the pizza were pre made. i get your inside the mall but my pizza slice was soggy like its been there all day, no flavor and was not worth the $8-9. i have a 5 year old and couldnt decide what she wanted, cashier seemed irritated and grabbed our pizzas and pretty much dropped it on the tray, when my wife had asked for a condiment the cashiers did get it but was rude about it.

We normally love this place but they must've gotten new employees or something. We had an issue with a card and they were very rude about it and when we did get our food they gave us a broken tray so it fell on the floor. We expected an apology atleast but they just looked at us for a second and then walked away. On top of that the food was not up to their regular standards. The many times I have come to this place to order pizza for my kids, I swear the people that work have THE worst customer service ever. No smiles, "Hi!" or "Thank you!" or just even a polite conversation. Pizza is always a kids favorite go-to but if management doesn't train their workers' on customer service, y'all should not be working in the service industry at all. I get it. You're only there for your paycheck, not to make friends with the customers but customer service is what brings service to your business. Do better.

I got a pizza earlier and ate it and then I bought food at another chain restaurant in the mall and they did not have plastic bags and as I ride a motorcycle i would need to put the leaky food in my backpack so i went back to rocky roco and asked for a bag and they told me to go somewhere else to find one cause the food wasn’t from their restaurant. I haven't gone to this location for a couple of years because most of the staff were so rude and inattentive (some are absolutely wonderful and do a great job). I was in town today and tried giving it another shot. This time the staff were great, but I got home and found the same issue I've seen others mention: the pizza wasn't cooked all of the way through. I've had this issue with them before and just ended up tossing my super slice out and making a sandwich. Overall, I think Rocky's pizza is absolutely amazing and would recommend it. It just seems like this location has some issues.

Ordered a whole pizza for $30 to eat on a road trip. The whole pizza had a 1/2” thick layer of RAW DOUGH under the sauce. Just disgusting and inedible. By the time I realized, it was too late to turn back and wait for the pizza to be recooked.

The thing that impressed me and family the most was the customer service. Went on 3/31 and all 3 employees went above and beyond.

Mangers and or the owner should be very impressed and do something special for them.

It's a Rocky Rococo's in a mall. They were what appeared to be mostly high school students as staff and it appears to be working for them, everyone I interacted with was very pleasant to deal with and got me what I needed. There's only one Rocky's left in the MN Twin cities so I'll go a little out of my way to stop here on my trips back to the Madison area. Always good to get a super slice when you can. Thanks!

my experience: i’m at hobby lobby and i place and order so i can pick it up when i’m done and go home. nearly an hour later, we show up and our order is not yet ready. and thats ok, they said it would be done in 10 minutes. fast forward 45 minutes later, our order is still not ready. At that point we are all irritated and hungry so we ask the employees if it will be done soon. they say a couple minutes longer. finally after waiting an extra 15 minutes it’s finally ready. yes, the pizza was good. but it should have been ready over an hour earlier than it was. They said it would be ready at 5:45 and we got it at 6:45.

Nov. 11 around 12:30, stopped by to see that both employees working the front were not wearing masks. One had the mask off completely and the other had it on his chin (not over mouth or nose). I would hope that these employees care for the health and safety of customers during a pandemic. If there’s underlying health conditions of these employees that make wearing a mask difficult, I apologize. Just wanted to bring this to someone’s attention, as I will definitely not be stopping by anytime soon if I see that the store employees are not wearing masks while serving food.

This is my first time reviewing, so hopefully I hit the mark. I've ordered from here through Doordash several times, but this time was just awful. There's never been a time I couldn't finish noodles, so this is a first (I like ordering the spaghetti without sauce). Arrived caked with sauce. No big deal, I'll just scoop it off. The sauce had this really gross texture I can't describe, but I know it's not normal. The noodles were extremely watery and bland (it was like water noodle soup), even the meatballs couldn't save it. I'm sorry, but I won't be ordering again.
