We were told there was a 25 to 35 minute wait when we arrived. They took our name and put us on the waitlist. After 45 minutes we went in to find they had given our table away about 20 minutes before. 5-10 minutes later they got us another table but never did anything for us for the mixup. We put orders in right away and food took about 40 minutes to come out. Most of the food was super bland. Steak did not taste seasoned, Alfredo tasted like creamy noodles with no flavoring. French onion soup could have been good if the wine had been reduced enough but it tasted like straight red wine. Our server was great, but that was the only good thing about the night. And this didn't effect rating but oddly enough they have no dessert menu. They have 2 nightly desserts and once they run out they are gone. Carrot cake was the only thing left when I asked. Suffice it to say, especially for a birthday dinner this was a huge letdown.

I came to your restaurant recently hoping to get a really good steak...what I got was a rubber steak that I had asked to be done...it was bloody and so grisly and fatty I couldn't even eat it...I paid 24.00 for a steak that I couldn't eat...I mentioned it to the waitress and she said sorry I asked if everyone's food was OK and walked off...like it was my fault my steak was not fit to eat ...very disappointed in waitress and food...also others with me said the Alfredo was tasteless and the chicken and riibs weren't good either

Caught an Uber over here after looking on Maps for a steakhouse.

If you're not a regular, you're gonna get mostly ignored sitting in the bar area. Also, the bar area seats are some of the most uncomfortable chairs I've come across in quite awhile. Whole place is outdated.

When getting there at 1600, I was told "Normally we don't serve food at the bar bar when it gets busy, but you can get an appetizer.."

So when it got busy a little bit later I didn't bother to order the steak I had my mind set on, because I didn't want to have to join the wait-list to sit in the dining room.

So I caught an Uber to another restaurant.

We come here often.. Reducing to one star! Im taking your steakhouse status away! You cant call yourself a steakhouse when your steak is terrible! Steak seemed precooked bland not grilled!! Had to reduce to 3 stars due to the steak quality! A little bit of sessoning can go a long way! Im guessing the person cooking the steak does not eat them! Rib eye should be juicy and tender. That being said getting an overdone steak at a steakhouse can happen it does happen it's not the end of the world, I sent it back they brought me a new one it was perfect. We went to Sebastian's as we dined there before and the the food was great. This time, unfortunately, it was not. My boyfriend had steak, he enjoyed his meal. I got their Alfredo chicken. The chicken was dry, and the sauce was lacking that creamy Alfredo taste that you expect and look forward to when you order Alfredo chicken. I did not eat my meal and did not want a replacement meal. The manager did remove the charge for the meal but advised our waitress ( who was very attentive) to let us know he was charging for the soup that came with the meal. I did eat the soup, and it was okay(beef and rice), but I thought it was poor management. I went there to have a great meal as I have before, and that did not happen this time. Our waitress was great, that is why I gave them 2 stars. I am not sure I will come back.

So...The atmosphere was nice. There's a nice big window in part which I would prefer to sit near if we would decide to go back ever. There is also another area but it is rather dark. The food was edible, but there was NO flavoring to it. Salt and pepper... But it just was not good in comparison to every other place in the area. We both agreed that the cost was VERY high and the food was beyond bland. Crab legs were ok. Steak though... I would avoid it as there was just no flavor. The appetizers, we tried a few. I was surprised, homemade cheese sticks- but the exterior was similar to a taco shell wrapped around it and then fried. It was good, not bad. The meat version was ok, but we were not a fan. Overall, we were surprised. I guess we expected more with all we have heard over the years.

I had dinner there with 12 other friends and co-workers on 06/01. Had the New York strip and fries. My steak was cooked medium, that’s what I wanted but it had no flavor whatsoever! No salt or pepper was present the fries were soggy, the only thing I enjoyed was the salad 🥗! My husband had the shrimp and scallop ravioli with a heavy white sauce. Contrary to what some people might believe, Sebastian's is now and always has been THE best Place for Steak within the city of Fond du lac. You can leave without feeling like you needed to get a loan from the Bank to pay for your evening out.
The steak's are all top notch and I have never had any problems with the wait staff. If I could make a suggestion, it would be nice to see lobster tail offered. There's only fried lobster available. Great value and always fun going there.

Went to Sebatian's last night to celebrate one year cancer /stem cell transplant survivor! Our group kept growing with more unexpected family and friends surprising me! Our group grew from 10 to 19! We kept squeezing more and more people in! Our server Megan and bartenders Judy, Arthur and other excellent staff at Sebastians acted like this was the norm and did an outstanding job taking care of this large expanding group!
Megan didn't miss a beat! She kept all the orders straight, the food was hot and super delicious! Not one of us was disappointed or had a single complaint! A huge thank you to ALL the staff! Went for dinner last night, and was informed that there was about a 40 minute wait for a table. We waited at the bar and had a few drinks, and then were taken back to our table.

We were seated by the window, which was probably the best spot. The dining room was pretty cool, though it was incredibly loud and hard to chat without raising our voices.

The food was pretty decent overall. The pretzel bites with cheese were delicious, and the fresh bread was incredible! i would love to have that bread readily available to take home- SO GOOD. The steak i had was pretty alright, and my fries were fine. i probably would opt for something else if i were to return.

The price of the food and drinks were reasonable, but I’m not sure if i’ll seek it out again.

We visited Sebastian's a couple of days ago and my wife, sister-in-law and I had a couple of appetizers beforehand...specifically, Mozzarella Sticks ( which were QUITE large and also contained some kind of seasoning -- perhaps basil ) and Deep Fried Cheese Curds, both of which were excellent. Next I had the soup, which was Creamy Chicken and Rice...another plus. Finally for my main course I had an 8 oz ounce tenderloin fillet with garlic mashed potatoes. One word: EXCELLENT. The steak was prepared how I had asked and everything tasted amazing. Due to our appetizers and my soup, I had enough leftovers to have about half my steak, all of my potatoes and one mozzarella stick the next day for lunch. You really can't ask for anything better !

Had the prime rib was ok no seasoning, but still very tender and done right and my wife had a chicken breasts with fixings on it and she said it was great, service was excellent, great staff

We usually love it, go every year. This time the food was average, cold, rubbery. They did discount some of the meals so that is why the 4 stars. That was very kind. We will try it again next year. The year before was incredible.
