Very nice Employee answer the phone after having an issue with one of my pizzas. I’ve been buying From the store for over three years now And honestly, I never really get an issue. This location has gone down hill fast. I had a bad experience a few months ago and thought I’d give them a second chance today. I ordered my food at prime dinner time but the pizza looked very old and tasted bad and I had to throw away all the bread sticks because they were hard as a rock.

It's pretty amazing that a pizza that was once my favorite is now some of the worst pizza I have ever tasted. 13 plus dollars for 2 super slices, no bargain. These slices were like taking a semi stale piece of garlic bread, putting a tiny bit of tasteless red sauce on and finishing with some gross looking pale grey sausage on top.Oh how the mighty have fallen. This does not even resemble the slices I used to get years ago.

Longtime customer ~the pizzas and breadsticks are delicious and we have never been disappointed. We have tried various combinations of pizzas and they are all great. We are partial to the sausage ~ it's something that stands out about Rocky's. When we have visitors and serve them Rocky's pizza they are always impressed. Flyers in local mailings are where we find deals using coupon codes. I really like the app and find that a a nice option for earning rewards.

I ordered a small (6 slices) pizza. Cheese and sausage with extra sausage. To my astonishment you pay $13.99 for the crust and sauce. You have to pay separately for the sausage. But wait because extra sausage was ordered you have to pay double the price. So $5 just to have meat on it. Oh it gets better. If you want cheese that is another $2.69. So in total just the pizza was $21. Then add more insult to injury we were given old hard breadsticks that actually crunched when eating. On top of that we ordered cheese Sauce for the bread sticks. They use a 2oz cup. But give you only 1oz of cheese which of course they charge you for it as well. Talk about rip off. They offer a large pizza (12) slices for $2.00 more with all kinds of toppings. Just Wow. Never again will Rockys get my business. All because we can't eat a large pizza we get charged like this. I asked the blonde manager for my register receipt as well. They instead gave me my order ticket. Like really?? We will not go back. No

Get the poor kid at the register some help! He was absolutely slammed and doing the best he could. His effort was admirable. Waited 10+ minutes past scheduled pickup time. 0/3 times coming way out of my way for either Friday day slice or s/r. And all 3 times it was an 8+ minute wait. 3 completely different times of day and days of the week. No offer of any kind to make up for it so I walked out all 3 times. Back when I was a shift manager it would be a no brainer to offer 2 regular slices or a free soda or something for waiting. The workers their have become low quality. When you eat a pizza it should have a decent amount of sauce on it. The last time we ate there the pizza was more like cheesy bread. Another iconic Wisconsin staple .Serving delicious pizza for 49 years and counting in Wisconsin. They use to have locations and IL and Minnesota as well. Almost a Detroit style pizza but just a tad different when it comes to the crust and the sauce. We had one in Rockford for many years until the Sabia’s shut them down however I was lucky enough to have one near by when I lived in Waukesha, Wi. Don’t pass them by. I ordered heart pizzas days before Valentines Day for myself & husband, as I’ve done the past several years. We were so excited, hungry (ate light all day) for this & once we got there it was a very, very poor experience (similar as in yrs past.) Customers were waiting at the counter & there was craziness behind the counter (as in years past on this special day.) When we finally made it up to the counter they didn't even have our order ready stating, “we need to bake the pizzas yet.” Seriously!!!! this was half an hour past our pickup time!!!!
And this was way past dinner time :( We decided to let others whom Rocky’s had lost orders for have our pizzas and went next door to The Chocolate Factory & had our dinner & yummy dessert for much less ($$). See you next year Chocolate Factory :) (Rockys i hope you can get it together cuz i’d like to revisit someday.)

If you lack the staffing to remain open past 4pm, change your hours. Or at least post a sign on the door explaining there’s no staff today. Last time I was here they closed early even tho I had called for a pickup order. Didn’t even tell me at all. Today I get here and had a oconomowoc chamber certificate. Rockys is on the list and then they tell me there is no manager on duty so they can’t take the certificate. Very unprofessional here. I am on my last straw with coming here. Haven't been to a Rocky's in years. breadsticks were good and the same as always. The pizza though seems to be different from when I last had it about seven years ago and not in a good way. Sausage didn't seem the same and the super slice was much smaller. Still ok, but I wouldn't make a special trip for it any longer.

Service was fine except they were so busy carrying conversations with each other I had to ask for my soda cup and breadsticks. The manager kind of just stuffed the super slice in a bag and threw at me without any of the other things in the combo. 🤷

Very unclean. I had to sit in 2 booths prior to finding one that did not smell very gross. The music from the speakers kept glitching about every 5 seconds or so and so I sat there questioning myself why they would keep the music on if the speakers weren’t working properly and that’s when I realized that it was cutting out because it was mice (or a mystery animal) running across the wires behind the wall or in the ceiling. The glitch never sounded the same and upon listening for as long as I did it was very obvious it was mice.
Next I kept hearing a creaking like noise, similar to when a door needs some grease on the hinges. It was coming from the booth in front of me (the booth closest to the front window looking out). It didn’t make sense to me why I would hear this from a booth…. And the I realized it was mice.. lots of them, talking to each other planning their Christmas dinner, from what I gathered. Joey said he’s bringing the mozzarella, Auntie T is bringing breadsticks, Vinnie wasn’t sure what he’d be able to scrounge up …
But in all seriousness, the creaking noise was mice squeaking (it sounded like many) and they were very close.
I was so grossed out at this point I couldn’t take another bite of my pizza.
I work in food service as well, I understand there will be occasional mice that need to be trapped- I know it’s impossible to have a 100% perfectly clean dining room all of the time as people funnel through all day, but the smell I had the pleasure of inhaling through my now tainted nostrils- well that is not explainable or excusable. Then the crazy music, the mouse committee planning party …
I was done. I left my food on the table and had to leave before I vomited everywhere.
I called my Dad to ask him what his thoughts were and he said… ‘the Rocky Rococo owner lives in Oconomowoc.’
“Umm seriously? He must not frequent his store. “
“Is he old and senile now?”
Dad said, ‘no I don’t believe so at all.’

Mr. Rocky Rococo owner Sir: I recommend that you either need to call Undercover Boss so you can get a grip on this disaster of a location or Kitchen Nightmares and ask Gordon for some help.

This is a really greatly rocky's location. I've been working at a house fire down the road for the last few months and have gone there for lunch at least once a week and 9 times out of 10 the pizza is amazing. Only 1 time was I was slightly disappointed and that was because I was way to picky about the specific slice I had but that's my problem and not the resturants.
