This place is awesome!! I sent our pizza 1.5 hrs in the wrong direction on our way home from camping. The manager gave us our order free! Kids wouldn't stop raving about how it was the best pizza they've had. And us adults agreed. Thank you for the excellent customer service and being one of the highlights of our family's vacation!!

Disappointed to have to leave this review. Normally, the dough at this location is cooked perfectly (at least for the last couple years,) but today it was clear the pizza was pulled too soon, the oven temp is too low, and/or the timer is too short. The pizza was flat and the dough was wet. I was told "That's how our dough is" but I know it isn't. Not when cooked properly. Uncooked dough can cause health issues. Properly cooked dough is airy, not dense.

When the pizza is cooked right, it is amazing. When it is pulled too soon, it is dangerous. When it sits under the heat lamp too long, it is dry. USUALLY, this location does a great job balancing things. Today, it was nearly raw. Shame. I gave 2 stars because I did still eat the toppings, which were good. I just can't eat nearly raw dough.

I will update this review if things are back to normal next time I eat here.

We live near Munich Germany and make it back to Stevens Point WI about once a year so eating at Rocky's is a treat for our family. The staff here is amazing, they are always so friendly and kind. We purchased some authentic sauce to bring back to Germany so when we have family Pizza night we now get close to the same flavor. Just left this place, food was fine. The attitudes of the whole staff were unacceptable! First of all we were given attitude because we told them we received the wrong kind of pizza (wouldn’t be a big deal but due to allergies the person couldn’t eat the pizza that was given) the girl employee was totally rude about it and then when we were leaving the male employee tells us to have a bad night. Will never bring my kids there again. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t have any! So very disappointed

I grew up with Rockys and nothing beats the original (and long gone) StateStreet location in Madison. However, this location in Point and the one in Sun Prairie are consistently tops in my opinion. We eat here occasionally and today when we walked in, we noticed it looked cleaner. Food was really good, as usual. As we ate, we noticed the young lady working the counter come out and cleaned the door handles, around the windows and even the windows of the entry. She was very methodical, not the first time she had done this. When she was done, she walked back, threw the rag in a bin, washed her hands, and came out to see what my husband needed. He complemented her work and gave her a tip. Very refreshing someone who takes their job seriously!

Ordered a regular size spaghetti with meatballs and marinara sauce, was told when I asked the spaghetti pasta noodles were back in stock, when I got home and looked at the dish it was filled with pasta fettuccine type noodles instead of the traditional spaghetti pasta.......2ND TIME this has happened and I highly doubt I'll be back again.........guess I'll learn to make grat meatballs at home and save the $20.

The worst Rocky’s I’ve ever eaten at! Staying in Stevens Point for work. Went through drive through ordered super slice pepperoni pizza slice and breadsticks. Went back to my hotel, breadsticks cold and hard, got sausage/pepperoni (I didn’t hear pepperoni/sausage) so drove back over and gave me a regular slice cheese with no payback on difference of price and was extremely rude. I saw her make a face at her co worker! I will never go there again!!!!
