They gave me the wrong size beverage and when I asked if I misunderstood the size they handed me an empty cup. Customers don’t have access to the beverage machine. My daughter’s spaghetti was very small and very watery. She usually likes spaghetti here, but wouldn’t even finish it. There was also garbage on the floor under the warming table.

When I walked into the fox river mall, on a Sunday afternoon, I got a whiff of greatness coming from this corner pizza place called "Rocky Rococos." My feet left the ground as I started to levitate towards the scent and once I got to the counter I was greeted by beautiful smiles of the amazing employees. I ordered a super combo the sausage and pepperoni slice with breadsticks and a root beer and it was ever so heavenly!! I left a $50 tip because of how amazing this establishment is and how amazing the people were:) I would 110% recommend everything on the menu it's so delightful and scrum-diddly-umpcious!! P.s. super cute dude with curly hair and highlights with glasses.

10/12/2024 approximately 12:48pm I witnessed a shorter late 30’s early to early 40’s cook/employee wearing a navy blue/black hat with either the milwaukee brewers logo, or a marquette warriors logo WIPE HIS NOSE with his wrist in the kitchen after going to to the cooler in the front to grab a sauce. At 12:50 i witnessed this same man wipe his nose with his BARE HAND as he walked to the fridge in the kitchen to grab a pizza to start cooking.

The food was great, the cashiers were great, but that was probably one of the grossest things i’ve ever seen.

I hope they have cameras in the kitchen.

The older gentleman with a pony tail was very friendly and patient while my son was deciding what he wanted. He also let my other son have a free chocolate milk, on the house. It is the little things in customer service that make it a wonderful visit. Thank you for the kind gesture.

Ive gotten a stomach virus from this place from a couple of days ago, never eating this food ever again. Get the health department into this restaurant. I don't want anyone else getting another stomach virus from the food. Plus it was the dough from the pizza that gotten me this way, I want money or something back from my disgusting experience. The service was better than average. The pizza was disappointing. The sausages were cut in half from their normal size. As you can see they did not put many on either. The pizza was cheesy. I ordered extra sauce and got a normal amount. The other college location is better.

Ordered take out for the first time from here. It is a mall location, so we didn't know how well they would prepare a family meal deal (2 lg specialty pizzas, party size sticks, and a 2 liter soda bottle) that we ordered.
We were very impressed with the order, it came out on time, was exactly as ordered including light sauce and was piping hot and delicious with friendly service. We definitely plan on ordering take-out from here again. We only wish we had tried take-out sooner from here.

We ordered online and arrived about 5 minutes after the order said it would be ready. I waited in line patiently and watched as one employee took the orders and communicated with the one person making the food. The girl taking the orders was quick, efficient, and handled the busy time so well! She offered solutions and advice to the guy in the back (who wasn’t quite happy to take it) but she was doing great work! The food was great and I was impressed with how well just two people managed to take care of things. Note - 2 people shouldn’t have to do it by themselves, but they did well for the time being.

Went into the mall location in Appleton! Walked towards the counter and a rather large girl who must have finished her shift was lying over the counter from the customer side talking to a girl sitting on a milk crate on the floor. She remained there , I got my food which is always good. The entire time I sat there eating she never moved from lying on the counter chatting.

Update-Got a call from the owner and an apology. He said they just purchased the store and are working very hard to turn things around. I wish them the best and hope that they are successful move forward.
Terrible service. I place an order at noon for a team dinner of 45 people. 5 min before the order was supposed to be picked up they called me and said they could not fulfill my order. I was give 10 excuses and not a solution. I was informed they used the dough that was set aside for us. They obviously were not prepared for an order placed 7hrs early or how to plan for this. I am beyond upset that I was forced to scramble and find a fix ob my own. Will never order from here again.

Took over 30minutes to get our pizza. Place was not busy at all. Employees behind the counter were on their phones, eating, and more focused on their conversations with each other. Employees in the back- making and handling the food were also eating. The worst this that I didn’t like. Not a single hairnet. Long hair not tied up. Beards were not contained. Employees going from filling ice, to taking orders, filling drink cups, and handing out food without washing hands in between.

Not the best place to get pizza from at the Fox River Mall. At it's best its slightly above mediocre and at its worst, it's 450+ calorie food poisoning in a paper box under a hot lamp. Even worse is that the staff doesn't even want to be there. As someone who has worked in food service, I try to be respectful to these people as I can but it's frustrating! And just recently, I found out that this location fired the employee that was actually happy to help! I will not return to this location again. I wish them the best

The past couple times I’ve been here, it has been dirty and disgusting. The workers are unhygienic and there’s no way this place doesn’t have health code violations. They are very slow and the food tastes like chemicals and smells most of the time. If you haven’t gotten sick to the stomach yet of the food, just wait. So much food poisoning from this place. I ordered a combo meal with a salad. I got breadsticks. The counter person got a little huffy when I pointed this out. The salad I received was a day old, the tomatoes were starting to rot and the cucumber chunks appeared to have been frozen at some point. The veggies on the salad really looked more like finger food for dipping. The pizza was fine. There were no straws for the drinks.

I have been to this rocky rococos location multiple times and today was my last. I ordered a lite chicken alfredo and they gave my order away to someone else and messed up 2 other orders. I waited over 20 minutes for a lite pasta.... to say the least the manager was poor quality and when i mentioned how 3 people got their food before me all she did was say ooo what did you get and then had the kitchen make my food that was ready with 3 minutes. If you go here i suggest you keep walking.

To start off, I am very disappointed in the lady that took my order. She is chubby and has a very mean voice of tone. She has blonde hair and is very mean. As a customer I should feel welcomed and I didn’t. If you guys take a look in the photo I didn’t even get a straw for my drink. Today I was helped by a lady wearing a orange mask with bats for halloween and she was so kind! I believe she was a newer employee because she asked for some patience as she was entering my order. She was very polite, kind and professional while helping me. I didn’t see a name tag at all, I wish the employees had been wearing them so I could share some names. There was also another gentleman working the counter who was in sweatpants and a hoodie. It doesn’t bother me but I think it’d look a little more professional if workers were provided with a rocky sweatshirt in case they are cold :)

I’m sorry. I’ve been to this place 3 times and every time it’s been a poor experience. Bad service. They are guaranteed to miss something on your order or forget you even ordered. (Even if you are the only one there) Unclean and rude. The front counter takes off their mask as soon as management have their back turned. I wish I could give this place zero stars. The customer service was absolutely awful, one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. There seemed to be only one person actually working, while one guy stood talking to some young girls at the side, one girl sat on the floor in regular clothes charging her phone and another girl came to visit with her wearing a little white tank top with a visible sportsbra, who I’m guessing was supposed to be working there because she was also wearing a red apron. (Health code violation?) Maybe its the fact that they all were all teenagers and there wasn’t a single actual adult to keep things in check... overall it was a total disaster and we won’t be back. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring some adults to make this a professional establishment and keep these kids on track.

While driving to Appleton I tried to call ahead to order a whole pie. After trying about 10 times over 25 minutes, I gave up as I only got a busy signal. I began to think they were out of business. I did arrive and there was no line or wait. Not sure if they even have a phone here. Instead of the whole fresh pie I was hoping for, I picked up some precooked slices (something I was trying to avoid but didn't want to sit around for a whole pie to cook) No telling how long they were sitting out. I no longer have a Rocky Rocco's around my home town so I was looking forward to it... after having my slices, I no longer miss it. Won't be back.

I love rocky Rocco. This location can be hit or miss. Lots of times there will be no one out front. We sometimes get breadsticks that are undercooked or pizza that wasn't cut correctly (too small). Rocky Rococo is one of my favorite fast pizza joints. No waiting for a fresh hot slice of pie here. They are located in Nothwoods Cafe inside Fox River Mall so they really can't do anything about the decor, but they can and still do deliver top-notch food and service.
