I regularly make a journey of over 40 miles solely to indulge in their delectable offerings, which, until today—March 2, 2024—have consistently exceeded expectations.

Allow me to illustrate with an example from today's visit: I ordered a breakfast sandwich, a perennial favorite of mine, which was as delicious as ever. Alongside it, I opted for the "American fries," a nostalgic treat reminiscent of Wisconsin's culinary delights.

However, what I received for my take-out order was not the usual crispy potatoes I had come to expect. Instead, I was served overly browned, deep-fried red potatoes that bore an unfortunate resemblance to the remnants of a neglected fryer basket. Needless to say, it was a disappointment.

I have attached a photo for clarity, as words may not do justice to the discrepancy in quality. Having spent years in the industry myself, I understand that off days are inevitable. My intention in sharing this feedback is rooted in my desire for continued excellence at this establishment.

Despite today's misstep, I remain a staunch advocate for this deli. It is, without a doubt, a culinary gem worth experiencing. I wholeheartedly encourage patrons to visit and savor the exceptional offerings it typically provides.

I trust that this instance will serve as a moment of reflection for the management, ensuring that such lapses do not recur. Every establishment, no matter how exemplary, can benefit from constructive feedback. I eagerly look forward to my next visit, confident that the exceptional standards I have come to appreciate will once again prevail.

Food was very good, we enjoyed our time at Seeboth Delicatessen. Would visit again! I had a grilled caeser wrap with chicken. My husband had a steak sandwich. The fried wonton mozz sticks were good and we really liked the marinara sauce that came with it. It tasted fresh and not out of a can or jar.

Very nice, local delicatessen. I had the tuna melt, with fries. My friend had the homemade chips and they were quite nice. The coffee ☕ was good, not bitter. ***UPDATE March 27, 2023: (We came back after two years away.) And it was as good as I remember it. The chili was awesome. Served with cheese and sour cream of course. Great ☕ coffee. Great atmosphere. Tots are outta this world 🌍. Two summers ago, I brought my daughters here and we couldn't get enough of the Tatchos...this year I brought my wife Lisa, and she loved it as much as I do. Awesome little diner. Makes me want to drive the two hours just to have some breakfast there. Awesome spot. Can't go wrong here for breakfast or lunch. Just know they can close early (I want to say 3 pm?). But get there cuz it's worth it!!! Friendly staff and friendly customers.

Original review: Unknowingly came in 15 minutes before closing time. Asked staff if they were closing and they kindly told us we could order. Minutes later had some of the best fries with Pastrami sandwich I've ever eaten. Shared some Tatchos with my daughters and....man, they were good. It appeared the workers were family and each was Wisconsin friendly. Oh yeah ..their homemade chips are phenomenal. Can't say enough about this dreamy little sandwich stop. Send them love. You won't regret it.

The Rueben was delightful, the wonton mozz sticks have great texture and flavor and their scratch made, home made chips are the very BEST I HAVE EVER HAD! I am usually not touched enough to write a review, but this place was a great experience. The guy at the front was working his butt off to provide great service. Had a BLT sandwich which was amazing, along with tater tots which were perfectly crisp. Fries are TOP tier, and nothing like other restaurants. The wait was about TEN minutes for TWO people. What a fabulous lunch stop! The fish Reuben was so delicious, we also enjoyed a traditional Reuben with tasty brisket pastrami, and a southwest turkey wrap full of fresh flavorful ingredients. All the sandwiches served with housemade crispy potato chips. We also couldn’t resist the lemon bar and gigantic brownie. Got a delivery from Seeboth and ot was pretty darn good. No comment on the service or building since it was a delivery but the delivery driver was nice, quick and polite! The food I got was very good! The want9n mozzarella sticks and sauce were scrumptious, the mac and cheese was tasty, the tater tots nice and crisp and the pastrami sandwich was perfect. No complaints, give Seeboth a go if you're in the mood for deli like food!

We come camping at Kohler Andre State Park and found this little gem! By far some of the best delicatessen I have ever had! I had the pastrami sandwich grilled versus cold along with the Tot-Chos and soup of the day Lobster Bisque! OMG...sooo good! Will be back!

Literally the best wrap I’ve had in so long! The burger was cooked to perfection. You can taste the fresh ingredients and it’s all made to order. The house made chips are delicious, I am happy I didn’t substitute for anything else. They have a packed full desert cooler with all the sweets such as strawberry/turtle cheesecake, lemon tort, salted caramel brownie looking thing… I had self control though so I wasn’t able to try that but I will in the future. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was beautifully manicured.

Food was average. I had the grilled vegetable sandwich and it was good enough, but relatively forgettable. Was a little bummed to have it just served on white bread (and not given a choice when I ordered). More importantly, there was a very upset customer as we were there who'd had her sandwich made wrong, and the staff member who dealt with her was not very good about it, came across as very rude and annoyed at the customer. And later on while we were there, we saw another customer also complain about their drink being wrong. Seems like service here might be an issue, and staff needs better training on how to make things right with dissatisfied customers (not treating them like a nuisance to be dismissed... Remember, everybody in your business is watching). Likely won't ever be back.

Quick and easy to get food that was made with care and good ingredients. Soup was outstanding. Sandwich was big and full of great smoked meats real meat not shaved lunch meat.
