I go in daily, as it’s my stop before work. Wednesday morning, Your employee alexis was extremely rude to me, I had asked her if she would be making a fresh pot of coffee, as that’s what I usually stop for, she then proceeded to say, “if you want coffee that bad, McDonald’s will make you a cup.” If I wanted McDonald’s coffee I would have did that first instead of being sassed by this employee.

I would rate this car wash very poor. We recently just passed through on our way to Celebrate our sons birthday in Greenbay. We stopped at the car wash and upon exiting got a notification our tire pressure was low we pulled over to see our tire had been completely slashed while going through. We have currently been stuck in Crivitz for 3 days now while Chevy fixes the issue. Spoke to management with no solutions. Will be taking to small claims court to sue as this has not been the first time this has happened per what locals have been telling us

Very prominent neon signs advertising beer in the windows, but no alcohol was available for sale. I would think the distributors could put those signs to better use than false advertising. Avoid these scammers.

Was just there trying to buy a coffee I handed the girl a $50 bill and she shook her head in like disbelief and waited like 2 minutes to tell me that she didn't have enough change in her drawer. Which I would have understood had I not gotten the attitude to begin with.

Driving back a uhaul after three stressful days of moving our family of 5. Dehydration, exhausted, sore and hungry we found out the chili that grandma was going to have for dinner was put in the freezer. On a whim, we found a&w on the side of the highway. We decided, why not we have not been to an a&w in a while. We walked in an we were IMMEDIATELY greeted by a gentleman at the register. He was patient as we all, tiredly fumbled over our orders. He hit the buttons on his screen like a master of his craft, he was so patient, polite, and welcoming. Not only did he walk us our food, but he returned with napkins, and inquired if we needed anything else. He came back for a FOLLOWUP on the food!!! Are we truly at a fast food restaraunt?? He conversed with us as we were just finishing our meal and asked where we were from. Out of curiosity on this gentleman's like and pride in his job, we asked if he was the manager (qs his presentation was nothing less of the sort). He said nope, my mother is the owner. Jeff seems for be a very skilled, knowlegable gentleman, and we need more people during this pandemic, that take pride in their position as he did tonight. I'm sure he isn't directly employed as a cashier at a&w, but he mentioned they're hiring. So he clearly came to fill in. What an amazing personality that we bumped into again, at nothing more than a FAST FOOD restaurant. I have gotten worse service at fancy 5 star restaurants that charge the extreme amount for their garbage food. Our food was quick, hot, and hand delivered. Thank Jeff, and thanks Jeff's mom, for presenting us such an example and reminder of what good dining feels and tastes like!!!!

There is only a one room restroom here. This is a busy place and every time I stop there, there is a line for the bathroom. There is an adjacent McDonald's in the gas station building and even the restaurant does not provide a bathroom.

Posted Open 24/7. Closed at 12:10am on Saturday night/Sunday morning.
Previously, came in to a dirty bathroom. Attendant said it was not his problem/McDonalds is responsible and refused to help. Furthermore, the McDonald’s has terrible service and food orders are always wrong and/or cold.

Pretty easy to get in and out for gas. Store doesn't have a huge selection of items but has your basics. McDonald's inside to eat so that is nice. Parking lot gets full when really busy, but overall a good place to go for gas and other items.

Put my Cadillac through the "car wash" ($10- most expensive offered) and it came out looking like it never touched water much less soap and water. Called and spoke with an attendant and she stated that she was not authorized to deal with the car wash and that we'd have to come in and speak to the owner. I asked when he would be in and she said, "Oh he's here right now. It's just that he's outside." So instead of her going out to get him and deal with me over the phone she asked that I drive 10 miles one way to talk to him out in the parking lot. If I could give negative stars I would. I forgot to stop at the carwash in a neighboring town that I usually use(always looks perfect when I leave there) so I decided to give them a try. NEVER AGAIN.
