Terrible Experience! The owner, Dawn, is beyond rude and bitchy.
My friend had some tickets for the MS benefit this past weekend and invited a few people to go. Most of us had never been there before, so we had no idea how it worked or what to expect. Long story short, no one was at the food area taking tickets or money, so we thought the food was free and got one plate for all 6 of us to share. As were snacking, the owner comes up to us and asks "Did you pay for that?! This is a benefit, you think everything is just free?". We said no, apologized and explained how we had no idea how things worked, if we needed a ticket or to pay at the bar or what, as no one was by the food area, and immediately paid her cash for the plate. She continued to chastise us in such a condescending way. Then proceeded to ask me if my friends, who are my exact same age, were my daughters!!?! Unbelievable. She could have handled the situation in a professional and kind manner instead of having a snarky and rude attitude and insulting me. Will never be returning to receive that kind of treatment again. Would definitely not recommend.

Chicken was really good. Beef tips had a really great flavor, but they were dry. They would have been the show stopper if they would have taken it off the heat like 10 or 15 minutes earlier. Was with a large private party. Your milage may vary.

Owner is extremely rude, walked in to simply just look at the ballroom. Got yelled at “what are you doing”, “what do you want” “we’re closed”. Her tone of voice was not ok and professional saying “well you normally make an appointment”. Told her she was acting very unprofessional and should maybe take a customer service training for how I was greeted and she told me to get out saying “I wouldn’t let you have your wedding here anyway”.

Love this place! Our cousins brought us here for the buffet several times. There are so many great choices. The salad bar is great, and the desserts are outstanding. This is one amazing Supper Club!!! they are working so hard, and it is Easter Sunday!!

I have 3 elderly families that I am dropping food off for. This way they have a great Easter Dinner. Romy's staff was wonderful. They put in little extras so that all these elderly couples had leftovers.

The food is always wonderful here and the service is always top notch! Put this place on your list!! We have never been disappointed!!!

owner and bartenders did not ask for IDs. owner walked around asking who was under 21, but refused to look at IDs when offered after she tried to take drinks out of peoples hands.
if you have issues with under age kids, maybe train your staff to ask for IDs. curious how they even got their liquor licenses, since they also do not know when to stop serving to those who clearly had too much.
