I have eaten from the buffet and ordered take-out several times at different times of the day, and it is a very rare occasion(no one can say it never happens at a buffet) that the food is dry and chewy from sitting too long. I love ❤️ 😍 the green beans, mai fun, and salmon.!!!
There is one server that is very exceptional --so friendly ! And attentive ❤️. She even noticed me and talked to me when I came to pick up my delivery order.!!!The atmosphere got a four because some of the people who go there to eat are slobs and/ or rude so it has nothing to do with the restaurant itself. My ultimate all -you -can -eat is ROYAL BUFFET.
Additionally I am so glad they dont do sushi hot pot or ramen i wouldn't go anywhere else to eat if they did.

To be honest we had enjoyed coming to this place .. but this is the last time .food was cold some was luke warm at best told them and they said it because air conditioning makes everything cold lol. For an all-you-can-eat buffet, this place rocks!! The food was hot and fresh! The selection was huge! Four full-length stations with everything including a dessert station with a chocolate fountain to dip whatever you wish, including marshmallows or bananas! They have ice cream as well! Man, I've been to my share of buffets, and this place ranks up there with the best! All the dishes were hot, most of the breaded pieces still had some crunch to them (even the ones sitting in sauce), the flavors for the dishes were also delicious. Best General Tso's I have had. The Hot and Spicy shrimp and Salt and Pepper Shrimp were excellent. All the apps I tried were great, too. Desserts were par for the course. There were good options, though. Service was great; ice water was refilled with ice, staff was very personable!

It’s a quiet spot not many people. Food was extremely old some of it not even warm. Even the rice and green beans were crunchy. The best food I ate there was the potato wedges which were still full so I assume added recently. The staff were great at grabbing empty plates and refilling water but the food wasn’t even worth $15. It was overcooked/burnt throwaway table scraps.

I consider this one of the best Chinese buffets. Lunch is $13 mon-fri and dinner is $15. The food is the best quality Chinese in the area. I highly recommend going here if you want the best bang for your buck. The fried spring rolls and Mei fun are better than I've had anywhere else.

Overall, the food was great. I absolutely love the wings there and the waitresses are so sweet all of the time. But oh my god, the lady that sits at the register all time never EVER seems happy.!! She never smiles. She never says "Hello" or "Welcome"...just monotoned "How many?" This last time we were there, as we entered, she asked how many and then had said something in Chinese or something to the waitresses that was seating us and come to find out, they charged us extra for an adult price when there was only me, my boyfriend, our 13 year old son, and my 4 year old. When my boyfriend came to pay the bill, the lady took the receipt from him and looked at it very close and I don't know if she was checking to see if we tipped or not but not a single "Thank you, come again soon" or just a simple smile. Nada. She is the first point of contact when customers walk through those doors. The most you could do as someone that just sits there is to greet customers kindly and warmly to make them want to give you service and money.

This used to be a good place to eat until tonight. It is a treat for us to eat out in this messed up economy and we will not be back there ever again! The restaurant didn't close until 10pm. We arrived at 8:15pm and at 8:30pm the staff started coming to the table to ask if we were going to eat more food. We were only on our first plate. At this point, we were also being stared at the whole time we were trying to eat and felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. We were asked a total of three times if we were still wanting to eat more food before we finally got upset and left. I paid the bill but will never be back.

Shockingly bad hostess. She was totally ignoring me as she double charged my meal. I was telling her the charge went through and trying to show her the charge on my phone. She refused to even look up or acknowledge me. When she was done she didn't listen to the problem at all. Finally, I asked for a manager and I was told their isn't one. Later she said they are in China.

Food is just a little better than jade garden. The pretentious lady at the desk is never thankful that you paid 40$ for two people. Also the last time I was there, as I was paying, the lady that brought our drinks out said “no tip?” Of course not, it’s a buffet that’s already overpriced and there’s literally nothing that she did that would constitute a tip. Just put the soda machine in the dining area. I’m already retrieving a plate, I can fill up my cup too.

The reason I am not giving this a one star review is because the service was decent. The staff greeted us as we walked in the door and sat us at a table pretty quickly. They were also consistent in clearing our dishes as soon as we were done and asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. It is unfortunate that the food was just absolutely terrible. From being over cooked to under seasoned, it was simply not good. The chicken teriyaki tasted only of cinnamon, the egg drop soup was less of a broth and more like egg white goo, the gyoza over fried, there was seemingly no chicken in the orange chicken, only breading, and every other dish was flavorless. It was disappointing and honestly, probably the worst buffet I have ever eaten at. On top of the price for dinner on a Friday, they also charged $2.50 for the drinks. Every other place I have been to either includes it in their buffet price or it’s just a $1 and that is with refills. We will not be returning anytime soon.

This place is progressively gone down hill since they first opened. Always dirty, seats falling apart, and the last time I went there in June of 2024 I found a full fingernail stuck in my napkin along with the silverware. I will never go back and advise others to take caution.

We frequently ate here, the last time was a week ago Sunday. Monday Morning at 3:30 a.m. we found ourselves driving 80 mph to get our daughter to the ER. After a over night stay in the Hospital it was determined that the pepper shrimp she ate at Royal Buffet was infected with the NOROVIRUS. Never again will we patronize this business and all should BEWARE.

We came in at 4, you would have thought the food would be fresh for supper rush. Food was either hard or dry. The music was awful. We came in with our 3 small children and what ever was playing either had the F bomb or B***h. Was not happy. Our 1 year old always makes a mess while eating, and we always clean it up when we are ready to leave, as I don't feel it is their job to clean up after my children. We were still eating and the waitress brings us our bill and brings the broom over and starts cleaning up and sweeping around us and under the table as we are eating. I asked if she could wait until we are finished. I had our child's shoes under her high chair and she picks them up and puts them on the chair next to us so she could continue to sweep. We decided at that point to just get up and leave as it seemed like that's what they wanted. Was very disappointed.

A fruit salad had mayonnaise on it. I am allergic to egg and with in minutes started feeling the horrible pain it causes me putting a small amount in my mouth. I mentioned to the server that it should be labeled that it contains eggs. She said no no egg. I asked what the white stuff was and she came back with a picture that said mayonnaise she said it is this points at the picture no egg she says. I said that is made from eggs. She than said it was my fault for nort telling them about my allergies... ummm if you had no clue mayonnaise was eggs what good would that have done. You could kill someone with your lack of food allergen knowledge. I repeatedly said all you need is a label and she kept saying we are a busy buffet we can't control what your allergic. Also clean your silverware holder that's just disgusting. I will not be returning ever.

The milky shrimp and stuffed mushrooms were my favorite items on the buffet. The chicken and broccoli was excellent. The beef and vegetables were good. The pork and mushrooms were OK. The fried dumplings, Mai fun, and fried donuts could have been better. The chocolate fountain was very cool, but I wish there would have been more fruit. The pineapple and marshmallows were good, but tomatoes do not go with chocolate. We wished that there would have been some Strawberries.

Me and my friend came in a little over 45 minutes before they closed. Knowing we could eat within this timeframe, we decided it would be fine. When we got there, roughly half the food was gone, requiring us to “order” if we needed anything that was already gone. At about 9, they asked us if we were done getting more plates. I’m sorry? You close at 9:30p? Around this time, everyone came out and started shutting the place down, including the music, LIGHTS, and cleaning the floors, which made it a skating rink when getting around. At 9:28p, this lady apparently booked it from the van outside, which they all drove off in, and came back over to me and said “we’re closed.” Excuse me? She STARED and I mean STARED at me until I finished, standing right behind us. Me and my friend could not keep a straight face. What is up with these people? The lady did not make one smirk, just stared at us until I was done. Since I didn’t finish my chocolate, I asked if I could take it with since they were rushing us. She said “yup, go” in the most annoyed tone ever. Can’t forget the part where they started yelling in another language to each other talking about us. We knew they were, because we could make out the word “closed” and they kept staring at us. Luckily, there was one other family in there that made the experience very memorable, in a much better way. Keep this all in mind when coming later, as it will not be pleasant.
