The place is always clean when I go there. Also, their chicken they prepare and sell here is really tasty. Lastly, while we were remodeling our bathroom we had no tub installed yet and I really needed a shower and found out that it is a truck stop and offer showers at $7.50. They will provide the towel as well. The shower room is like a big private bathroom that you can lock and have privacy. They shower rooms were clean, had a toilet, mirror, and a room heater to adjust the temperature while you are in there. I thought $7.50 was kid of alot but it was worth it

Every time I get gas at the pump I am never able to get a receipt. I have asked kindly to have the clerks change the paper rolls. I guess being nice isn't good enough.

You have go through too many options and questions about signing up for their fuel rewards program to just fill up here. Huge waste of everyone's time. Faster to run out of gas and just walk to the next fuel station.

Stopped for coffee. Unfortunately the creamer dispenser was empty. We brought it to the cashiers attention. She said that the didn't have anymore. The people are unwilling to provide an alternative delivery method or not able to think outside the box.

The only restaurant in the United States of America that closes at 08:45pm. Never heard of it the inmates are running the prison the subway is horrible don't waste your time don't count on them cuz they can't be counted on. If you don't want to work the hours that the restaurant should be open then don't bother to come in at all. Also whoever owns this Subway if you need to pay people 25 or $30 an hour to keep employed then that's what you need to do raise your prices better to have people here working than to have people not here when you have customers

I was just at this gas station to get gas at the pump and then a car wash. I went around to the car wash and their were cones set up. I was not able to get a car wash. I went inside to get a refund. As I was talking to the cashier the girl who identified herself later as the assistant manager interjected that I could not get a refund because there were several shell stations around and I could just go to another station to get a car wash. I explained that I wasn’t interested in going to another station. I live several miles north and didn’t even know where another shell gas station with a car wash was. The conversation continued back and forth. I stated I wasn’t happy. That there should be a sign stating that the car wash was broken . The assistant manager stated that it should be obvious with cones in front. I stated I wouldn’t have purchased a car wash if I knew it was closed and broken. The assistant manager rolled her eyes and walked away. I asked the cashier if that was the end of the conversation or if she was coming back. I asked for the manager which is when I found out she was it! I asked for the corporate number and was told that it was just the lineville store information. I asked for the assistant managers name and she refused to give it to me. Once she came back from wherever she disappeared to I asked her if she was done with the conversation to which she began yelling at me!! I left and filed a complaint with corporate! There is no way this girl should be the assistant manager or even employed with her behavior!!

There is currently a mandate from our governor that everyone indoors wears a mask or face shield to protect each other from covid-19. The employee at this store, tonight, cashiering, within six feet of my personal space, apparently feels she has the right to contaminate my space, and potentially my health. I will never ever ever come back here again. I strongly recommend nobody else does, because if they don't obey health guidelines regarding masks, what other guidelines do they not obey?

I would expect more out of a reputable business. Roughly one and a half months ago The car wash on lineville struck the mirror on my truck and broke it. Now I always use the one on the right side because it has been remodeled but that day it was in use so I decided to just use the old one on the left side. that was a mistake I admittedly forgot to fold my mirrors in because my last truck that wasn't an option. The machine came around and broke my mirror on my truck and then stopped and left my truck covered in soap. The machine also contacted the driver's side and scuffed it. I went into the gas station and the woman's exact words were oh it happened AGAIN she proceeded to tell me that it has happened many times with their unupdated equipment and that no pickup truck should be going in there she wishes they would put a sign up. I contacted headquarters and spoke to one of their representatives. 2 weeks later I hadn't heard anything back so I called again and then was contacted by Grand Central stations service director. three times the service director told me he would call me at a certain time and we would meet up three times that time had to be adjusted three times I Set aside time for this. when we finally got together he took pictures of it and I told him I'm not worried about the mirror that is just scuffed I can forgive and forget that and the mirror that got broken I would install myself if they would just pay for the mirror itself I have the capability of doing it myself. I felt as if this was a very nice offer on my part I got a phone call finally after 5 days of waiting for response I was told it would take one or two. Once I receive the phone call I was informed because they have the sign that says you're supposed to fold your mirrors in they weren't going to do anything for me now this would be understandable if I haven't had hundreds of car washes with multiple different trucks and never had an issue. Just this week on Monday when I stopped at the same location they were repairing the same car wash. I I believe this was an obvious problem especially due to being told this is a constant problem with this same car wash. I felt like I got jerked around for absolutely no reason and I'm sad to see a local company like this not take care of customers in any way.
