I went to visit them today for lunch with my son and stepdaughter. We waited standing around for someone to assign us a table, but all the staff were chatting and laughing with the customers who were drinking at the bar. Because the noise was so loud, we decided to sit at one of the tables outside, where we waited for 20 minutes to be served. No one ever came over to take our order. I got up to look for someone to take our order, and the person I spoke to didn't even look at me or respond, so we decided to leave.

We had eaten here a few times before and were very impressed. Great food and atmosphere! Thought it would be our new favorite spot for Friday night fish! The last time we visited just seemed like an off night. The service and food was okay, but not at all up to par with our previous visits. We gave it another chance, though, and took my in-laws there for the first time last night. One thing after another left us disappointed, and we won't be back anytime soon. After being seated at a table that was one chair short and waiting 45 minutes for our food, crackers from salad bar tasted old, hamburger bun was hard as rock and barely able to be chewed, fish was dried out and overdone, baked potato was undercooked and hard, kids' Kraft mac and cheese (different from gourmet mac and cheese we were served at a previous visit) was a very small portion that looked like it had been scooped out of and left my son asking for more. Water was room temperature with no ice and never refilled. The fries and chicken wrap were the only food we were satisfied with at our table. Our waitress apologized and offered us replacement food or a 30% discount for our meal, explaining that they've been muddling through a rough week in the kitchen without their usual cook. We understood and accepted the discount. I am just disappointed that what started as an amazing dining experience has seemingly gone downhill based on our recent visits. Hope they can turn it around soon!

We waited 45 minutes after ordering our food. People who had come in after us were served and we were still waiting. We asked the waitress what happened ,she left didn't return with an answer. We left and went to another restaurant. Extremely poor service.

Unless ya sitting at the bar or an older couple you get ignored and no service. Stood at the door waiting to be seated got ignored, 2 other couples walk in behind over a period of 15 minutes got served right away.
To owner that replied sad thing is everyone that was on that staff team that afternoon behind the bar, to the waitresses that sat down at the little table chating with 2 other waitresses, even an older gentleman that looked like a golf pro all saw me and I was just ignored.

Food was delicious. I had the CBR wrap with crispy chicken and everything tasted super fresh and we did not wait long at all. Dalton our server was friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back!

We stopped in for a quick dinner and the pizza was awesome! My husband enjoyed a delicious chicken sandwich, and the drinks were top-notch. The prices were very fair. Chelsey and Dalton worked very hard to take care of us. We will definitely be back.!

The fish and shrimp were excellent. Often Friday fish is swimming in a greasy batter. This was perfect, a very light coating of a seasoned flour. Perfectly done, the shrimp was excellent also. Will most definitely go back.
