Went early, around 4:15 pm. By the time we left at 6:00, it was packed. Super attentive, friendly server, reasonably priced, great food. I had the walleye sandwich - dredged in rice flour and cooked on the griddle. Yum!

Sand bar has decent food. The service is the problem. I went in there Monday night and last week. Both times I was at the inside bar and both times the service was terrible. Monday night I walked out. There was no greeting, no I'll be right with you. No menus, no drinks. I waited over 10 minutes for nothing and the bartender behind the bar looked like she hated her life and had no interest in picking up the pace. The bar certainly isn't short staffed because there was 3 other waitresses serving the tables. Please staff behind the bar, with bartenders who want to be there and have a sense of urgency.

Dog friendly patio! Excellent staff and equally great food! Had the Cuban with sweet potato tots and cinnamon dipping sauce was something fancy straight out of Cinnabon! The pork was white and tender and not at all greasy. The “best grilled cheese ever” was fantastic as well! Our server was very friendly and fast! We were passing through from out of town. My husband and I love this place!! With one exception.The pet policy. While having lunch today another patron allowed his golden retriever to take a crap on the lawn near our table. It was absolutely disgusting 🤢
I spoke with the waitress and she acknowledged the situation but said a manager wasn’t available to speak with.
We drove up from Eau Claire specifically to have the taco special because they are great!!! Not so much today 🙁

If you don't get one of the burgers, you're doing it wrong. The crispy fried jalapenos.... Wow!

They have interesting combinations and something for almost any taste preference. Lots of fun with horseshoes, volleyball, and games inside too.

It can get a little loud at times, but where you choose to sit can also make a big impact, if you want quieter there are spots where it's a lot less going on.

Sports bar with great atmosphere & TVs. Has daily specials & music on the weekends. I ate the cheese curds, Santa Fe Southwest salad, & small lake special pizza (Pepperoni, sausage, and Canadian bacon) with a Sprite. Friendly staff. Arrived by boat and climbed the stairs to the restaurant. The place was buzzing for Monday evening, maybe cuz they gave you tickets for a drawing for each drink ordered, pop too. We ordered both regular and garlic cheese curds. The kids had burgers and I got a fish sandwich. All were tasty and filling. Sandwiches are served with potatoes chips but you can upgrade to fries or a salad like we did. We didn't win the drawing, won a little on pull tabs and overall a fun visit.

We were looking for a good ole WI fish fry and found a great one! We spent the week in Eau Claire and asked many folks where to go for Friday fish. Nobody was giving THE place so we found it ourselves. Had dinner here Tuesday and decided to come back Friday for fish because the food was so good earlier in the week. Arrived and people were waiting outside (in mid October) which told us it was the right decision. Ran up the road for a drink and came back 45 minutes later when it died down a bit. It didn’t disappointment. We ordered the Cajun grilled fish and deep fried fish. Both came with coleslaw, tartar sauce, rye bread, butter and a side. For how busy it was the food came out in a reasonable amount of time, was hot, exactly what we ordered and bartenders kept our glasses full in the meantime. This is the Friday fish spot in Eau Claire!

We took a long break from going there due to bad tasting burger a couple times in the past, but we've been there twice since and that seems to have been resolved :). Nice covered outdoor seating with a separate bar. Nice bathrooms. Will definitely go again. We try to go between main meal times because we've been there at 6:30 on a weekend in the past and told it would be an hour before we could order food. One negative is there isn't much for healthy side options, and it costs an additional $3.50 to substitute cottage cheese for the included chips.

I really enjoyed my meal here, until I got the bill, $48 for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. They are charging $8 for a mojito, $3.50 up charge for fries over chips. These prices are insane for bar food, drinks are too expensive for a single liquor drink. I will be back, but maybe will consider splitting a meal next time.

Very cute spot. Good portions. Good prices. Bartenders on Monday evening were nice, but VERY lost or inexperienced. Girl with long brown hair didn’t seem to know the basics of service: didn’t check to see if we needed refills on drinks, when we asked for boxes and our drinks had been sitting empty didn’t bring a check and wandered off. Other staff behind the bar couldn’t print our ticket so we had to continue to wait.

Totally understand if she was busy but there were only 5 people at the bar and most the time she was just gazing off into space. Everyone has bad days but I think she needs more training or something.
