This Shell held $125 from my checking account when I was only getting $30 in gas. This hold locked me out of the rest of my money! UNACCEPTABLE.
Also, the attendant was having a person relationship conversation with a friend of hers, so I had to wait for help. When she did help me, her friend stayed and listen to everything we said until we left.

New management is bad. They've cranked up prices on everything and loaded the store with a bunch of junk that takes up all of the walkways. They're unfriendly and laid off all the decent workers.

The worst customer service I have experienced. Having car issues waiting for a tow truck & these people are doing the most to make things worse. Do not stop here ur better off on the side of the road.

NOT WEARING MASKS!! A man working behind the register not wearing a mask, two shoppers not wearing masks, and several people right outside the door not wearing masks.
We had been planning to go in, use the restroom, and get something to eat. We didn't even feel safe wearing N-95 masks.
We drive by frequently but definitely won't be stopping here anytime soon.
There are several gas stations within five minutes going south.

Had buaght some anti-freeze there on my way to Michigan cus I thought my car was running a little warm and didnt have to many options for places to stop anyways I made it there fine and did not need it so I tryed to return this anti-freeze and one of the two older ladies working said " oh we dont do returns " the other lady said "nope sorry only the boss can do returns" and all the meanwhile they were just very rude and un-friendly even the first time I was there there to purchase the anti freeze

The employees were rude and "smart". A miscommunication caused a minor incident. When handling it the manager, Sam, made a sarcastic unfounded remark to a calm responsive customer. More training in customer service or new management is SEVERELY needed to rectify such poor service.
