Service is as expected, counter service/basic order taker. Atmosphere was enough to meet basic expectations. A few booths, a few tables, some clean, some not.

The pizza was disappointing and lukewarm warm. I ordered a super slice with a salad and drink. There is nothing super about the taste or size, especially when it is like warm at best. The size is equivalent to a slice of any large pizza from any standard chain, it’s just square. I’m not a big eater at all and was still very hungry after finishing my slice and salad. First time trying, won’t return.

Ordered the sausage and mushroom pizza. It was definitely under cooked. The crust was so soft you could not pick up a slice with 2 hands. We used our toaster oven to cook for 10 mins. Looked ok, tasted alrite, smoked cheese in crust which I didn't order.

Had a great lunch at Rocky's. Stopped on our way to the Brewer's game. Rocky's and the Brewer's? The day couldn't get much better. I love the Italian sausage Rocky's uses, and the crust is great. I’ve always been cautious eating here as it never seemed to be super positive, whether it was in regards to the staff or food, but today is the final straw. Got two slices, a pepperoni and a sausage, and have been having stomach problems and getting sick since eating here on May 21st around 8PM. This restaurant has major food safety concerns! Went to Rocky Rococo at 410 e.Silver Spring Dr. In Greendale,WI. on Dec.2nd 2024 at 11am,they open at 10:30a.m. Floor of the restaurant was dirty & unswept,tables all dirty with crumbs on them,top of trash receptacle full of crumbs & crud. I got a Thursday perfect super slice. It was good, but a little undercooked in the center. I think it's the additional toppings that made it undercooked. More toppings on a pizza should have a longer cook time instead of using the default cook time. Crust area was the best part of this slice, and was doughey in the center.

Increase cook times as needed to ensure well cooked slices please. Don't need folks getting sick.

Tldr; Crust was still raw dough, basically uncooked. Pepperoni and cheese were barely done as well. It was like they took it out 15-20 mins too early.

Box was really heavy for a pepperoni pizza. Could not lift a slice without crust falling apart like slime.

I tasted it.

Very thick crust, almost an inch tall and gooey. Seemed like enough dough for 2-3 pizzas. That's why it was so heavy. Plus, being uncooked. Also, a bit greasy. I'm glad I didn't get sausage on it.

That slice went into the trash.

Had to take everyone's pizza and baked it more. Came out ok.

Was not nasty, but did not have any unique flavor or taste. Even a $3 frozen pizza has a recognizable flavor.

I baked the leftovers [more than half the pizza). No one wanted it. They were over it. Had peanut butter sandwiches instead.

Never had pizza go uneaten until I got a Rocky Rococo pizza.

Maybe it was a mishap. Once is enough for me.

I went on Valentine’s Day and the lady in front passing out the food was so rude to me and a staff member in training. They did not have a proper system to give out the food. People were being called out of order. It was the worst experience! They attempted to serve me a burned pizza after i had been waiting over an hour! When i spoke up, the rude lady attempted to embarrass me by calling all other orders besides mine. I have never been treated so bad at any place! She attempted to redeem herself but the damage was done. I understand the anxiety of having such a busy day, but that’s never an excuse to treat people poorly!!!

Was quoted 30-40 minutes for a small pizza and 6 wings. Get there 45 minutes later and there is a line of 6 people ahead of me. It took another 10 minutes to get to the register and they told me it would be another 5 minutes for wings. Yeah, ok. There was an employee (woman with piercings in her mouth) who was sitting down and eating when I came in. When I placed my order, she proceeded to grab my food without washing her hands or putting on gloves (mind you, she was just eating). I asked if she could grab my food again, but this time wash or glove her hands before doing so. She ignored my request, claiming that she was eating her food with a fork therefore it didn't matter (not mentioning that she had also touched her mouth), and grabbed the food again without cleaning her hands. I was disgusted, so I requested a refund. I usually enjoy RR, but this was a bad experience. Asking an employee at a food restaurant to wash or glove their hands should not elicit such a poor response, especially during the winter cold and flu season.

I was picking up a Grubhub order on 9/7 and asked if the order was ready, employee turned around and said something to a cook and then said no. I waited a couple minutes, then asked again and when I asked (mind you I asked nicely) and the employee goes “you need to calm down man” in the RUDEST tone and I responded “only asking a question” her response “yah only answering” (also very rude).

If you’re going to have an employee being a customer facing employee, teach them manners. Not everyone is looking for attitude, altercations or rude remarks. Especially when she wears her emotions on her face and gave the worst stank face I’ve seen.

Most horrible Rocky Rococo’s ever! We went on a Thursday 5:30pm expecting a crowd. Place was empty, smelly and dark. All the chairs were on top of the tables. I asked the attendant if it was open and she said it was as I looked at the tables with chairs on top. She seemed not to care at all. The menu is extremely limited. What turned me off initially was the staff. Too busy chatting with each other to perform their job in an efficient manner. Apparently, whatever story was being told between the cashier and cool was a great one… I came to the counter in the middle of the story. Had my order taken and between getting the food, taking the money, delivering change and handing me the tray, there was at least 5 brakes to continue the conversation. Annoying, but what can you do.

The cherry on top was stopping in the restroom on the way out…. Disgusting!!!! I don’t even want to think of the words to describe it…. I just left and looked for accommodations elsewhere.

If I was starving to death and this was the last place on earth that I had to eat at to stay alive, I would perish. I have ate at Rocky’s for years. This location and the old one downtown. A few times here I ran into sausage that could have been more done so I just ate the pepperoni slice. Before today, I was last at this location two weeks ago. I swear then there was only four slices of pepperoni on a regular slice and more sauce than cheese. I ate it but didn’t complain. I stopped in today around 6pm and there were hardly any slices and I grabbed the last regular pepperoni slice. I had paid for my food and I opened up the box. It was about 1/4 of doughy end crust, 3 pepperonis on top of bubbled brown cheese on the edges with no cheese in the middle. I asked the rude young man at the counter if I could swap for another regular slice of the sausage mushroom because the piece I had was garbage. He went and got his manager. She was rude, confrontational and very intimidating. She brought another employee out with her. I was not loud or disrespectful. My reference was to how the pizza looked. She asked me if I touched it. It looked like it had been sitting on the warming area for a few hours. I then asked for a refund. She then told me to tone it down. Now mind you, I was not loud or boisterous but just disappointed and had made up my mind that I was not going to pay for something that looked disgusting. I rarely complain and I don’t like complaining. I will never eat here again. Every time I go into this location the tables are disgusting, and are never clean. The garbage is overflowing and the floors look like they have never been swept or mopped in weeks. The nastiness of this location match the nastiness of your manager that I encountered tonight. I guess she didn’t feel like I was owed an apology or that I deserved to be treated like a human being. She is straight ratchet and has no business working with customers.

Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta (Nov. 2, 2022)

This pertains to the Glendale WI store. Part of the Bayshore mall, the front entrance faces West Silver Spring Drive. Facility is pretty large, and consists of chairs and tables for indoor dining.

This was a short visit after a red eye flight to Chicago O’Hare airport, an over 90 minute Amtrak ride from Chicago Union Station after an almost 3 hour delay because the 8:25 a.m. train was full (Unusual for a Wednesday morning departure.) and a 1+ hour ride from the Milwaukee Intermodal station to the Motel 6 in Glendale, WI. (Ah, the joys of budget travel with its unexpected surprises.) Due to the delays, and my nagging hunger after getting lost in the new unfamiliar area, I decided to drop by the pizza joint for a quick take-out so I can eat immediately after I checked in. I had planned for a bigger meal the next night after some extended touring originally, but plans changed accordingly. Not too many people were in the place around 3pm so I was catered to quickly. Decided on a slice of sausage, as I gauge pizza places by the quality of the Italian Sausage served (Taste variations of Pepperoni is very minimal wherever you are at!).

It was about 25 minutes later than I got to eat. My first bite was unimpressive. (I’ve been brought up with Chicago pizza for a long time many years ago, and gauge the quality of pizza based on those taste experiences.) The cheese was good and pretty thick, the sauce was on the minimal light side, the sausage was fine but did not standout. The biggest problem was the crust. I always knew pan pizzas to have thicker crusts, but this crust was only slightly thicker than a regular thin crust. That likely softened a bit since it was in a sealed takeout box for some time, so it was not as crispy as I would have liked. Perhaps eating the slice while it’s hot would taste better. Overall, it was an average tasting pizza. I shall have to try out more offerings when I ever get back to the Wisconsin area to make sure my assessment was accurate.

Overall, a 3 out of 5 star rating. Will definitely not shy away from this pizza place, but will likely not be my first go-to. (This review is based on a one slice experience. Please do also take into consideration of my exposure to Chicago pizzas in the past and using that as my gauge. Check out my review of Nancy’s on Broadway Street in Chicago, which I believe is the ultimate stuffed pizza in the world)

We ordered Alfredo's pasta at their restaurant. The plate was big so we took the leftovers home. My kid found a staple in it today.
We're lucky when didn't swallowed it otherwise the rococo would be in some really deeeeeep troubles.

What is less than 1 star. This place has gone down hill, my pizza crust was thin as cardboard and over cooked yesterday on Pi Day. The cashier was not knowledgeable of the deals. #terrible!!!

They gave me some HARD a** breadsticks. Almost broke a bracket trying to eat them! I tapped them against the table and it sounded like somebody was knocking on my door, that’s how hard they was! Don’t order nothing from here not even a cookie!
