Never received food or drinks (including water) 35 minutes after ordering. Long wait before being greeted as well. The person who took our drink order left the drinks on a tray and sat down to chat with regulars, took new orders of people coming in, and attended other tasks. Unusually long wait times or being short-staffed is one thing, but the attitude here was unhurried and inconsiderate with no communication whatsoever. We felt completely disregarded and have no idea if our simple appetizers were ever even started and never ordered our meal. Diners there before us also never received water or food though newcomers occasionally did.

My husband and I were camping and wanted to go out for pizza. We found this place and gave it a chance. We were not disappointed. The owner was working the bar and restaurant on his own. He was so thorough on explaining changes in the menu and even asked if we had a gluten allergy. No one has ever asked us that before. We read bad reviews and just want to say, you go to a fancy restaurant and can wait for an hour or better to even be seated let alone being served. This man (owner) as a hard worker, very courteous, and working alone because people want the money to work but don’t want to do the job they were hired to do. We gave him 5 stars because anyone that tries to do the job of 3-4 people and be so polite and doing everything he can to please his customers deserves it. Thank you so much. Will definitely go back if in the area. The pizza was fantastic!

We were up in BRF on vacation. This place sounded good and it did not disappoint! The pizza was so amazing! If you like thin, crispy crust, this is your place! The beer nuggets were amazing too! This is the second time we stopped in. The first Sunday we ordered a med salad and a supreme pizza. The second time we ordered a med salad and another pizza to split. We showed up as a group of 6 and there was only one person working. He solely ran the bar AND kitchen and did an amazing job. A+ service for going above and beyond accommodating our very large group for dinner. We brought in a school group of 13 teenagers and 5 adults and cannot say enough about how great the staff were and how good the pizza was! We called ahead and were able to place our order in advance so they food was piping hot and delicious when we walked through the door. Very laid-back and friendly atmosphere!! It just so happened to be trivia night on Tuesday's. I love trivia and I'm usually decent at it, however, I've never seen trivia questions like these. I don't know if they expected people to cheat and use their phones, and maybe that's why the questions were almost impossible. I did see 1 group cheating but for the most part, I don't think anyone else was. For example one question was "What 1962, European based, producer of fine crystal made the (unknown name) vase?"

Upon entering informed of 35 minute wait, no problem we understood busy weekend ordered garlic bread that was dried out no garlic taste ,ordered 2 pizzas one was at best,okother was half cheese other half sausage and green pepper. We (4 adults / 2 kids) went there to simply have a nice dinner. The atmosphere is good and the waitress did keep checking on us. However from the time we placed our order for two pizzas and a calzone we walked out after an hour with no food. The waitress kept telling us it will be about five more minutes. I can’t comment on the food as we never got to have any. Talking to a couple locals they told us that the service is pretty bad there and we are better off going to Pizza Hut. We ended up at Burger King.

Order 1 sausage pizza and 3 Italian beefs after reading other reviews on how great it was! Delivery to the casino, ordered early, waited a bit longer then anticipated. Order 80$, walked it up to our room to find 3 barely meat filled sandwiches which were cold dry and didn't come with auju like the menu stated. Also ordered breaded mushrooms which were soggy and no ranch. The kicker was the pizza... we received with a piece missing. Completely disgusted. How strong is your steel, my friend? That's the question I was asking myself as I enjoyed my meal at Rosario's tonight. Pretty strong, I suspect. Best I can tell two guys fed a hungry throng with top quality eats tonight- a feat last seen in the sea of Galilee... I had the local Sand Creek on draught and a Bourbon Brown. When our server checked in with us I had to pause for the religious experience that the South by South by Southwest is. Was there with my wife and two other couples for a karaoke contest night, we all ordered pizzas, one of the couples got the Mediterranean thin crust and let us try it and it was excellent! Definitely going to go back and get that one ourselves! It was very busy with the contest and the wait for food wasn't ideal, it also didn't help that our pizza was dropped and had to be made again but it won't stop us from going back.

It was Labor Day weekend. Black river falls was hoppin this weekend. We came to this restaurant an hour and a half before close, and as I was waking across the street with my wife and daughter, a waitress shouted at us that the “kitchen was closed and they couldn’t serve us or let us in”. She then also said “even if the kitchen was open, it’d be a 30 minute wait.” Idk about everyone else, but I feel like a 30 minute wait is normal for a pizza and pasta place. Either way, they told us not to come in….one star it is!!

I have always liked Rozarios - the food, the service and the atmosphere has always been great. Lately, not so much. I live out of town and stopped in on my way to a party to purchase a gift card. Nobody seemed to know where they were or how to issue one. I was told to get it online - ok fine, except they don't have a website. I sent a private message thru Facebook and got it taken care of but apparently nobody is on the same page with how someone can use them. Way too much hassle for something that should be simple. We visited again last night to bring my mom there to celebrate her birthday. We sat on the patio, not realizing it was trivia night, so it got pretty loud. The food was not very good at all. The chicken Alfredo was dry and flavorless and the pizza we ordered wasn't even cooked all the way. The cheese was barely melted, the crust was chewy and the toppings were only in the center of the pizza. I didn't complain because I didn't want my mom to feel bad about where she chose to go for her birthday, but don't bring out food and warn us that it's hot when it's barely warm. Maybe a little more time should be spent focusing on training staff rather than building a patio. Next time we visit BRF, we will choose someplace else to go. Pretty disappointing +

My husband and I come here because we love the pizza, but a few things have changed greatly since the new owners took over. The last time we were there we sat on the patio, the server was someone we knew as a generally unpleasant person and handed us off to a different server for which we were grateful - the second server was fantastic. But we ordered appetizers and to my dismay one of them I thought was a joke. We ended up paying $5.99 for five mushrooms that were barely the size of a queen olive. Now this was shocking only because I've had this appetizer before...and there were many many more mushrooms in it...so we kind of laughed, and asked the server about it when she came back and she confirmed that it was correct. Overall, the pizza is still delicious, often times the servers need attitude adjustments, or more help...and the owner is genuinely friendly, but the portions on some of the appetizers are laughable.

We were very disappointed in this place. The appetizers where undersized and underwhelming. All three pizzas were undercooked. One was made with the wrong toppings. The place smelled amazing and I was so excited the atmosphere was cozy and inviting but the food was a bit of a let down. The appetizer combo came out barely warm. We had chicken alfredo pizza which was also not very hot but it was delicious. The pizza came out the same time as my fried pizza dough with cheese dip (forgot the name) which was hot. They were the most delicious part of the meal and definitely glad I ordered them after the fact. The subtle garlic n herb flavor paired with the cheese dip was amazing. When we ordered the pizza we had ordered garlic bread as well but that didnt come out until be were almost done with the meal. This was very disappointing it was hot but had very little flavor other than some pepper. It was quite busy but the wait was a bit extensive and then to have barely warm food it wasn't great. The taste of the food and the atmosphere with the friendly service is where they save their rating.

We had a bday party here and the staff was 👏 amazing! Even the owner came out and wished my son happy birthday. All the pizzas we ordered were hand made and delish. We also brought our baby here for a Doggy Photo shoot and she stole the show, (she's a Black and Tan Coonhound).

Patio is very nice and includes a mix of table types from picnic to fire pit. Pizza was excellent. Local music artist added a nice ambiance.

Neat and clean beer garden; excellent sausage and chunky fresh vegetables on my pizza, crust was just right ; and beautiful cold sangria!

Really great place. Look forward to taking my kids there.

We sat down at 6 pm and ordered. At 6:45 we we still had no food. As a matter of fact we had not even gotten our appetizers. We were then told that one of our appetizers we ordered would take 45 minutes until they would be out. Remember we were told this after we had already been sitting and waiting for 45 minutes. I then simply asked if someone could let us know how much longer our pizzas would be. The waitress proceeded to walk over to another table and start small talk. I then walked into the bar and asked if someone else could please let us know how long our pizza would take and waited for that response for another 15 minutes and still never got a response. Probably won’t return there.

Absolutely terrible. Picked up two pizza's, and both were completely undercooked. They had half an hour to cook it, and it came to us raw! No sauce, the sausage was anything but. I've had better frozen pizzas from a microwave.

Nice people, but really bad pizza!! Got a thin crust that was just awful. Crust undercooked, and the top was way over cooked. The sausage on top was burned to the point of being crispy. On top of that, it was $26 for the pizza! I live in the twin cities and I’ve never paid that much. I really want places like this in small towns to succeed — these guys really need to do better

I love pizza. But not this pizza! Burned on top and crust was under done. Hardly any sauce and most toppings were unrecognizable. Sausage was black and tasteless.

If I could go lower I would. The waitress was terrible and incompitant. We had people we were with ordered pizza 20 minutes after we ordered our food and the pizza came first. I ordered shrimp scampi the noodles were stuck together . After my wife and another friend got their food an hour later it was cold and terrible. My daughter was told there wasn't any alfredo sauce left but when we were getting ready walk out and my daughter changed her order to ravioli. The pasta sauce I think was scraped from the bottom. As my wife tried to comment about the food and service the waitress rolled her eyes at her. That was over two hours of my life I won't get back again.
