after about 5 minutes, never said who she was, just asked if we wanted anything to drink. Then proceeded to bring my wife’s drink with ice, when she ordered it with no ice. So she asked for one with no ice and she just stood there like she didn’t know what to do and said oh I know what to do. Then she took our orders, an app and 2 meals, and was gone. She brought the onion rings, which are really good. Then shortly after, our meals and switched who ordered what. The fried chicken was really good, but the potatoes they come with are so cold the butter doesn’t melt. The “Alfredo” tasted like over done mushy noodles in a 1/2 gallon of chicken gravy, and I got it with no meat. When she asked about the meals, I said the Alfredo is not good and she rushed away and said sorry over her shoulder. Couldn’t eat it all and she comes back and says are you still working on it? I was like uh no. So she just took it. She was very short and rude and made us feel very unwelcome in this establishment. The salad bar is also a fiasco. I went up there and someone had there kids up there picking thru everything with their finger and eating from there, pass. Don’t get the hype. Food a 50/50 chance at best and the worst service we’ve had in a very long time.

Rivers Bend was very nice. The food was delicious, the service at the table and the bar was outstanding. I don't really have anything bad to say about this supper club, other than it being more expensive than any other supper club I've been to. I ordered a New York Strip and rice pilof and the price was just over $50. My wife ordered the fillet mignon and asparagus and that was closer to $60. If you can afford these prices in this economy, it's a definite recommendation.

I recently went here leading a women's travel group and it was excellent. They were so accomodating to make sure we had great tables at the windows overlooking the river. The salad bar was nice and the food was excellent. Our two servers were awesom (forget the names, sorry). Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Stopped in while in town for the Packers game. Came on recommendation from our hotel staff and thankfully we heeded the advice. Dinner for 2 with enough intimacy for a date night while still feeling involved with the restaurant atmosphere around us was a nice touch. The salad bar which I haven’t enjoyed in quite a while was a nice touch and stocked with plenty of the right things to make it worthwhile, especially the beer cheese spread!
The meal was lights out in flavor and presentation with us enjoying two separate steak dishes that were delicious and plentiful. I had the Friday special of fillets 3 ways and my wife had the petite fillet which were very reasonably priced and arrived to absolute perfection exactly as ordered.
The supper club theme that is prevalent through the Green Bay Area is something I can definitely get behind and I can’t wait to come back for more. Extremely enjoyable experience and recommend to any and all in the areas that live great food and service.

The last two times I was here was awful . The Food was terrible for the price I got Walleye it was so burnt and greasy I sent it back then they exchanged it for Chicken Marsala the gravy was so thick it tasted like it was out of a can.So the second visit with family for a Birthday all I got was French Onion soup it was just ok nothing special. When we were at the bar I wanted a pressed Old Fashion no sugar cube so the bartender gave me one anyway I said I don't want sugar he put his hand in my drink and took the sugar cube out . I told the manager then I emailed them she said she would send a coupon for 25.00 still waiting for it no thanks never going back. She lost 8 regular people on that one.

Let’s start with the good. The broasted chicken is as good as it gets. Honestly the most moist, succulent and crispy deliciousness I’ve had in years. The salad bar was also very good.

The not so good; the brandy old fashioned sweet was average at best and no garnish offered or presented. Just a boring brandy cocktail. Also, the vibe may be supper club but more like just a restaurant. I won’t get into details here but I’d like to hear Ron Faiola’s take on this place.

In town visiting relatives. Ate here years ago and remembered it, so suggested a visit. Called ahead and got a reservation for four. Arrived 45 minutes early, sat near the bar and had some refreshments.

Got seated near the salad bar (!!!) and was greeted by our server Melissa. Everything was fantastic! Make sure to get the sweet onion salad dressing to start (it's in the small crock pot) and try the liver pate. Had the Beef Stroganoff, others had petite filets, etc. The only downside? I couldn't manage dessert! I was too full!

What a wonderful place to have a great dinner. Went there on a whim for prime rib, and it was on special that night. There was a very plentiful salad bar with soup. My low rating comes for the pricing structure at Sunday Brunch. Called ahead for pricing, we were six adults, two year old and a newborn. When bill came, charged us for seven adults ( was told ahead 2 year old was free and they corrected this). However, they included 20% service charge, which seems really excessive for just drinks. In addition this 20% was calculated post tax. This seems unethical and also cheating the IRS. Just give me an honest price upfront.

I had to wait 45mins. From out of town. My first supper club. I was not prepared but I survived🤣. It was friday and I try not to eat meat on Friday's. Had the cod battered with bake potatoe and rye bread. Yum! They got the booze if your looking for that ole fashioned. They make them the way you want them the orignal or Wisconsin version. The owner likes Woodford Reserve in his ole fashion. He knows a good ole fashion🤣. I had dessert. They waitress bless her heart said it was tiramisu. Please change the name. Very good cake and recommend it but change the name of the cake. I'm italian it's not tiramisu. I do recommend this restuarant but make a reservation. Better to go with family or date. Kind of wierd if single unless your comfortable. I went solo but I enjoyed the guys next to me talking about good steaks, watches and their bucket list🤣 Ease droppin🤣 Oh! was able ton see the river while I ate my dinner very nice!

Since arriving in Green Bay, several people told us to go to Rivers Bend. We finally went on our anniversary. Place looked lovely, people and servers were nice. Great view of the river. I ordered the special which was Ribeye with blue cheese and my wife the Salmon.

Blue cheese is a powerful sauce so I was surprised the steak was smothered as opposed to a light amount with some on the side. I removed some and cut into the steak. It did not look like it had been rested and within a few seconds my plate was like a soup of blood juice and blue cheese. I had asked for medium but the edges were medium rare. Fine, I can deal with that. The middle however was rare. In the end, I ate about 20% of the steak and decided to take it home. A few minutes on my sear would help.

My wife had the salmon and said it was bland. Her plate was also swimming in salmon oil.

We decided to order desert for later and ended up with the smallest piece of cake ever in the history of visiting a restaurant.

Overall, it was not a great experience for a first time. We might try it again but with a final bill (with tip) of over a hundred dollars, we will explore other places first.

The only downside was the main courses took awhile to be served and had mashed potatoes and a twice baked potato that looked like they were sitting under a heat source for an hour after they should have been served. I strongly recommend you ask what their "market price" is. Yesterday, we were charged $60.00 for a tenderloin and $80.00 for a ribeye. Many would say that's a no brainer; however, we have been faithful customers for years and we stopped asking because there was never an issue. We were shocked to say the least when we saw the bill. We felt those prices should have been divulged before we ordered. The steaks were great quality, but that is more than we pay for the same cut of meat at the Republic Chophouse!
After this experience I don't know that we will be back.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this enchanting supper club, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was magical and beautiful, making for a truly memorable evening.

Our server, Lyndsay T, was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests' experience.

My buddy Gus and I decided to get takeout, and even though he’s a picky eater, he couldn’t stop raving about the walleye! It was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. I had the ribs, and they were simply fantastic—tender, flavorful, and just the right amount of sauce.

While we were there, we noticed that everyone seemed to be enjoying delicious ice cream drinks, and it was clear there’s a huge cult following for them. It definitely adds to the charm of the place!

I don’t like that they automatically include a 20% tip. A gratuity is not a fee. I always tip anyway, but to force it leaves a bad feeling. The extra line item to add more of a tip is just tactless.

People seem to rave about this place, but I think it is just OK. I have been here 3 times over the last couple of years, and my opinion hasn't changed. The bar area is nice, but the rest of the place feels like a step up from a banquet hall. Steaks are all maket price, and the tenderloin and prime rib are good but nothing amazing. Plates are always hot, but food is warm, which again makes it feel more like a banquet hall. French onion soup looked better than the taste. Overall pricing seems high for the quality/experience. The server never checked on us until we were done eating. Maybe you get a good night, but you also may not, so unfortunately, I will probably not go back. 3rd time was a strike out.

Jovial place for fish and booze. Kendra H our server was excellent. Barkeeper was very friendly . Recommend highly for parties and gatherings. The walleye was fantastic. The two birthday folks were treated to wonderful desserts.

Party of five all first-timers. Three of us ordered the prime rib dinner, one had salmon and one had shrimp alfredo. We started in the bar and then were taken to a table. The appetizer came out with our meal right behind it which was disappointing, our service once we were at a table was a bit less consistent and we had to actually find our waitress on a couple of occasions. The food was very good, a little more high-priced than we expected. We would definitely go back though.

We came here for dinner for our grandparents anniversary. We were a group of about 12-15 and it was absolutely amazing. We had a great server and the food was sooo good. My steak was cooked just how I like it and had the perfect amount of seasoning and my finances fish was cooked perfectly. The server seemed to enjoy our two year old daughter which was great bc other servers oddly seem bothered or thrown off by a child. All in all we will be back for any occasion!

We were looking for a good steak restaurant and came across Rivers Bend via Google. The service is excellent and the food is incredible. The wait however can be extremely long, we waited over an hour and half. I do recommend getting reservations early. I tried to call them when we were about an hour before arriving, however no one answered the phone, which is understandable when we saw just how busy they were! I must say their estimate of when we would be seated was spot on. They said a table would be ready at 7:55 PM and we were at our table at 7:50 PM. Too often you ask how long the wait is and they say 20 minutes and it takes closer to an hour to get a table.

One of the people in our party wanted prime rib, however they were sold out. So if you have a hankering for prime rib get an early reservation. Three of us had the Rib Eye steak which was cooked to perfection. They were a little heavy on the seasoning on one of the steaks so if you dont like alot of seasoning it would be best to ask them to go light. One person in our party had Beef Stroganoff. She said it was the best she ever tasted. The salad bar is well stocked and filled with fresh items.

The service was excellent even though every table was filled with customers. That says a lot about the staff.
I highly recommend Rivers Bend, but get a reservation early to enjoy a taste of Green Bay.

We were greeted immediately by a smiling hostess when we walked in the door. The overall appearance inside was warm and welcoming. Our waitress was efficient and very attentive to our table of four. The salad bar was excellent and had a variety of toppings to choose from. Our entrees of cod, filet mignon, and BBQ ribs, was made to perfection. The experience reminded me of the good old days of Supper Club dining. We all look forward to returning someday soon.

Visited Friday night & everything was top notch! I had Perch Dinner, husband had Fillet Mignon with Sweet Potato, brother in law had Barbecue Ribs. Everything was Excellent including Drinks, Salad Bar with Hot Bacon Dressing, Warm Buns with Cinnamon Butter & views! Reminder to make RESERVATIONS or you will have to wait! Especially weekends. Enjoy. A bit pricey, but so worth it for a special celebration.

I Made a reservation for my husbands 65th Birthday celebration with our 2 grown children. We all lived in GB in the past and River's Bend was one of our favorite restaurants when we lived there so thought this was the perfect spot while we were in town after the Oct 20th Packer game. When making reservations for 6P I told them about our celebration and asked for a table with a River view because we were familiar with the dining room. We arrived earlier than our reservation after the game and went to the bar (great Ole' Fashions!!) Stated to the hostess desk if a table came open earlier we'd love to eat earlier since we still had an hour drive back to our accommodations. She proceeded to sit us after about 20 minutes but to a table not near the windows for the view but in the dark dining room. I asked if we could get our table with the river view if we waited for our original reservation? She said now we'd need to wait until 7P. It made zero sense and seemed punitive.
BTW- a 4 top table in the atrium was available when we sat and remained available for a long while.
It seemed very spiteful.
We were very polite about this situation but it meant a lot for this special occasion, as well as coming back and dining at a favorite restaurant to get the better natural view instead of the dark dining room (it was still light outside at that hour and the restaurant was not busy yet)
On the positive side, their food was very good and our server was nice.
It was a disappointment however and strange that they couldn't accommodate our request

River's Bend has a supper club vibe. We waited in the bar, then brought our drinks to the table. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, but we did have to catch their attention as they rushed past. The spinach and artichoke dip & salad bar were excellent. Food came out much too fast, as we had barely begun appetizers, and bread came out after entrees. The prices were pretty high compared to the wow-factor of food & drinks displayed. 20% gratuity auto-added to table of 6. $398 + $65 bar tab.
