Rocky Rococo was an important part of my youth because it was so quick, easy, and affordable to grab a slice. Since their pizza is something that I will always crave, I was glad to find this location so close to The Valley Grand Cinema. If you haven't tried their deep dish pizza yet, someone should revoke your Wisconsin card. It's ooey, gooey, and often covered with golf ball sized chunks of delectable Italian sausage and the best Wisco cheese, of course. When I have time, I get a whole pie (which is actually rectangular) with sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, and onions. It's a mind scrambler. Rocky's 'za not only melts in your mouth, it also melts your inhibitions. Resistance is fuedal, so I'm going again tomorrow! This location was clean, very roomy and the staff was friendly. Pizza amore!

Always feel this place is dirty. The atmosphere is dull, but the majority of Rocky Rococos are dull as they are not their own buildings nowadays and just thrown into a strip mall. Food is good when hot . Still my favorite thick crust pizza and great sauce and sausage. On the other hand, they have been really cheap and stingy with their sauce. I asked for extra sauce and got almost none. They said they would fix the issue but it happened again for the second time in 2 weeks. Just cheese and bread that's not a Pizza. You can see from my photo after removing the cheese. I reached out and no response.

From time to time I like stopping in to grab a slice. The last time I was with my grandson. We placed our order and they put everything on a tray. Mind you I walk with a cane. Not one person standing around not working or the person that just took our order, offered to assist in taking it to a table for me. My grandson is too young to help. Thank goodness I had a semi-steady hand to handle carrying the tray without dropping everything on the floor. Had the roles been reversed, I would have jumped to offer assistance. I'd rather someone decline my help than not try to be polite. Maybe management should teach their staff (young and old) how to treat customer's better.

I love rocky rococo’s pizza it is so delicious the pizza seems to melt in your mouth it has the right amount of sauce to cheese ratio it’s pizza is a thin crusted pizza with a lot of sauce and cheese, the atmosphere was very good I loved all the rocky rococo movie posters they were funny the staff was helpful but were a little busy it was not that full, it is a great place to get food and talk with family it made a lasting memory and I look forward to coming back in the foreseeable future I would strongly recommend to get the delicious cheese pizza, it is just so delicious and filling. It is a great place and I highly recommend rocky rococo pizza and pasta.

8/8/2024 around 7:45pm. Worst pizza experience i’ve ever had. I love Rocky Rococo’s and will always be my favorite pizza, but this location has ISSUES. 1st of all they must have Hellen Keller making pizzas back there or it’s the employees 1st day and if it is, they need some more training (pics attached with a few pieces eaten).

Second of all after having the most deformed and mutilated Rocky Rococo’s pizza of my life I pulled a nice 7 inch long hair out of a bite if pizza (pics attached).

I’ve had Rocky’s in the Fox Valley, in Madison, aaallll over Milwaukee, and this was the worst and only bad experience i’ve had at one.

Lets sum it up. Ordered carry out during off peak hours. They never started it. Asked if i minded waiting another half hour for them to make it. They said theyd throw in some breadsticks to make it right.

Repeat customer from out of state, 1st time at this location. They do not offer garden slices, so we had to order an entire pizza. They asked "what size", we asked for prices. Started to order a med, price was $26.46. the price posted on the menu board was $26.99 for a large 🤔. Ya, we ordered large.
Told them "NO CUT"! She repeated it back to us.
Got our side salad and sat down, ate it. We heard commotion, girl said "I told u no cut", kitchen replied "no u didn't".
So they bring it out, she said it's all nice and cut for u 🙄.
We are strict Vegetarians. These chains have not figured out what that means. They DO NOT wash utensils, including slicers, for every pizza. We brought our own slicer, and own utensils.
So they had to make another one (after we repeatedly insisted), threw the 1st one in the trash.
Been here over an hour. Nothing offered to us for their screw up, cook did deliver it to us and he apologized.
Most unprofessional place I have been to in a very long time!

Had the most pleasant drive through experience. Man on the mic was very patient and friendly. Informed me on a wait of an item I wanted, before I made a final decision. Convenient drive through location off the highway. Definitely will be back to this location. Food was hot and delicious! Didn't realize they had kids meals too! Many people love the nostalgia of this place and going there as a kid. The deep dish kind of style pizza and soft bread sticks seem to be the draw. I heard the salad bar used to be amazing! There is still a side salad option available for healthy minded people. I thought the sauce was good and the amount of cheese was just right. I would have liked the dough in the middle to be a bit more done, but that's the challenge of this style and understandable. The outside edges were perfectly cooked with a great chewy bite. I know I'll be back with these folks because they love it so much! And the posters... Hahahaha!

Pizza was ordered online at 6 pm we were told it would be ready at 6:47. At 6:37 we called to make sure it would still be ready, they said it would be ready in 20-30 min. Pizza tasted good but it wasn't what we ordered. Called in and ordered a pizza for carryout. We ordered a medium sausage and mushroom pizza then went to pick it up 20 minutes later. Got it back home and found out it was a sausage and pepperoni pizza. I called immediately because it was 5 minutes to closing time. A guy answered and I told him that we didn't get what we ordered. He checked the ticket and said that it said sausage and pepperoni. I told him again, "that isn't what we ordered", and was then told to hold. He never came back on the phone. I waited until 7:04 pm then hung up. I tried to call back and they didn't answer because they were now closed. Due to dietary restrictions, we had to pull apart the pizza to pull off the pepperonis. When I called I didn't expect a new pizza or anything due the fact that they were about to close, however, being put on hold until the customer hangs up is not acceptable customer service. Well, I ordered online and selected ASAP for the order. The prompt said to show up in 35 minutes, I headed to the store because it was going to take me 20 min to get there. I walk into the lobby, which is about 60 degrees in winter, and a nice lady asks what I'd like. I say, I'm here for an online order, give her my info and another lady making pizzas yells over the window:

"Why are you here at 3:45 when you placed an order for 4pm. I haven't even put the pizza in, sheesh...."

My response: I know I'm early, I ordered it for ASAP, I don't mind waiting. I'll just sit here for until it's done. No worries."

Why ridicule me for coming early, what does she care anyway? I wasn't upset it wasn't ready. I wasn't demanding it be done already. I didn't expect it to be. I knew I was early. I just provided the information the other CS rep asked me for. There was no need for her to be involved in the transaction. I don't know why the she felt the need to make me feel like an idiot for ordering a pizza. Next time, if there is one, I guess I'll just wait in my car.

While waiting, I observed this employee being loud, obnoxious, and injecting herself into every situation/conversation. She must have been the manager.

As far as the food goes, everything was made to order and came out on time. The food tasted as you would expect from Rocky's.

I should add that I was so surprised by this experience. In the past I've had nothing but good experiences here. I hope she adjusts her attitude for future customers or learns to listen instead of chiming in at every opportunity.

Edit: Rocky's reached out and offered me a complimentary order of breadsticks. I declined the offer.

I had a bad experience at this location. I purchased a salad with my meal. When I got home and looked at the salad all of the lettuce was brown and obviously old. I went back to the location 15 minutes later and the manager came to the window. Instead of a return she offered another salad. I said sure. The second salad was old too. She insisted that the salad was made that morning. Which I concluded that even though it might have been made that morning that they were using old lettuce. Then the GM came to the window and politely told me that they would not give me a refund for the salad because they had already given me two perfectly good salads. I said wait let me make sure I understand. This lettuce is obviously old and withered and you will not give a refund on the salad only, which is about $2, and possibly loose a customer. And she said unfortunately I won’t be able to give you a refund. I was like “wow”. Look as a small business owner myself this was so unacceptable behavior. I will NOT be back. I spend my hard earned money where fair practices are displayed.
