I will never go back to that gas station again!! it was absolutely disgusting in there the bathroom was disgusting the urinal was broken the toilet was black there's a lot of outdated stuff I also bought a few pieces of chicken from them and it was completely cold got severely sick from it and when I went back to complain they were very rude and said that's not are problem and I noticed that they don't even have a cooking license hung up when I asked if they had one they said that it's none of my so then I decided to go eat some good food at the highway halfway and noticed that they were closed for business and when I asked the gas station put if they knew what happened they told me that they needed the restaurant part to put a different restaurant in there so they gave them a notice to vacate that's when I found out the gas station has new owners

Love the ole "Pine Cone" / Shell 1 of the last few actual "TruckStops" left in Wisconsin.... Cafe is still there n Def beats any fast food garbage. Parking lot is a little rough but still worth the stop.

The staff are completely incompetent. I was stranded by their faulty air pump that took the air out of my tires, requiring a tow truck to come help out. No sign, no offer of reimbursement. Do not stop here, and if you do, do not use the air pump!

For gas/fuel stop it’s great Rated 5. Price of gas is always better than the other stops in the area. Everything else is; food, restrooms etc..— You’ll need to go elsewhere as it’s not that clean. Rated 2.

Went in for supper. Hamburger steak was a pre grilled pressed hamburger patty, not good. Real mashed potatoes, good, homemade roll, fabulous! Husbands burger, not so good. Soup good. Onions rings nasty and swimming in grease. Breakfast is your best bet. Not as good a stop as it used to be..doesn't come close to Johnson Creek.

Gas station is fine.. I’m here to warn people about potentially the worst air pump I have ever come across in my life. First, it’s $2.00, $.10 more if you pay by card which I did since I have not seen a quarter for the last 2-3 years or however long the coin shortage has been going on for. That, is on me.

When the machine fired up, I was excited! Two of my tires were low on air and I could tell by how much more sluggish the driving had gotten. It’s been a while since I filled up. But my goodness, the nozzle was HORRIBLE. I lost another 5-7psi before I could finagle it to start actually pumping air into the tire. This entire process took almost 2 of the 5 minutes that I had.. but I managed tire 1 just barely to the necessary 32psi. I quickly ran to the other side to get air into the other tire and I went through nearly the same process.. finally got it and literally as the machine cut off, got to 32ish in the final tire. I left so angry, way too angry for someone that is usually stone cold calm. I’m rage reviewing and you could feel free to look through my previous reviews.. I don’t do this.

Ironically, once I sat into the car, I realized that I had bought a discount carrot cake at a previous stop. I paid $2.07 for it. Way more worth it than this air stop.

Store is good very nice person there,restaurant very bad..staff was ready to leave at 8:30 pm,our food was overpriced and messed up.bad staff.

Fuel was a good price and free parking for the truckers, would come back but won't stop at restaurant, need better people there who can count....literally saff could not count when given 3 pennies to get 2 quarters back

Excellent food at the restaurant, the service leaves much to be desired!!!! Waitress reached over my food to fill a creamer spilled on the table and left. Head cashier told me to f-off and said they didn't need my kind of people there, but only After she took my money! Wonder if she realized that if the trucks stop coming wouldn't have much business here. Bummer this happened, I planned my day to stop here and enjoy a meal. Guess I will give the TA my business next time through.

It’s an alright stop for gas with a few octane options. The convenience store itself is a bit rough as is the parking lot, complete with plenty of potholes, split level cracks, and large pooling water. Noticed patrons of the restaurant come outside to smoke... right next to the gasoline pumps. The gas here was 10 cents less per gallon than the TA situated up closer to the interstate though so it has this going for it!

Rude night casher, minus the one star,
you have to have one on here to post ...
First stop Chester chicken bag-o-tenders, i could barely finish two (hard, dry, and hard to chew) tenders the third was ok then fourth garbage.
Night casher said i cant give you a refund after bringing the last 5 in and simply stated they were not edible.
Second trip night cashier too busy to look at me when i wanted to ask if would be alright to give night casher change for a shower, but unfortunately i got a hand jester to hurry up i am doing a shift change.
Well excuse me.
Alow me to advise you to just
steer clear of this dump!

A nice 24 hour truck stop station! They have a restaurant attached next door. I like to come to eat and fill my car. This shell station carries hot food as well. They have regular and diesel fuel. And they sell unique little trinkets inside too. A nice place for travelers to stop. Or for food. You can get plenty of food for low cost anytime. It's one of my favorite 24 hour places in Madison.

I use t-mobile Tuesday and there was a 0.25 off per gallon up to 20 gallons and they didn't let me use it saying they don't accept it even though it's for shell and expires on July 5 and it's the 4th today

It's a fine gas station, actually a truck stop. What can you expect from one? Does it have gas/diesel and decent bathrooms? Yes. Then good enough.
