We walked in at approximately 10:30 it was a cold day UNTIL WE FOUND IT ROCKY ROCCOS amazing food. ALSO A GRANDMA CAME UP TO US AND SAID you look like normal kids (unlike others). I come here during work at least once a week, and everytime it's the same older short haired lady, and every time she is either rude, short or doesn't talk at all. I usually order online, and this last time she tried to take another customer while I was waiting for my order. I interjected and said I was still waiting. She grabbed the food and slid it to me without saying a word, and she looked insanely annoyed. Then I go to eat it, and she grabbed the wrong slice.

I am a lifelong fan of Rocky Rococo Pizza, it came out when I was 9 in my hometown of Madison. I went to a mall this time, South something mall, on 76th. The woman working was NOT paying attention. I waited and waited. I COULD HAVE just walked off with every jar of sauce on the display, she never noticed me, or that I took a jar to buy, until I brought it to her attention when I bought my slices (after finally speaking directly to her to get her attention as her back was turned.) I'm 59, never have I met such a rude and unconcerned Rocky's employee. Sad.

The kids the have working are a joke. Playing on their phone and headphones. Need to figure out how to get a DoorDash out when they say they are going to.
Young girl told me it would be 20-30 minutes beyond the quoted time for me to earn $5 on the order… she then complained that, “sometimes the orders sit on the shelf for hours and no one picks them up”
This store gets paid for that order regardless. They think there doing the customers a favor by not getting the orders done on time this has been going on for a year now.

I can honestly say this location has one of the rudest retail workers I have ever encountered. I happened to be there when they first started serving food in the morning, but there was not much to choose from on the shelf. I ended up getting two of the smallest super slices I have ever seen in my life, but the price was super big. I will not be going back to this location.

3 people working on 11/6 were extremely rude and not helpful. Came with a coupon to order a large 2 topping at 630pm to be told they ran out of dough. Then after seeing various slices being madeni inquired again to then be told they stopped doing whole pies at 6pm, which is absurd seeing as though they store is open until 8pm. Ultimately was greeted with rudeness and typically don't say much but this case warrants the bad review. Not ok. Had to but seperate slices to pay more than what I would have paid to get way less than half of a large pizza. Terrible.

Asked for coke and slice cheese sausage. Sat down, and he gave me Pepsi. I then asked for rootbeer. I sat down, and he only gave me 3/4s full of soda. Tried to place a delivery order. Called, was told by the first person to use the app. I downloaded the app, but it said that this location was closed. I called a second time, the person just told me to keep refreshing the app, which did nothing. I told the person that the app wasn't working, and they responded with 'there's nothing I can do, I have no control over that.'

Couldn't just take my order the old school way? Over the phone??? VERY bad customer service, never going to this location again.

My son enjoyed his food, however the service was bad. The young girl at the register, at 10/12/2019, around 4 to 5pm, lacked simple social skills. I guess this is what to expect from mall food service. I suppose I would also be sad and antisocial if that was my reality, behind the counter. 2 stars for the young girl to lift your spirits and maybe act like a company is paying you to smile and represent them.

I visited twice. The first time I came I ordered chocolate chip cookies and the ladies seem to have an attitude. And this happened about a year ago. So today was my second time visiting and another girl also seem to have an attitude . It’s like these people just aren’t in a good mood when I come there.
