Josh was able to deliver a late notice pick-up order for a big get together. The food was incredible! I'd like to recommend something, but between the pulled pork, the brisket, and ribs it was hard to pick a favorite. I definitely recommend! I'll be keeping my eyes on their event schedule whenever I'm in town.

Shank N Shig provided phenomenal BBQ for a wedding shower. They are easy to work with, very organized, set you up with everything you need (plates, utensils, napkins). The BBQ is amazing, baked beans and mac & Cheese are amazing. Thank you for helping our event be stress free!

We had Shanq and Shig at Perlick Distillery. My parents each got a 1/3 rack and I got the pulled chicken slider and brisket slider and we tried all four sides and my parents said the ribs were one of the best they have had(they are worldly travelers who eat out pretty much everyday). They liked the sides beans, coleslaw, Mac and cheese and queso corn. The side portions were small but appropriate and pretty traditional which is nice. I don’t eat a lot of bbq but really enjoyed my sliders. The BBQ sauce had just enough zest to make everyone happy. We will watch for them coming back to the distillery.

Excellent food! The attention to detail from this establishment is very impressive! We ordered from them for a small family gathering. They were professional and courteous in communications, the menu was clear and easy to understand, the ordering process was easy, as was the billing. All of that aside, all those who were at our small celebration commented about how good the food was. The flavors were outstanding. Highly recommended!

Incredible food!! Hard to find a BBQ place this good in the Midwest. The menu has plenty of options and there are a lot more items I want to try. The brisket nachos were perfection. Real nice family runs the truck too! I will definitely be eating here every time I come into town.

Bam! This is some tasty meat! Nothing over cooked and just the right amount of smoke. The ribs are just ridiculus. SO big, SO juicy and the brisket is just as great! And the BBQ sauce, heck yeah!

If you see the big black BBQ trailer open for business, stop quick because the brisket goes FAST.
