Wow Wisconsin Rapids Rocky Rococco's is an awesome pizza place. Not only did the drive-thru employee thoroughly explain their rewards program in their app, she even went the extra mile and smiled the whole time and was very chipper and pleasant in the drive-thru. Pizza is amazing! You can make a meal out of 1 slice practically so very affordable. Their breadsticks tasted so amazing I believe they are my new favorite anywhere.

My children from out of state visited us last weekend. They bought Rocky's pizzas and breadsticks for the first time and our whole family Loved It! Then I went yesterday to get a pizza for my husband and I and accidentally ordered the wrong one. It was my fault but the manager made me another one at no extra charge and I went home with both. Great people and yummy pizza.

Used to be a fan of their pizza. We ordered from them about a month ago and we all got sick for days after eating the pizza, which also tasted strange. I will never eat their overpriced, diseased food again. Domino's is apparently the only restaurant in Wisconsin Rapids that understands the concept of cooking a round piece of bread with sauce and cheese on top.

I never do this but we thought we would try this one more time at Rocky Rococo's Because our boys wanted this for their birthday. The last 2 times was the same with burnt pizza and rock hard breadsticks. We though maybe wait a couple months and it would be a different cook. No no no same old burnt pizza. My boys were so disappointed, when they opened the box. we live 30 minutes away and we even ordered online ahead of time. So we wouldn't have this happen. This is why we drive an hour and a half to the other rocky rococos, just to get great pizza and breadsticks!

Visited this restaurant in the evening around 8pm. Walked in, first noticed the entry door was covered in finger prints, very dirty. There were only two other customers in the place. Went up to the counter to order, the girl up there greeted us as though we were bothering her. No smile, no pleasantry what so ever. Ordered two combos, one with bread sticks, one with a salad. The salad bar was a mess that needed to be cleaned up. Sat down to eat, then one of the staff comes out and proceeds to start vacuuming all around us as we tried to eat. Not what you want to contend with while having dinner. They are open until 10pm could they not have waited until people were out of the restaurant? Maybe tend to the filthy front door or clean and stock the salad bar? In all very disappointing, food was less than satisfactory, service was shameful. Try smiling at the customers and show them you appreciate them patronizing your establishment. The restaurant could have used more attention to cleanliness. There were enough staff just standing around in the back that all the cleanliness issues could have been addressed. Won't go back!

Pizza & Deals are great, I myself don't care for the breadsticks, they seem to be lacking flavor imo parm &/or garlic needs to be added.. Yet I'm a garlic fanatic 😁.. My friend and I came in and ordered 2 slices of pizza each. Mine (cheese) was already on hand. They handed my friend a number and said the wait may be around 10 min. They said "We will bring it out to you." We sat there for 15 solid minutes before finally getting up and going up to the counter, where 5 or 6 teenagers were loudly talking and messing around. We asked the kid at the register and he turned and handed us the two slices we had been waiting for... which had been ready and waiting. Nobody brought it out. If we had not asked, would these clueless teenagers ever think to bring somebody the food they paid for? Very rude service. Just too many kids on the clock standing around doing nothing. Will not be back.

People working here were CLUELESS! Allowed a huge line to develop while they walked away from the register. Allowed a random man to walk behind counter and get himself a soda from the fountain, even though there was one out by the patrons. I work at 11 so I wanted to get something to eat before my shift. Rockys opens at 10:30 and is on the way, so I figured I'd stop. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 10:29. I was told I'd have to wait because they're not open yet. Fine, I can wait a minute. I get it. At 10:31, I ordered... only to be told the ovens just got turned on and it would be 20 minutes before they had pizza. Really? You open at 10:30 but don't have food at 10:30?! Be honest and just tell people you open at 11.
