Among the best flavor on a pizza I've had in a while. Unfortunately the dough was thoroughly uncooked. As I'm a truck driver and had it delivered to me, I could not simply drive to the stores location to get this rectified. At least I got to eat some of the cheese and other toppings. $30 loss.

Wow. What an experience. From someone who runs stores and the restaurant was clean they were communicating to get the line low the manager(or someone) knew when to help up front and then jump from the back of if I wasn’t on vacation I would have offered all the workers here a job. They were also pleasant to everyone who walked in. From someone who watches all of this stuff do my career this was an insanely good visit for anywhere but certainly at a fast food restaurant.

After the drive to pick up my order, my pizza was over done, and had to wait for them to remake a new one. When I went in side to get my pizza I found that the manager herself was not using any form of a hair covering. She clams her hair was to short(shoulder length) for a hat or net. But I could clearly see her hair sway from side to side while she work over the food she was preparing

We went there with a group of friends to eat some food, then our group decided not to, so me and my family went and ordered food for ourselves. We waited in the parking lot for our order, and the staff was staring at us, taking pictures of our car, making us feel weird. We waited the 30 minutes we were told, after 30 minutes my boyfriend went inside to pick up the pizza, we left and called asking if we did something wrong, apparently because we were sitting in the parking lot waiting for our food (we have time stamps and were there no longer than 45 minutes) we made staff uncomfortable by waiting outside for our food and talking to our friends. Don’t suggest going here unless you want to feel uncomfortable for waiting for your food.

Well, I happened to go on Valentine's Day 2025 when I went inside to dine in, and boy was it packed!?! The parking lot was full~ luckily I found a spot open! Normally, the parking lot is not that packed! I mean it was PACKED!
Anyway, they had great specials going on for Valentine's Day, one being their infamous heart-shaped pizza for 2!
We ended up getting two orders of nacho breadsticks and 2 medium Mountain Dew fountain sodas. Our usual.
Like always, the breadsticks were perfectly cooked~ lightly browned with seasonings- such as parsley and Italian spices, parmesan cheese, and nacho dipping sauce. The breadsticks were fluffy and yummy! I know if I approve than Rocky will too!
For how busy it was, we were served fast and found a seat in a corner booth, our favorite spot!
Twas a lovely & spicy Valentine's Day this year indeed (pun intended)! I love Rocky Rococo's! He's one spicy Italian meatball!

Poor customer service. Called ahead to order heart-shaped pizza. Said they were not taking pre-orders but had pizzas and bread sticks ready when you come. Get there and order a family breadstick and tell me we can't give a time for when those will be ready but if I wanted to order to individual cups of breadsticks, those are available right away and the rep was not kind about it and no management intervention, with 5 people standing there going nothing. Had to wait 15 minutes cuz my kids had their hearts set on this. Paid $30 dollars for 12 breadsticks and a small pizza. Not worth it and I won't go back. Serious mismanagement. Watched 5 cars drive away while waited, wish I would've too.

Went through the drive thru. My daughter loves their breadsticks. (I prefer Dominos/Pizza Hut's). We each got a slice of pizza. She wanted cheese. I wanted sausage. we were told we could only get sausage and pepperoni. Not what we wanted, but it was fine. My daughter just pulled hers off. Food was hot and fresh. This an old school pizza joint walking in I was hit with a wave of nostalgia from my youth. I can't even say where I was remembering but it hit home. The pizza was fantastic I mean where I live there is nothing like this place. We have chain restaurants which are NOT my way to eat pizza or fancy over priced hipster pizza which while extremely tasty they are missing the essence of feeding the whole family because the pizzas are layered in gold flakes :P the pizza was so good next day cold. Which only a few pizza places can manage to be good cold pizza.

Walked in to one of my favorite restaurants to hear 2 people in the back talking about how people handle the food differently, this worried me, then they went on bashing other workers. Their whole conversation was heard by the entire restaurant. The person taking my order was very cold and unwelcoming. The food came out cold/ room temp. Doubt I will return, may want to look into their hiring process since when I went to my table there were pot seeds on it all tables had some type of crumbs on them. So my family came in for lunch ..well, my daughter and I ordered the 10 piece wings .. from when I walked in and ordered the manager was taking a drive thru order and from what I heard is she is very loud tone..from the speaker..so after we got our wings my daughter told us that her wings were still cold so I touch them and they were still frozen!?? How and not the cook could tell. Unfortunately, they used to tossed the sauce with the wings. Now they separate sauce from the wings..so i went to the counter, I asked the cashier lady to touch the wing and she said wow!! I said they are cold, and why is that? They are cold, like barely even warm, like frozen cold. So the first lady was nice enough to tell that they'll remake them. But we couldn't wait longer for any new ones to cone out we had to leave so the manager came up idk if she just had a bad daybor whatever.,but I was either looking for a refund or a rain check , but she decided to refund the amount to back to my daughter's card..I said why didn't you give me that option if that refund is going to take 3daysbto go back on the card!!? I told her yall gave her freaking frozen wings!!? And which wasn't our fault yall should've told me different options, but this is just outrageous, and yes, I got upset, and I would be very upset as well if this was to happen to somebody else that got served frozen wings!! I'm never going back to this location..and wouldn't recommend that people go here..I just imagine if my daughter would've got very sick from the chicken nit being cook...

Unfortunately, the last time I ordered a pizza with my boyfriend our pizza was made very poorly. We called and spoke to the owner on 3 different occasions who insisted the pizza was fine because he made it and that he would not do anything to make it right. All we wanted was a refund or a new pizza made. We were completely disgusted with how awful the owners attitude and customer service was over the phone all 3 times. We took it upon ourselves to call cooperate who then handled the situation for us very promptly and professionally. We will continue to goto Rockys but will NEVER goto the Fond Du Lac location ever again. The owner is very unprofessional and rude.

We moved out of state 2.5 years ago. Where we moved, there was no Rockys which is my favorite pizza. We moved back a month ago. Today, we finally got a chance to stop and grab some for the whole family, an over $50 dollar order. While trying to place the order, the blonde girl working the drive thru was extremely rude, asking "is that all?" after each item. We informed her each time that there was more, but she continued to interrupt, even rudely and obnoxiously cutting me off and repeating half of the order and telling me to pull around when we weren't finished ordering. Finally get the order made, and with blatant attitude and eye rolling, takes my card rudely, hands it back rudely, and continues talking to whoever was in the back. Literally acting like we are bothering her, hands our food and drinks to us, still with attitude and angry glaring. She must not understand that customers pay her paycheck. No please, no thank you. Just flat out attitude. The pizza was mediocre and the breadsticks were cold with one of the side orders of them being hard and stale. If I wasn't a rockys fan, I'd have given a 1 star review. Bad attitude having eggs like this girl are the reason for businesses failing and no repeat customers. It's sad, because we used to order 2 whole family sized pizzas a week to take home on Fridays and unless something is done about the staffs attitude, we will not return. Pretty sad.
