My all time favorite pizza place and pizza in general and very underrated. It gets a bit pricey but it’s very very good every time and never had any complaints. Orders are made pretty fast too. The only thing that bugs me is I just wish they were open later, especially on the weeknd’s. 11pm closure really sucks especially if you wanna get food out late with friends, family, or whoever. Should be like dominos and close at 1 or 2am.

From the pictures this appears to be a restaurant but when you arrive there's a sign on the door that says the lobby is closed even though it's a huge lobby type restaurant and only the drive-thru is open so I wasted a ride to come get pizza here...I'm walking to Denny's nextdoor.

I had the opportunity to visit this establishment yesterday, and regrettably, I did not feel particularly welcomed. It seemed that many of the staff members did not project a professional demeanor, which made the experience somewhat uncomfortable. The only individual who appeared to be truly attentive was the cook, and they were the highlight of my visit. I sincerely hope that improvements can be made, as this place has the potential to be much better with the right atmosphere and customer service.

There was this lady, I don’t know if she’s a manager or what. I’m assuming she is by the way she was talking to the other staff. She had a mask on and some glasses. She was being very rude to the staff for no reason. I overheard her yelling at them from the back of the kitchen, saying all types of cuss words. Not only that, but when she did come up to the front part, all she did was stand around on her phone. Very unprofessional.

I used to work at Rocky`s in the 90s ,been eating here for over 35 years, as of
5/23/25 I will never step foot in that restaurant again. Not only we wait for a hour, we had to go up to find out where our pizza was , and it was just sitting in the back, COLD, AND FORGOTTEN ABOUT. , so I get my money back, they insisted we take the cold pizza, so we did. We get home I I decide to have a slice anyway and first thing that happend, I felt something in my mouth, so I proceeded to pull a hair out of my throat that was in the sausage. The hair was long and black with meat attached to it. Un freaking real, nice going pizza prep, never again .

We went here for dinner, and usually, there's this blonde chick. I'm not sure if she's a manager or what. But, we usually go there every week. She knows that we have a big order when we go there. This time... she spilled soda all over one of my family members. Didn't apologize for what happened, nor did fill us up a new soda. Then, we needed alfredo sauce. This lady was even more rude, slammed the door behind her, and barely filled up the alfredo sauce cups. We had to ask another lady to get the alfredo sauce that she had left by the pizzas. Then, one of my family members told another family member what happened. Turns out the blonde chick overheard, headed over towards my family, and started screaming at her. She was threatening to beat her up. Everyone was staring at her, and then she headed back to the kitchen. She kept complaining loudly that she was going to beat her up if she had to deal with her one more time. That blonde chick needs to be fired. We are never going there again.

Rocky's has become a take out pizza place. It has great pan pizza and other items, but the eating environment hasn't changed or even been "spruced up" since the 1990's. It is not welcoming.
The restaurant has been badly neglected by ownership, and I rarely see more than one or two tables occupied. It's too bad because pizza is always better hot out of the oven than it is warm out of a box.

The Rocky I remember had a flavorful sauce thicker crisp crust and served nice and hot. However what I had was thinner crust, not a lot of sausage and the breadsticks were a bit gummy. Top it off the price was not worth what I ate.

Isabel is amazing! Stopped for heart pizzas on Sunday and Isabel was helpful and very kind. The food was great and everything fresh and ready to eat! Her service was great and she truly cared when asking questions about the size of the pizzas and about the 28 pc breadsticks. Went through drive through and things moved pretty quickly. This place is absolutely disgusting. Like the walls, baseboards, floors, counters and tables are all literally covered in filth. It could easily be wiped down. The build up around the baseboards on the floor has been accumulating for probably months. As someone who has been in charge of inspecting restaurants, I cannot believe this place is open. We were starving and didn't want to leave the hotel because we were exhausted so we ordered at Rocky's. The pictures looked good and I had hope in the crust because of our proximity to Chicago. We didn't realize until we had checked out that it's delivered by door dash even when you order on the website.

It came cold, uncooked on the top half of the crust, bottom was blonde at best...the topping are delicious though. Fresh sausage and veggies, the mozzarella tasted like actual cheese too! We called back and spoke to a very nice manager who remade our pizza immediately and even offered a refund but we don't mind paying for good food, it was nice that she offered though

When we picked up the pizza they gave us free breadsticks and cookies in the bag. The pizza was definitely better once it was cooked all the way! The customer service is also pretty spot on! Give it a shot!

Tuesday, October 8th, around 8:30pm, went through the drive through, requesting a slice of pizza & 2 orders of breadsticks. Was told they were out & stopped preparing breadsticks for the night. Note, it was 8:30pm… they close at 10pm. Took my loss & drove off… as I drove off, I happen to look inside the window & saw 8 prepared breadsticks in the “keep warm” station inside. So what did I do? I placed a pick up order for 2 breadsticks & was able to pick them up within 5 minutes. I’m not sure of their system but this was wrong & I didn’t appreciate the dishonesty. Thankfully I got my breadsticks & they were amazing.

Went there on a Monday night and ordered a pizza with a couple slices for other family. The service was amazing and the two employees I dealt with were friendly and quite helpful. They are a great face for the franchise.
When I told the young Man I was going to do this review and asked his name he shook my hand and thanked me for coming.

Even though some of the best pizzas I ever had were made by Italians from Italy, and I always prefer thin crust, I still adore Rocky's pizza! I'll still devour their thick pizza slices because they really are that good! It is thick dough, and may be soft in the middle, but I still LOVE their signature tastes and combos! They have some of the best sausage I've ever tasted on pizza (I mostly hate sausage on pizza, but I LOVE their sausage)! They've also honored every expired coupon from their place I've ever asked to use there! Plus, their customer service has majorly improved (the rude young ladies are gone! Thank you)! I'm so glad after so many years, they are still open!!! Worth the trip, and absolute MUST!!!

We ordered the pumpkin Monster deal. The crust on our large pizza was so raw it was inedible and had to be thrown away. We ordered sausage, mushroom and onion and it just looked like slop. The toppings would not even stay on the crust. We thought that the kids would enjoy a pumpkin pizza. It was also raw and so poorly made you can't even tell what it is. All food had to be tossed. I love Rocky Rococo’s pizza, the pizza and bread sticks were delicious as usual. Ordered a full size pizza we were told it would be about a 30 minute wait. 40 minutes went by, then 50 minutes went by and our name was never called and the pizza was not brought out to us. So we decided to go ask if our food was ready and there it sat in the warmer. Disappointed that when our pizza was ready no one could call our name to come get it. We were literally forgotten.

Granted. I went through drive through, but I was definitely looking forward to coming to this rockies. Because it always had been one of the best in my mind, coming from Milwaukee. And now living out in Racine, unfortunately, I ordered a supersize of the day and the meal. The pizza was as if it sat on top of the fridger, underneath the heat lamps were. The day brother doll, not the familiar spice in the sauce. Breadsticks, we're hard on the outside dry on the inside the sauce. That comes with the breadsticks. I've been coming here since my daughter was about 6 or 7. She is now 29 and now I am here with grandbaby. While we've always been a huge fan of this location it's sad that currently its maybe 3 tables of ppl (including me and the grandbaby) the floor is flithy, tables need cleaning, window sills and counters around booths are in need of a wipe down. I know they can do better. The staff is great but no need to be 3 behind the counter if two can clean the tables/floors. Love Rockys and now bringing a 3rd generation Rockys lover here to enjoy the pizza and bread sticks.

My husband and I have ordered pizza from the Howell avenue location just about every Saturday night for the last few years! About 2 months ago we tried ordering on the app as usual and the app wasn’t working! So I called the store and I’m not sure who I spoke with but the girl told me that she knows nothing about the app and I can call the corporate office about it! (She was not very helpful or friendly) So, I placed my order with her and my husband went to pick it up and he had to wait almost 45 minutes longer than the stated time and he noticed that nobody in the store seemed to know what they were doing! It appeared to be all different staff than we had seen the week before? He got the pizza home, it wasn’t exactly what we had ordered and it was barely edible and very well done!!! I’m not the only one who is disappointed in this place! I have 3 daughters with families who also ordered pizza from this location at around the same time and will not be ordering from there again as they were very upset with the downturn in quality and rudeness of staff over a 2 week period!!!

I will start by saying it is so refreshing to walk into an establishment and not be looked at as an inconvenience by the staff. There isn't much to say except the inside is what you would expect and gives a 90s feeling. The young lady who took my order was great and told me how to retrieve a free piece of pizza on my next visit. I noticed the other employees doing their job and they didn't seem miserable so that's always good. I don't like the different cheese flavors but that is personal so I can't take a star away for that. If you want sausage, you will get sausage, they are very generous with their meat if you will. No complaints. It is wise to download their app to get the best bang for your buck.
