Absolute worst service i have seen in my life. My family went today (Novemebr 16th) at 5pm. The workers brought us the wrong pizza three separate times. We ordered one pizza with pepperoni only. We were brought the same sausage pizza over and over for some unknown reason. The entire staff looked to be under 18 and didn't care. Our food took about an hour before we finally got the right pizza. I absolutely do not recommend and we will not be back.

This Rocky’s location has been consistently the best for almost a decade. I’ve ate at Rocky’s in lacrosse & Madison & to all of them around MKe… this location always has the freshest pizza & it’s always made hot & correct. Rocky's Rocco's Pizza is one of my favorite pizza places. It has been since I was in high school back in Madison. The very first Rocky's was founded in Madison in the early 70's.

Well, I have lived in Waukesha for a year now. I was talking to a friend of mine about finding a good grocery store and he suggested a grocery store in this plaza. And, there it was, Rocky's. Somehow I missed this place for the past year because I believe Rocky's is located in Pewaukee, not Waukesha. So, not on my radar here in Waukesha.

Basically the same great pizza that I have come to know and love over the years. That was a comfort to me. The salad bar is good. A lot of fixings for the salad are available.

The dining area is large with plenty of seating. Although, it looks like a lot of people order takeout pizza here.

The only thing I find irritating is that the people who take my orders do not seem to be familiar with the cash register. This has happened to me every time that I have come to this Rocky's. The cashiers know the menu well. So, I am assuming that these cashiers are new at the job. There has been a help wanted sign in the window every time I have gone to this Rocky's. I am hoping that their training on the machines will be better.

I am happy to be reunited with an old friend. Rocky's has the best pizza out there!

Our family of 8, including two kiddos with special needs, ate here for dinner. We ordered ahead, and our pizza was hot and ready (and oh-so-tasty) exactly on time.
The kiddos really loved the “color a picture and get a cookie” offer, and the giggling and coloring was a perfect end to our meal. My four year old with Down syndrome absolutely loves cookies, and I know it’s a simple little thing but it made him SO happy.

I ordered online and the order said it would be ready at 7:20. I arrived at 7:20 to a line almost to the door. Some people had ordered already, waiting on food. some have not ordered yet. I wait in line over 10 mins and finally get to the counter expecting mine to be ready as I had ordered ahead online. They said the pizza was just coming out and they were cutting it but the breadsticks would be 10 more mins!
I have a hungry 5 year old at home and I ordered online to AVOID WAITING but still waited 20+ mins. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Will NOT be returning

Attentive service and super friendly. I brought my family for pizza and Breadsticks and everything was PERFECT. Manager even served our pizza tableside and would have doled it out but, I had to cut smaller pieces for the kids so I stopped him. He even went above and beyond offering our children, cookies for after the pizza!
Also the Salad bar looked yummy and the place was spotless.
Today's service reminded me and my wife of the old school service of the mid 80s and 90s. We will definitely be back..

Be careful of ordering through their website; did so for the first time tonight & found my order had gone to a DoorDash driver, who delivered cold food 30 minutes late. Normally I would consider this a DoorDash-specific issue, but since I ordered/paid through the Rocky Rococo website, I knew that I had to call them to get a refund. Sadly, the only response I got was "we just make the food" & I was told to contact DoorDash. I later called DoorDash & confirmed that Rocky Rococo has to process the refund for the reason I suspected.

Update; franchise owner reached out to me and resolved the situation beyond my expectation. I amended my rating accordingly.

One of the rudest experiences, ever.

Had a 5pm pick up, came put with the pizza, great. We ordered 2 bread sticks and a side salad. My wife told the person that brought our pizza out about it, he said okay. Waited about 10 minutes and she was getting ready to walk in and he came out. Then forgot the dressing, she called and put her on hold for another 10 minutes, for dressing?!

Fast forward, to getting it home. We asked for pepperoni on 1 side and is came on the entire pizza.

About to call but I don't want to be on hold a half hour to get a resolution.

I wrote a review two months ago that gave the Pewaukee location an average (at best) rating. I visited again today, with a completely different experience!

There was one young man working the counter, and I don’t know how many employees were in the kitchen. The restaurant was busier than I’ve seen in recent months, with a number of tables occupied.

The young man who took my order was thorough and polite, and didn’t need me to repeat my order the way I usually need to. My food was prepared and packaged to-go very quickly, while he tended to other customers who wanted to order. I wish I’d have gotten his name so he could be properly appreciated by his manager!

I've been a fan of Rocky's for 30 years but I have to say the quality has taken a turn for the worse the past 2 or 3 years. Todays slice had a too soft bottom crust and light on sauce. Not the first rime I've gotten slices this way. They have such a hard time getting staff that they just can't control quality anymore. Still worth the occassional stop if you don't have to drive out of your way, but as a destination, no more for me. So sad.

This was my first time to try Rocky Rococo's pizza, and I was impressed! The cheese is fresh, the sauce is flavorful, and the dough has that fresh, yeasty, old-fashioned flavor that is different from the chain pizza places. Our family loves Rocky Rococo Pizza. For those that haven't had it, Rocky's is a softer doughy/thick crust like other Chicago style pizzas.
This location on Silvernail is usually pretty good with the food and also a friendly staff whether ordering lunch slices or a whole pizza. The heart shape pizza on Valentines Day is also something we look forward to having every year!
