This location is poorly run. They don’t know how to manage there crew, the communication is awful among management. One manager was witnessed to make a racial comment at an employee ( an Asian decent teenager). The adult manager saw him laugh and said “why are you making Chinese eyes?”, How they coach train and address issues is in called for there’s no written warning and they have double standards. It a poor place to work and takes forever to receive an order.

I grew up on this pizza, so it's always a bit of a guilty pleasure when I'm back in town. We live in Chicago which has some of the best pizza choices around, yet we always make it a point to pick up a large pizza and breadsticks from here to bring back home with us when we make our way into Racine. They never let us down. The pizza quality is top notch - consistently prepared perfectly, as are the breadsticks, and service is always solid. O&H and Rocky Rococo are solid reasons for us to go out of our way every few months for a fix of deliciousness. We look forward to digging into our pizza and sticks for the week! (We also picked up a couple of slices so we could enjoy right away).

Sorry, I had to reduce the rating. But they reduced the salad bar to a small side salad size. Definitely, definitely, not worth the money. Smaller size, outrageous price. I'm guessing they want to get rid of the salad bar. This is one way to do it. Rocky Rocco was an enjoyable experience. I go for the salad bar. My wife and mother-in-law go for the pizza. My wife is vegan and gets a veggie pizza, no cheese. The seating area was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will be back.

I've been a lover of Rocky's for close to 30 years having grown up in Kenosha. I was heartbroken when the location in my hometown closed a few years ago but have found this location in Racine (which just so happens to be the one I went to most as a child) is just as fantastic as I remember. But most importantly I've found it to be consistently good. If you're looking for that Rocky's nostalgia from the past or just wanting to try it for the first time I can wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Moved to the area in October and so thankful to be so close to Rocky’s as I absolutely love their pizza. It’s the right balance of dough to sauce.

I’ve probably had 5-6 pizzas already and no issues with any of them. Delivery half the time and pickup the other half and all times the pizzas were perfectly made and tasted amazing.

I also love their spaghetti and meatballs. Service isn’t terrible and haven’t really had any issues.

Really wish they offered some kind of loyalty program for as much pizza as I order from them

I have not ordered food from here in a long time. I for some reason wanted a garden of eatin pizza. It was as good as I remember. I had it with sausage added. I got a medium, ordered it in store, took it home, and ate it for the next five days. It is not a pizza I want when I want pizza, its a pizza I want when I want a soggy warm saucy sandwich type thing. The cashier I had was just a doll. She was kind and would update me on time as I sat there waiting. You can keep her around. She was lovely. A parent of me, a week later, wants to just get this pizza again and stash it in my freezer as this may be my fav fast food thing in a long time.

Rocky's is a classic. We had the best service upon pickup. We were greeted with a big smile and warm HELLO!
It has been years that we had pizza from here, but their halloween promotion of the pumpkin shaped pizza drew us in. The pizza was exactly how I remembered it. The sausage has a great flavor, the pepperoni has a little kick, and that crust...that pan style is so good with it's pillowy dough and cruchy edges.

Placed an order online for delivery, took over an hour for the pizza to arrive. When we did get the pizza, it was burnt and at best, just warm. I called and spoke to the young lady who told me she’s was the manager and explained to her our situation. She advised me that she would remake the pizza, but it might be over an hour for delivery. I told her that I would come pick it up myself to save on time, at which point, she asked me to bring the burnt pizza back. Upon arrive at the store, she handed me my new pizza, but never once was there ever an apology. I did ask a gentleman, Patrick, who was standing there how they would allow a pizza of that quality out the door, and all he did was shrug his shoulders.

While the Rocky’s pizza formula is great, the Racine restaurant just needs to close. Completely just the worst people working there. They WILL screw up your order, so don’t pay until you show up and verify. Also, if you order online they won’t even know that you placed an order, so make sure you don’t do that either. It's kinda like stepping into the 90's. I hadn't been in a Rocky Rococo since I was a kid and it looks pretty much the same. Even though it has that old feel, everything is new equipment and decor. The staff today really looked out for my son. It was his 10th bday and his golden birthday. Ordered a pizza and bread sticks on line, showed up when it said to. They said that the ticket didn't print and it would be another 15 minutes. They offered us a soda for the inconvenience, ooh! After the 15 minutes we asked abut it and they said another 8 minutes! They offered us some bread sticks. I think with that big of an error, the order should have been free.

Weekend pizza burnt and overcooked. You can see the black burnt cheese on top and the crust. This place gets it wrong most of the time. The cooks, owner, management can hardly ever cook a good Non-burnt pizza.

All they say is sorry and will get it right, like a broken record as they don't do anything about it. Best to take your money elsewhere where they care about customers opinions.

If you want a good Rocky's pizza that’s not burnt goto the other location on Howell by the Air Port in Milwaukee (4849 S Howell Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207), this place should study on how to make a perfect Rocky Racoco pizza.

Daren (manager) has horrible customer service.
The pizza was made wrong three times in a row (the time before and two times in one day to “make it right”) and Daren did not try to fix the issue and actually argued with his customer intervening with another manager who was interested in fixing the problem.

The pizza was covered in sauce the first time then the second time had barely any sauce as if it was a “joke”. The pizza was completely flat with no volume and looked disgusting.

My friend originally only went up for corporate number as it was the second time the pizza was wrong and was not looking for a new pizza bc clearly it wouldn’t have been okay to have three pizzas in one day and the manager who was looking to ask how he could make it right was conversing with my friend as Derin interrupted as he was DOING A NEW HIRE!! I saw him go back and sit down with a young gentleman with social security cards. Darin was and is completely out of order to try to “fix” something that he was not being spoken to. He was literally in the process of a new hire and should have stayed in his I have had several issues with that man.
And you are wrong about the “LIGHT” sauce. I said it did not need to drown in sauce. The regular amount without it overflowing over the cheese where the cheese is not being spread all open throughout the sauce would have been fine. The next pizza with “light sauce” was completely unacceptable as well as Darin’s attitude. I believe customer service isn’t for him because he is rude each time I’ve been in there.

First off, the girls at the counter had attitudes and threw our food on the tray to give to us. Second, eating the pizza that isn't hot and more on the cold side. Also while eating it tasted weird like the crust came off like cigarettes. So someone must of not washed their hands after smoking because that was on the pizza.
